I'm laughing right now because they're the same person, Touko Aozaki. looks like you're both right as far as the character goes but the image itself is from Kara No Kyoukai.

I don't do search functions based off animes most of the time. Usually by features I'm wanting on the character. So yeah, she had the features I was looking for, so I'm happy.

Though I always find it somewhat counterproductive when people play brooding loners with cool personal history - how's anyone ever going to find out if they never want to talk to anyone xD

Seriously, everyone wants some time to let characters interact while we're in the mission and once we have time to interact, they all disappear. It's a bit annoying.
