Holy crap I'm back! So sorry for disappearing a lot of personal stuff came up and at the same time PC blew up! I couldn't even use my daughters lap top to get online so it's been hectic. Massive apologies, those who know me know I don't usually just disappear without a word but a lot has been happening and I just let it get on top of me.

I think were close to wrapping this last stop up (well, as soon as Aemoten is done being sort-of collapsed, which with any luck won't be more than a couple of actual posts). I believe it's Jack's turn now unless you'd rather reply to the Olan-post first (as Jaelnec will probably go looking for them - I assumed Jaelnec would be helping Aemoten a bit before he goes anywhere; correct me Jack if need be and I'll make edits)?

Cool thanks hun, I'm relieved I haven't held anything up, except Olan being Olan haha! It's good to be back I must say, excuse any issues with posting I have become rather rusty due to lack of use.

Poor old Aemoten, I'd say Thaler would help him but she can barely help herself right now. I think they all need hot baths and a good cup of camomile tea and a long sleep. Though the pessimist in me says they're more likely to get an icy drenching, poisoned and no sleep at all. It'd be just their luck! XD

Who's next on Zerul-side? Yoshua (given he maybe wanted to post before)? Rhaevnn (as the vampire hasn't had a say for a while)? Mercinus (as his character was the one most obviously addressed)?
As for the roadside group, I guess it's all Jack's turn now. (Unless ASTA manages to obtain a functional computer and a net connection; it seems like everyone has their devices and/or providers being done for or failing them these days...)

- Well, if luck tends to eventually run out, then so should bad luck, no? I'd hope they used all their bad luck up with Rilon taking personal interest in them; any more bad luck could probably be used to fold timespace and create small wormholes. (Y'know, put one end next to the fridge and the other within an arm's reach of your computer...)
Aemoten ... will be fine, I think. At least physically, given a bit of sleep and rest (and he'll probably get some of it now - not by far enough, granted, but a sufficient amount to have him not collapse again before their lot can find proper beds). Mentally ... time will tell. Mostly depends on the number of demons taking unhealthy interest in the group and its members, and whether or not his more personal concerns can be resolved. Thaler can help, though! Thaler can always help. She might have to hurry before he's completely out, though, or otherwise wait until they are about to leave and force him to wake up. In between, she probably could poke at him all she wants, or use him as a pillow, and he most likely wouldn't notice...
((It may help to go back and skim-read the older posts when you've been gone for a while, refresh your memory and what not. It's been much less time for your character, after all. - Though, in the given instance, I can perfectly understand why you might not want to spend too much time revisiting some of those posts. I could probably fetch the relevant bits and/or try to give brief summary if there was something specific you were not sure about.))

It is in Morgan's character not to say much, even though he does think quite a lot. ;) However, I won't be posting 'til after Merc, as Morgan won't react to what he would consider Ixion's choice (though he will have to say something if Ixion avoids conversation behind closed doors, regardless of his hate for 'the law').

So yesterday I fell out of my brand new shower, smacked my back pretty hard on the bath and on the cistern (small toilet). I ache everywhere. It's also my first few days at college so while I will be around it won't be massively so for a week I'd say while I adjust/heal.

That being said due to back owwies I'll probably have time to skim read and catch up on the group and what I've missed, forgot and/or misremembered. :)

Well... Accidents happen; this is perfectly understandable. Slipping and falling is at least easily justifiable, unlike most injuries I manage to accidentally inflict upon myself. My latest achievement was freeze-burning a hole into my right hand ... see whether you can explain that one other than me being a moron and blatantly ignoring work-safety. (No worries, though ... this part of my hand was already scarred, so it's not like it makes much of a difference in the longer run. *sigh*)

Most of the posts are in the archives, if you'd prefer to read them in a bit more organized manner. (So Zerul-City-Posts and companions-posts and other posts aren't intermingled.
- Which reminds me, I should put the rest of the salvaged OldGuild posts up in the Archives at some point. Since I have them as plain text files which are ... a bit less than well-formed to put it lightly, I couldn't write a reliable parser too easily, meaning that I had to hand-copy-paste all of the usernames, dates, and post contents rather than just feeding the script post IDs. ...And I kind of got enough of it after eleven pages and haven't bothered to continue it since. I will, though, at some point. I should have more time for small things like that now (and hopefully I'll get to fixing something or other backend, too).
Otherwise, everything besides the last few posts of Unlikely Alliances are there (I figured I might rearrange the post order - and nothing else - a bit, just so that it won't be jumping between two scenes). Probably will put those up after Jack's posted again and maybe brought those two ends together.

Summary, though... Which point onward would you like it / which branches?
