um i just noticed a problem. um... since this is Kanto, do we only get to raise Kanto pokemon? or, since this is just an rp, can we imagine that ALL the pokemon are in this map?

Name: Kuroi Hamilre

Gender: Male

Age: 16

Pokemon: Houndoom, Froakie, and Honchkrow.

Bio: Kuroi was originally born in an undescript town in the Hoenn Region. On his 10th birthday, he was given a Houndour to train and raise, by his parents. He, of course, accepted the gift, and immediately connected with his partner. Not long after, he left his home and traveled the regions, befriending a bird Pokemon in his time, and generally becoming a better trainer. Six years later, he traveled to Kanto, where he plans to dominate the League, before moving onto the next region.
Name of pokemon: Houndoom

Gender: Male

Moves: Fire Fang, Dark Pulse, Flamethrower, Crunch
Name of pokemon: Honchcrow

Gender: Female

Moves: Brave Bird, Steel Wing, Night Slash, Ice Beam
Name of Pokemon: Froakie

Gender: Male

Moves: Watergun, Pound, Ice Punch.

Other: This is the main Pokemon he'll be using against 'new' trainers.

How about this? We'll start with just Kanto Pokemon, but after Viridian City, we start to see more and more different kinds? Don't be afraid to catch a Starter as well.

My only request is that we don't include Gen 6 for now, since I know next to nothing about them, save for Sylveon. I know some stuff about Sylveon.

I'd probably say that you can only catch Kanto region Pokemon in the wild. RP or not, it's established that certain pokemon don't inhabit the region.

I wish. I lost my DS years ago, back when Soul Silver first came out. Been too cheap/broke to get a new one ever since XD

i have a valid reason why ALL pokemon should be included.

not everyone has a partner from the Kanto region. since many of us dont have 1st gen starter pokemon, it can be assumed that at least gen 1-5 should be included in the map we're in.

am i right?
