Quick thing though, do you guys think that I should do like a game master thing where I control all the NPC's and such or should I play a PC. I kinda want to do a game master thing but it's up to you guys.

Those aren't mutually exclusive. If you want to run all the NPCs and make a character, then that's fine. But yeah, do what you want.
