While he often appears as the shiny example of what a spartan should be to his superiors, in terms of his performance in the field. His fellow Freelancers view Alaska as an attention whore. As he has a tendency to make situations more difficult than they need to be, so that he can boast if he manages to prevail.
Snowball, as his allies mockingly call him, is also some what of an sadist. As he enjoys messing with his enemy's before killing them. He is also noted as being cocky, often referring to himself as 'the king' when among his fellow Spartans. Despite this, Alaska usually jealous of his teammates. Viewing them as kids who get to play. As he feels he that he has to continuously push himself, without rest, if he is going to continue to live up to the expectations of his superiors.
Any specific weaknesses/flaws: Superiority Complex makes him distrustful of others; Suffers from severe and violent flashbacks, which can randomly impair his ability to function.
Quirks: Makes a clicking sound with his tongue every time he hits a target; Is fond of saying "The King is back" whenever he returns from the field.

@ Mystech - Just so we're clear, this rp is starting at the very start of Project Freelancer, with the first recruits, so he isn't infamous just yet. That said, I like his bio a lot. It'll be good to get some more serious freelancers in the mix. I think you can count on some of the current freelancers to try to be friendly with him anyway. XD Which should be interesting. History: Donovan comes from a long line of military men, and he is no different. He joined the USMC straight out of high school, and quickly distinguished himself as a capable soldier. He quickly found he was very talented in the usage of explosives, and specialized in them. He spent nearly a decade serving in the USMC, and in one particular case, managed to rig an entire enemy occupied fort with plastic explosives. He is a loud person, and has the bad habit of shouting out to friends, acquaintances, and even strangers, at long distances. He is not serious at all, and likes to tell jokes and pull pranks on others in his down time. There are very few people Donovan has met that he didn't like, and try to make friends with. Even on mission and in training, he likes to make conversation with anyone around.

Then the gangs moved in, she wanted no part of the gang lifestyle, as she would have been nothing more than another living sex toy that they may or may not have loaned to other people for money. She didn't have the means to fight them so she had to learn to hide from them. She became very good at sneaking around, she eventually learned to apply that skill to breaking and entering. Eventually she was caught, a marine who was forced out of service took her in and helped her get her life together. Shortly before Victoria turned eighteen her benefactor died at eighteen she joined the UNSC Marine Corps just like her benefactor. Her skills were put to good use infiltrating and eliminating Innie leaders who wanted to continue their pointless crusade of stupidity and ignorance all the while the Covenant were trying to exterminate humanity.
Her last mission fighting the Innie morons was cut short when the Covenant invaded. she barely made it off world before Covenant glassed the planet. After that ONI conscripted her to put her talents to use in gathering intelligence on the Covenant.

His only punishment came from the few times he decided to not follow orders and do things his way, he got the job done but his superiors didn't take his disobedience lightly. He applied to be an ODST soldier a little later, wanting to get more action, and was accepted. Though he was never considered to be the best in the class, he did show he was determined and persistent to get the tasks given to him done and did pass the training. After a few years he was given the offer to join the Freelancer Program, an offer he couldn't refuse. After one simple interview he got in, happy to even get the chance to join in on the program and being able to show to his family they were dead wrong, that he could go places within the UNSC.
Personality: He is a bit of a serious person, though he does have a softer side to him, though it's only shown to those that he sees as friends. His size makes him more intimidating then he is but if someone agitates him he won't hesitate to flatten them out with his fist. He has a bit of an issue with thinking that his superiors may be wrong in certain situations and that he could make a better choice leading to him occasionally disobeying commands, though he usually still gets the job done, most of the time anyways.
Any specific weaknesses/flaws: He's semi decent at mid range but longer range proves to be a problem for him, unable to even hit the broad side of a barn. Has an issue sometimes with taking orders if he thinks he is right and his superiors are wrong in a course of action which gets him into trouble sometimes.

It might have been downloaded or extracted improperly. First time I tried, it didn't extract right, so the program couldn't run. Had to re-extract but it was fine after that.

For starters, guys, character creation should not be tense. If someone makes a comment on issues in your bio without being offensive, try to respond politely. In the future, I will police all of the bios so that we only have one person confronting errors and I will contact you through PM if I see something that needs to be changed. This way we can avoid any issues in the future.
@ Revan and Treue-- The camouflage is fine. There will be overlap, which is why I included that note in the application. After this, though, I'm going to put a halt on camouflage, since 2 of 8 have it now.
Overall, I am going to say there can be no more than 2 people with the same power. If we get too many people, I will revisit this rule.
Also, as of right now, we have three freelancers whose specialty is at least half CQB. I'm putting a halt on CQB freelancers for now.
Those of you applying after this point, please find a different specialty and armor power for your trooper.
