@Silly - Thought I'd mention I changed Asteria's second divine gift, if you're interested. :D


I cannot remember the original exactly but I think it was the magic sight one?

But what came to mind was Wanda Maximoff. Just imagining Asteria doing those magic sigils in the air like they do in the marvel movies with characters like Wanda, Dr Strange, etc.

Probably not what is happening in the slightest, but it was a cool mental image

@Silly - I do adore writing sigils in the air as a way of casting magic though! Wanda didn't quite do that. Dr. Strange is closer to what I'd have in mind.

I think having it be a hell hound would be less conspicuous but a descendant of Cerberus would be cooler, though a dog that is like 5ft at the shoulders (if you allow it, if not I will probaby shrink jareth, until the dog is bigger than him/big enough to carry him would be cool) is conspicuous anyway

@TruckKun Well, I think he's okay. His personality sounds a bit counterintuitive though - like he's cold, but nice, but cold, but nice? That's just my thoughts anyways. Might also want to look into what Hades actual powers are too, but that's just my take. As long as WhiteAngel says he's fine.

Ok, sounds like I made his personality desc just a bit too confusing. So basically, he is really cold, but a loyal friend, and he has a smile that basically 'lights up the room, (if you manage to get him to smile) also I didn't want to use the kinda over-used 'lights up the room' thing partially because of his dark based powers also wondering what my prophesy would be, also Hellhound or Cerberus descendant? @Lyla

I interpret it as something like this...

It could be that he is logical in that respect. He understands the value of having trusted allies and the concept of loyalty, it could be a transactional and honest arrangement. Many hands make light work. But as stated, he is a "cold bastard", which means he might lack empathy for others, hence appearing very cold or insensitive to peoples emotions and responses to things he does. He might also have a gloomy or dark personality too, think of alt-scene like a goth (he kind of looks like one too!).

His smile could be very practiced, like a CEO warmly greeting you with their crap-eating grin, it is used to put you at ease, but the smile doesn't quite touch his eyes, as it were. Nice is the behaviour of acting polite or respectful, which he can be, but he is not a kind person.

@Silly yeah that sounds about right, but he doesn't smile for show, he just doesn't smile unless its real, but one of the reasons he became so cold and aloof is watching his friends get killed/die

I think I might go with hell hound, if only because it theoretically would draw less attention, though a dog that is like 5ft at the shoulders is gonna draw attention (assuming of course that @WhiteAngel25 approves)

The prophecies havent been sent out yet, I believe this is something that will get generated in the narrative, and since White Angel said to post in the In Character page, he has been accepted.

In terms of posting, you are free to start! It is working from when your character has had their first awakening and what is happening in the next steps. I think White Angel is going to post after that a way for our characters to end up with an introduction to the academy.

@Silly@Lyla Thank you for helping out @TruckKun while I’ve been out in the real world swamped with life. Wind storm knocked down my chicken coop, don’t worry the chickens were not in it yet!

Waiting on a CS post from @Finetales if still interested. And @tadcfnaf technically had next post but it has been over a week since Silly posted so…TruckKun you can go ahead and post.

@TruckKun - Look, don't worry about screwing it up, silly~ Just make a post around the time of your character's awakening event. Silly made hers right after it happened and I made mine a couple months after. Both are good! (I'm heading to bed now~)
