((The two families have an intense stare off for a few moments before both of them going back to their meals. At one point Bug and Stine head to the men's room at the same time. Once there the sounds of fighting erupt from the men's room before Bug and Stine return to their tables.
"Not one word." The two say. Bug spits out a scalpel and Stine pulls a large stinger out of his cheek.))
