Personality:
Celine can be very monotone and blunt at times. She has seen more than any other fairy or any other living creature on this planet, things they cannot even imagine. Still, through her bluntness, she is just and kind. Celine has a soft spot for the newer fairies, always finding them to be pitiful in a sweet way.
She has no tolerance for cruelty, and although she can be intimidating, she will protect the meek with every fiber of her soul.
Talent(s):
Dust Creation: It is rare that she is able to do this, but in desperate circumstances, Celine has the ability to create Ichor Dust from her tears-this is what helps the fairies fly.
Wish Granting: She is able to preform small amounts of magic, the most powerful is Wish Granting. Once a year she grants ten wishes from her subjects, allowing them to achieve their goals and dreams.
Job in the Hollow: To lead and rule the fairies of the Hollow
Family: None, as all fairies. She does not know how she came to be on this Earth, simply that one day…she woke up
Friends: The counsel of fairies and the scroll keeper.

History:
Since the beginning of the world, there has been…Celine. At first, she was a small thing, an ant on the surface of the world. She found places to hide, ways to survive. She made friends in any place she went, and the occasional enemy because of her blunt nature.
She was though, alone. No matter what animal or insect she came across and befriended, she was the only creature of her kind. Often she would stare at the sky, to afraid to fly up, high enough to the stars and ask them why she was sent here to simply…be alone.
Soon, the young fairy came across a large tree, an oak, powerful and sturdy. There, she made her home. It was empty, but it was hers. One day though, that ended. It took thousands of lonely years, but at noon on what Celine called a ‘Thursday’ she was met with the seed of a dandelion. That dandelion then woke up, dust flying around her, waking a young red haired fairy.
It was a girl, small and smiling, with wide eyes. Celine was overjoyed, confused of course, but all of the strangeness was pushed aside, for she was finally not alone. Celine named the girl after the seed she came from, Dandelion, and only more fairies continued after.
Soon, a community started, and Celine, blessed with a dream of the fairies future, began to assign jobs and responsibilities to the eldest fairies in the Hollow. As she traveled to the mainland, she picked up more terms as society grew.
At first, she was known as a princess, but once she learned about the full extent of royal families, she became the Queen of the Hollow.
Favorite Activities:
♕ To go on walks in the market place and visit the small shops
♕ To visit the mainland and see how the world is progressing
♕ To sneak into museums on the mainland and see objects and creatures from her past
♕ To hold council meetings that are really just excuses to see the other higher up fairies
