Oh Dark Souls 2, dare may I ask what console. I'm kind of in the same boat myself with finals and with Dark Souls 2. It's like a drug to me.
As for infinite effigies well there is a way but it requires a lot of bonfire asetics, lots of them, so many that there is no point in doing it really, plus with the Ring of Life Protection, it makes human effigies not worth much to you, at least if you have the souls to repair it every time you die.
So many builds I have to work on still though. I have like six or seven planned out.

took me a bit too literally, I meant infinite effigies as in it's extremely easy to acquire them. The only time I ever felt I was running out of them was on my first play-through where I was trying to figure out different boss fights. I just feel that unless you put restrictions on yourself, dark souls isn't really that punishing for mistakes, and that was a lot of their focus this time around.

I have it for the PC. I tend to take my time with Dark Souls. I like to farm souls in one area a lot before moving on, so I'm still pretty early in the game - point being I don't really know what Bonefire Ascetics are. I've only had it for like, half a day.

Awe well they are items you burn at a bonfire that will increase the difficulty of that area along with respawn any enemies in the area (since enemies will disappear when you kill them fifteen times) along with items. I'm on PS3 though I'll probably get it on PC at some point once I build a new one since my old one is just shot and I need to start from scratch with it.

I'm purposely not posting, I don't want my character to develop at this stage. I'm just waiting for the Joshua part to die down before I come in, or at least for it to progress to a different stage.

I said either that or if it progresses to a different stage. my character's already interacted with Joshua, he has my standpoint, me appearing now would be utterly pointless.

well seeing how people wont post i guess it is. People posting is what keeps an rp going and if people just slowly stop than there is not much i can do to revive it.
