"Are you sure for you did say you have school." Sammy said to him as she stretched a little cracking her back.

"C'mon, you're my best friend," Andre said. "Truancy might become an issue, but it'd be worth it."

"Well alright." Sammy said as she got out if bed and just brushed her hair and got her things put together which was not a lot.

Andre waited patiently, calling his parents and informing them that he would not be in school today. "I'm going with Sam," he said. "We're going to the police."

Sammy came down to where Andre was and kept quiet since he was on the phone and she did not want to disturb him at all.

"Alright," said Andre. He hung up and turned to Sam. "Can I do anything for you, Sam?"

"No I just did not want interupt your phone call." Sammy sad to him with her ars behind her back. "That is all."

Andre nodded. "You ready for this?"

"I think so." Sammy said still nervous about going to the police.

"What could happen?" he asked. "I seriously doubt, with the evidence, that they'll keep you there."

"I know but I still get freaked out around cops for some odd reason." Sammy said for she knew sometimes people make stupid decisions.

Andre gave a small laugh. "Me too. Used to be truant."

Sammy laughed a little when he laughed. "Thanks Andre for everything and being there for me also."

Andre shrugged. "What're friends for?" he asked.

Sammy smiled at him. "And I am glad we are friends." She said as they got ready to move out.

Andre nodded and waited outside.

Sammy walked out and stood next to him. "Ready when you are." She said to him as she smiled at him.

Andre nodded and led the way.

Sammy followed him and smiled a little as they walked. She was still nervous about this thinking that this was going to be hard even with the evedince.

As they neared the police station Andre slowed, and then stopped. "You ready?"
