Ashborn is clearly in your characters view, would he not be troubled that his hiding spot was foiled? :)

My grandmother passed away over the weekend so i dont know how interactive i am going to be able to be over the next few days.

Your concept of a different species of human is intriquing. However, if you will look at the Map in OP, you will see that the Northenmost part of the land is actually that of the Earroldian empire. Unless you want your species to live out on an island.
Also, it made me happy that your kind is allied to Grapholo, rather than Earroldir.

@Ollum;
You are not supposed to feel preassured into posting, if you truly do not feel that there is nothing for you to post. However, Sovereign's character, Ashborn, is right beside your character. I am very sorry if you felt anyone was pressuring you.

There is nothing I can type in my post that isn't just a repeat of what is already happening. and I would find typing that post to be incredibly boring and pointless. You already know what is happening, you see and interact. Why do I need to type it out a second or third time? Even taking in that it is from a slightly different perspective it is still just being repetitive.


I didn't mind if you posted, I was just waiting for you to either do so or show some sign that you weren't going to, in case you actually were away for some reason and posting too much would push you away from the RP. Sorry if it appeared pushy.

My bad! I'll amend the CS to say they come from the northern end of Grapholo. I didn't know what the driving force for the other characters would be at this time, so what better way to kick start things than barbarians at the gates!

I'll try to adjust my CS in a couple hours. As for my post, I think I'll be starting a little farther away from everyone else. I don't have the time or the writing capability to write an altercation with every character.

Writing with the necromancer sounds very cool!

So... Who's up?

I was in another roleplay. They posted thirty times while I was sleeping and toitally ignored the exsistance of my character through the entirety of a very important scene, forcing him to be an idiot on the sidelines, even though that was clearly not how he would have done things, based on his personality and all... Now I only have this and you guys. It really amazes me how bad people can be at roleplaying, sometimes. I had an RP back when I first started RPing (eight years ago) in the Free section (which was called the Beginner section back then and I made Mahz change that (well, I started it, anyways. other people backed me up)) and really, that was more advanced than the RP I just dropped from.

I almost felt like people got worse at RPing over time. First roleplay I joined was free, about 5 years or so ago, and in the latter stages of oldguild, I swear to god, half the threads in casual were less advanced than that first free RP.

EDIT: *Sorry*, I'm an english language student now, so apparently it's improper to call people 'bad writers'. Replace 'worse' with 'fulfilling the role of a lower prestige.'

You're right, though. People do get worse. There are abour a handful of good RPers left of RPG and well... you can't always get lucky.

Anyways, I realized (yes, I only just realized) that you wrote that you cannot call people "Bad Writers". Well, you're not! You're calling them bad RPers. They might be great writers for all we know, when they're writing alone. But being an RPer means you have to know how to work as a team and let the fat kid with astma and a clumpy foot kick the ball once in a while *Danes make fottball/soccer jokes all the time*

Huh, you know I don't think I've had this kind of issue. I mean, I've seen some bad RPers but I don't think it's ever been as bad as what you guys are saying. But then again, I spend more time looking for RPs than actually RPing. And most that I'm in tend to die anyway.

Oh, and I am still here. Just waiting for a good moment to post.

Well... I guess I use all my luck finding the four-leaved clovers. Or maybe luck doesn't like that I feed the clovers to my guniea pig.

Great to hear you're around and waiting. I'm actually making another RP (yay for me *derpface*) so I might be as stalk-y about this one, at least for a few days (the reason I'm always shown as offline=I didn't want people knowing that I was actually online all day, being a stalker). I'm still here, though, and I'll still leap into acton to post at any given oppotunity (fingers itching to write and drooling like a fat virgin teenager at a nude beach in europe (Which is not as great as it sounds; it's all fat germans))...

Hahaha, I mostly just stalk the RP threads though. It's not too often that I check on and look at someone else's profile. I am looking forward to making my next IC post here though.

It's not that I'm ashamed of stalking people; it's more the fact that (back on the old guild, at least) I got spammed with PMs, VMs and only God knows what, when I came online.
