The test-tube daughter of Admiral Julia Gregor McMillan of the Delios Space Fleet and Dr. Natalie Winnifred Andrews, she was 'incubated' in an artificial womb at the Mendelev Biotechnology Research Facility in Tannhauser, Gaia Colony 47. She grew up a bright young prodigy, living most of her life in the orbital colonies, graduating high school at age 12 and university at age 15 before signing up as part of the 25th Reserve Mobile Suit Division.

Teagan is an accomplished engineer, programming and mechanic, having built and programmed her own Haro unit at age 10, mostly out of a desire for some companionship. She still keeps Haro around as an AI assistant and personal secretary for her work.

Personality:
Teagan is a highly intelligent, curious young girl who nonetheless comes off as rather shy and uncertain in new situations. She wants to learn more, both as a soldier/engineer and in terms of personal experience, wondering about the vast cosmos around her, given her sheltered background. She's quiet, professional, and diligent as a result of her military mother's training, but otherwise shy and uncertain.

Once she's more familiarized with someone or a given situation, however, she becomes more excitable, eager to learn or eager to share her knowledge. She's very willing to open up and chat when she finds someone she can consider a friend, and while awkward, she'll try and form friends if she believes she can make a connection.

She speaks with a mostly American accent but a soft Scottish undertone, the latter picked up from living with her mother, Admiral McMillan. However, when she gets angry or excited, her Scottish accent becomes more pronounced, and when really angry she can swear up a storm, much to her other mother's chagrin.

While being a prodigy is a blessing for most, she silently resents her prodigy status. This is mostly due to it making her more isolated from her peers. Growing up as a child was difficult as she couldn't properly connect with others her age, and as she skipped several classes in school, it became much harder to talk to people who were even a few years older than her. University, while not miserable, made her clearly aware of the age gap between her and the other students. Even now, as a reserve pilot, she feels a bit distant from her comrades, sometimes unable to talk about the same topics, and being unable to drink with them because of how young she is.

Born Jan Pavel, he was the son of laborers in one of Venus' cities, working the forges once he was 16. Due to corporate rule of Venus, it was a harsh life, barely making ends meet, and fraught with difficulty and tragedy. Jan's mother perished in an industrial accident, and his father wasted away as a result of prolonged exposure to toxic material on the job, leaving Jan an orphan at 15. He was quickly adopted by his father’s friend Trevor Rawlings, but the deaths of his parents caused the young man to develop strong anti-corporatist sentiments and joined a unionization movement.

He quickly fell under the influence of one Jude Mentir, an activist within the movement and someone working to radicalize the movement. Mentir managed to trick many into radicalizing, carrying out brutal terror attacks, then betrayed everyone to the Corpos, who cracked down brutally on everyone, using the radicals’ actions as excuse to enforce martial law. It was quickly followed by imposing martial law, and the Corporations merely got crueller and more heavy-handed, citing public security as an excuse.

Jan barely escaped with his life, but his actions cost him his close friends and his new adopted family, leaving him with scars on both his body and his soul. Embittered and angry, he fled the Venus sphere to law low for a while and joined a pirate outfit, and took up the name Poul Andersen, sometimes using Sam Hall as a pseudonym.

He would eventually find out that the man who had betrayed them all on Venus went by another name - a dangerous terrorist wanted across the Solar System, going by the name of Malak Caliban.

Personality: Poul's harsh life has left heavy scars on his psyche. Snarky, sullen, and brooding, he's slow to trust, preferring to work alone, or with others temporarily. He generally doesn’t open up to others easily (if at all) and takes a long time to warm up to possible friends. He has an especially strong hatred of traitors and of those who abuse their authorities to exploit and suppress the weak, brought on by the harsh events of his childhood and teenage years.

Nonetheless, he places a high value on loyalty and lives up to his word if given (which he rarely does).

Bio: Malak is one of the instigators of the Anarchy, having partaken in various atrocities in the initial phases of the incident. He was originally from Mars, having lost his parents to a radical group on earth, making him an orphan. Hatred soon led him to similar minded people, thus he joined a radical group with deep rooted hatred for the people of earth and the martian leaders which from their point of view had failed in many important aspects. Malak doesn't speak of his past with anyone, he isn't a man who looks back or even to the future, he lives in the present and flies from place to place devouring whatever comes in his way, like a swarm of locusts.

Faction Members: Malak and approximately a hundred members, including pilots, personell for the ship and various agents providing sensitive intel to the group.

Power Level: Terrorist cell, "mercenary company",

Numbers: Approximately a hundred. With agents on mostly Mars and Venus if not with the main group on the ship.

Tech Level: Pilots a red Alvatore, a red Alvaaron unit inside of it. Commonly known by those who see it as "The Cancer" as it resembles a crayfish in space. A Girty Lue class warship known as the "Geist" , an asteroid hideout, 12 or so mobile suits consisting mostly of GNX-603T GN-X or anything they may capture. (They often scrap machines that are too heavily damaged and eject them into space after repairing those who are more intact.)

History: Created before the Anarchy, and were responsible for shooting down diplomatic shuttles, trading vessels and raiding anyone unfortunate enough to come in their way. Malak served as second in command of Red Riot, but assumed leadership after the former leader Shogo Sarakawa was killed in a major battle against an united earth force close to the moon.

Bio: Bernhardt's origins is clouded in secrecy, where did he come from? None know. Or those who do choose not to mention anything about it. He however has made a name for himself in the military, quickly rising through the ranks due to his leadership skills, charisma and skills at piloting a mobile suit. He currently is the second in command of the alliance, the current leader, Siegfried Krauser is the son of the alliance founder and is a strong vocal opponent to the majority of the Earth Pact. Where Siegfried points, Bernhardt goes. Bernhardt enjoys seeking out and fighting strong opponents, prefering to pilot suits that he has gotten accustomed to until he feels that they are insufficient no matter his skills. That being said, he is one of only a select few who survived a major battle involving a mass produced amount of Asshimar mobile suits. A majority of these suits were ultimately defeated due to the weak core these suits possessed and the lack of physical weaponry to deal with beam resistant enemies.

Mundane Skills: Amazing mobile suit pilot, skillful fencer, horseback rider, capable shot, skilled speaker.
Personality: Charismatic, shrewd and opportunistic. An initiative taker and dreamer at heart. He has a peculiar sense of honor and wants more often than not fight one-on-one battles against opponents he deem worthy, he very much hate AI and those who have 'defiled their bodies' meaning those who have amplified themselves with Alaya-Vijnana System. Unlike many other pilots within the alliance, Bernhardt doesn't make use of any substances or amplifiers in battles. He considers them dishonorable and he does not want to use nuclear weapons, unless he believes the end justifies the means. He is prone to take enemy mobile suit weapons as trophies if he can.

Faction Name: Azure Aegis Alliance

Faction Members: Bernhardt Griffith, Siegfried Krauser (Currently NPC leader)

Power Level: Autocracy. Economic and military powerhouse. Access to nuclear missiles. Thousands of mobile suits. PMX-000 Messala are what the aces and commanders pilot. Regular pilots often end up piloting the RMS-179 GM II. Very few are also using Asshimar mobile suits.

Numbers: 15000 soldiers, 35000 support personell.

Tech Level: Good. They excel at earth atmosphere flight mobile suits, even modifying ground types to fly, they also have the funds and access to enriched uranium to produce nuclear weapons. A majority of their energy structure uses nuclear energy, sending the dirty nuclear waste out into space rather than having it harm the earth. They've possess three elevators which sends shuttles and ships into space with their accompanying cargo.

History: The faction rose years before the Anarchy, they objected strongly missions into space, claiming the true place for mankind was on earth, and anyone attempt to build in space was an attempt to become a god. This is something they could never permit. They will not settle for anything other than the complete annihilation of all the space colonies and eventual dismantling of the moon once all is done. Many of it's younger pilots have been brainwashed and indoctrinated into hating spacenoids. Before, during and after the Anarchy, this faction has done all within it's power to amplify tensions between other factions. Whilst it is reluctant to wage war against other earth factions, it will do so when or if it feels threatened. Diplomacy with other earth factions are prefered. As is ample assassination missions of figureheads of other nations to remove a clear 'spacenoid friendly' threat.

Bio: Inherited his position as CEO from his father, information about Zagan's past is limited besides that he has been a long term pilot, programmer and scientist since he was young.

Personality: Calm, polite, calculating. Zagan is someone who prefers to sit behind the actual battlefield than upon it, using his mobile doll security forces to carry out whatever task he may deem necessary. While many people on the Saturn colonies have got a vendetta or feel a sense of extracting revenge on Jupiter, Zagan doesn't share these feelings. His family had left soon after the AI incident at the Jupiter colonies, and the former research and mining outposts near Saturn became militarized and also place of living for refugees or those whom had been exiled from Jupiter, or those companies which dealt with AI and mobile dolls.

Power Level: Mining, manufacturing and security corporation. Gundanium processing, Mobile suit constuction, weapons manufacturer, AI software, Mobile doll program, N-Jammer tech, overall technological advancements.

Numbers: 12000 security personell, 48000 workers.

Tech Level: Peak tech. Mostly mobile doll Maganac mobile suits with various weaponsets. Approximately 150 total Maganac suits. Also has a Tallgeese unit which is sealed away in one of the most guarded places in the Midas space fortress. Acting more as a reminder of "human limits", which further amplifies the Saturn colonies reliance on mobile dolls. They possess a massive shield system around the Midas space fortress which is usually activated upon discovering unknown spacecraft from a distance. There are also rumors that the Sarturn colonies have a superweapon of their own as large cylinder shaped objects have been created at various places surrounding the fortress and nearby places.

History: The Zagan Syndicate used to be part of one of the Jupiter colonies, but left in a hurry after the great AI incident and haven't looked back at Jupiter since. A majority of their population are involved with mining, research or technological advancements, but there are also farming and agricultural research, even if those are minor in comparison. The Saturn colonies are acceptive of refugees, exiles and outcasts from other regions, although those from Mars and Jupiter are carefully monitored to make sure they are not agents sent to sabotage the syndicate or the colonies. Their relationship with Mars and Jupiter in general is cold if not hostile, while Venus is regarded as dangerous immoral competitors. When it comes to the Earth sphere, they are viewed as backwards-striving barbarians. Those which lives as Saturn may be viewed to outsiders as nationalistic and almost religious in their pursuit of transcending humanity through technology rather than biology, even if a majority of those living at the Saturn colonies and the space fortress are coordinators, they believe that the next step of humanity is obtaining immortality by becoming one with technology.
