Welcome to Rosie’s Corner. Centuries ago, Eric Turnpike created this island for his daughter, Rosie Turnpike. She was… different and got a lot of crap for it. He decided to create an island getaway just for her. It was to be a place where people could find peace and happiness. Now, 2014, Eric and his daughter are long gone and the only living relative is an old man that lives several miles from the island, preferring to keep to himself. A hermit to the extreme, he never comes out. He lets the island do as it pleases, ignoring most of the going-ons.
This is where your characters will be introduced. When they come to the island, the first place they visit will be here.
1. No Godmodding. No one likes it.
2. Everything, including romance and violence, should be PG-13. Anything more should fade to black and time skip.
3. One character per person until you have been told otherwise.
4. Post at least two to three sentences.
5. No character should be ignored.
6. In that same regard, make sure that when you post, you include something gives the other role-players something to react to.
7. What the GM says goes.
8. If you plan on leaving the RP, please let your GM know.
9. If you have been absent for more than a week without notice, your character will be dropped and you will have to re-apply.
10. I will be applying a new rule. When making a post for your character please include, "[Name]|[Location]"
11. Have fun! If you have read the rules, please answer this question at the end of your CS. "If you could choose only one super power, what would it be and why?"
(About the RP)
-This RP is Sandbox.
-That being said, I will more than likely not move plot along. That will be up to us as a group.
-The only created things so far are Turnpike Cafe and Bakery and the island's name.
-The island itself is located somewhere along the coast of California.
-The Setting is Modern Day, 2014.

Can use and morph shadows into tangible things/beings. He can create small little people that will do things for him or he can create small objects. "I am very shy and kind. I can never say a bad thing about anyone. I love helping people and I will do everything I can to make them smile. I have never had a boyfriend or love interest before in my life so I am very innocent about a lot of things. I don't judge people and I can always see the good in people. If someone confides in me or tells me a secret I will take it to my grave so I guess you can say I can be very reliable. I am also honest. Even if it's something bad, I will not lie to someone, even though I will hate myself for hurting them with the truth. I can be really oblivious about a lot of things, especially when it comes to love/flirting. I guess you could also say I trust way too easily. I also get embarrassed and flustered way too easily. I can be very insecure about myself and my body and i tend to second-guess myself a lot. I can become upset very easily and am very sensitive. I can also be very clumsy and tend to trip over my own feet a lot."
~Arabella is very easily prone to panic attacks, which can be triggered by a number of things: Loud or sudden noises, thunderstorms, the dark, heights, being grabbed suddenly, and dolls.

Personality : Exuberant and cheery, he always tries to see the best in others. He is also very vocal, not afraid to voice his opinions, though sometimes he doesn't know when to be quiet. He is oblivious to romantics, not realizing he says ridiculous things half of the time. He becomes quiet and fuming when upset or angry, only acting out when provoked.

Powers and Weaknesses (If applicable.): Super human strength (able to use his muscles to their maximum ability), incapable of feeling physical pain, is effectively immortal as long as nothing happens to his brain. Mateiu is incapable of healing from injuries on his own and has to stitch himself up to avoid losing limbs after a scuffle (his injuries can be healed by magic, but he doesn't know any), an injury to his head can kill him if severe enough, he's *terrified* of vultures.
Other: Mateiu is a vegetarian despite what most people think when it comes to zombies. He'll be picking up a job at a smoothie shop down the street from the cafe once he settles in . What power would I want? Intangibility. The possibilities when one can move through solid objects are endless (I'll never lose my keys to the dreaded couch again >:D).
