This looks sick. I noticed your roleplay this morning and instantly got inspired to make a new character. Here he is, hope everything fits the bill!
Name: Xillian "Xil Gil" Giles
Age: Thirty-two
Sex: Yes please
Gender: Male
Notoriety 0
Appearance: Xil Gil by all means appears to be a douchebag's rendition of a quintessential, stiff-gaited British salary man. He stands six feet tall, 180 pounds (He looks like he should weigh less, but you know, he's full of metal shit), with coke bottle glasses, tidy hair, and tea-stained teeth. He is never seen without a pair of black gloves on.
Personality: Xil Gil comes across as a character you'd see in Monty Python. Everything about him screams "awful British humor". He's well-mannered but prone to accidental offences, a true upper-class twit. He enjoys the little things in life, and decidedly avoids discussions of a complex nature. Xil Gil is shallow and superficial, his quirky tidbits doing nothing to alleviate the unbridled cruelty with which he visits upon those his employers deem "troublesome". If anything, one could call Xil Gil a Bondian henchman and be right on the money.
Bio: Xillian Giles had a fine upbringing in (formerly) Great Britain, though he had poor showings in school. Despite his poor aptitude he proved himself to be a hard worker and managed to claw his way into the Ministry of Defence, secret service. Hmm? His childhood? Not everyone has interesting childhoods, least of all little English turd tukeys. Trust me, it's boring. After a few years he migrated to Europa and found work in Eurocorp. They appreciated his talents, and did their best to put him to good use. He was fitted with cybernetic enhancements and told to discreetly kill those that undermine the company. An assassin? No. A mercenary? Not that. You've gotta call it what it is, the lable on the can. They helped Xil Gil to become a murderer.
People began disappearing at a greater rate than before. Opponents of Eurocorp, some quite famous, vanishing into thin air. Every force has its Red Baron. The one that people learn to fear. Is Xil Gil feared? Let's just say that he can get an empty table at any restaurant, at any time.
District: None specific. He is always on the move, workin' overtime.
Weapon(s): Xil Gil uses his hands. His mitts are completely robotic, and their strength is such that he can crush the skull of a cyber soldier in his grip as if their head were an egg. He can squeeze the juice out of an engine block. He can rub a quarter between two fingers and reduce it to warm shavings. This man gives steel girders Indian sunburns. You get the idea. The raw power of his pinching phalanges can make an industrial hydraulic press wet in the panties. The high tension single-atom filament muscle fibers and fiber optic nerve cables situated throughout his entire body serve only to make his paws as ridiculously strong as possible. Most of his frame is, metaphorically speaking, a pulley-system that powers his hands and wrists.
This being the case, it should be obvious why he likes to shake hands in dark alleys.
Armour: Since most of the sinew and bone in his body is interwoven with composite metals to power his crushing grip, Xil Gil is quite the tank. His body serves as its own protection, and he can endure as much dakka as can one touting a full set of heavy battle armor (and since it's his own body, his weight remains relatively low). His innards are studded with electrostatic transformers that create a field which reduces the effect ion blasts have on his circuitry. All in all, he's almost as tough to put down as the Terminator.
Cybernetics: His feet are purely cybernetic like his hands, but for another purpose. The circumference of his soles are flanked by retractable claws which can dig into concrete or seal against metal via magnetism. The primary purpose of this is to allow him to walk up walls to get at hard-to-reach victims and maintain sure footing in combat.
His brain also has a few chips in it that allow him to process information at a faster rate than what a normal human is capable of, juicing up his reflexes real good-like.
Account Balance: 2500 creds
Other: Despite Xil Gil's toughness and hand-to-hand killing power, he likes to avoid direct confrontations. He lacks the ability to deal with long-ranged attacks, and contrary to the public's perception of what a cyborg is capable of, he's actually no faster than a normal man. Yup, that's right. Xil Gil has no speed enhancements or guns. If you can outrun your average fit Brit, then you can outrun and most likely outmaneuver Xil Gil. Needless to say more physically balanced cyborgs can run absolute rings around him, and a good marksman can Kobe his ass from a hundred yards easy. He's also not exactly the brightest bulb in the basement, and can be outsmarted if somebody has the presence of mind to try and bluff him. The only conceivable way Xil Gil can nail a competent opponent is if he catches them unawares and grabs them before they can bolt. If he does manage to grab said opponent though, what usually follows is ghastly enough to make John Carpenter ralph in a baggie.

Trustworthy – Money Seeker – Calm – No-Joke attitude
Bio: Alexis was born on the streets and was taught since she was a kid how to steal to survive. She was took in by one of the local gangs and stayed with them until her "accident" happened. A rival gang wanted to teach the gang Alexis was in, a lesson and so, they ambushed Alexis on the street and removed one of her eyes and her right arm. Alexis got up from the place she lost her arm and eye and moved towards her gang's territory on her own. She was quickly taken in by the gang leader who spent a lot of credits on her. Alexis was gifted a robotic arm and a cybernetic eye to compensate for her looses.
After a year of recuperation, Alexis tracked down the gang and slaughtered every single one of them with a sword. Soon after she became an assassin and started working for credits.

Cybernetics: Cybernetic Right Arm : A cheaper model that doesn't look human if looked at it from close range ( reason why Alexis never removes her armor in public ). Stronger than a normal human arm, Alexis uses it to steady her sniper rifle or fight with her sword.
Cybernetic Right Eye - Can accurately zoom in the distance, see the environmental conditions (wind, temperature) speed of moving objects and some other basic things. Early model but is precise.

Personality: Over a decade of work as a mercenary has influenced X's personality: constant training, espionage and combat has defined the latter part of his life. Because of this, X has had to bury certain aspects of himself. The discipline required for his work has given him the ability to detach himself emotionally from the immediate situation in order to better assess his options and figure out the best way to achieve his objectives.
Though aware and confident of his abilities, X understands that even if he is a cyborg, he still is human and his survival more often than not has been a gift of chance. With no wish to die, X has no problem to refuse a job if he understands that it’s above his abilities, and by the same token, he has no problem refusing jobs purely based on ethics and his moral beliefs.

Bio: X grew up in a working class household in the eastern region of District XX. He had shown himself to be very intelligent from a young age, so it was no surprise to his family that after finishing school, X received scholarship and enrolled in the University of Tartu.

After graduating from the university, X moved to Riga, the capital of District XX and joined an underground radical cell. He quickly befriended the cell’s members and became loyal to the cause.
However, his support withered after the cell began using bombs in public places and performed bank heists to fund their cause. Sickened by what he had helped them do, X decided to distance himself from the movement and returned to his family in his hometown.
After a few months, he started drifting east into the states owned by Korporat18, specifically Siberia. While traveling in between the Siberian metropolises, X started to perform odd-jobs of various legality to support himself, with the skills he learned from his radical days proving to be useful. After arriving to Vladivostok, X officially became a mercenary and worked there for about a year. It was around this time, that X learned that most of the Cell he fought with was wiped out by the EPA.
After earning enough credits, X decided to migrate into Japan and he lived there for about four years until his return to Europa. He first lived in Osaka, but then moved to Akakawa and, later, Neo-Tokyo. While he was mostly hired by the Japanese gangs in the beginning, X soon started working for numerous private corporations. After moving to Neo-Tokyo, X began receiving augmentations and became a cyborg (in the lightest sense of the word).
Somewhere around this time X decided that he wanted to go back to Europa. He returned to District XX around two years ago and now resides in Riga. While he provides his mercenary services in Europa, he may be sometimes hired to work abroad.

Soon, with access to the newest cybernetics from all over the world, X saw the advantages of augmentations and became a cyborg with some low-level implants.
Gecko Hands – A rare military-grade augmentation designed by Nova INC, X managed to procure them through a favor.
The skin on X’s palms has been replaced by a smooth skin-like material that, when stimulated by X, instantly shape shifts into a modified pattern based on the skin found on Gecko’s feet. It’s highly adhesive properties allow him to stick his palms onto any surface without the fear of them slipping off.

I hate drunk drivers. IMO, when some asshole gets into a motor vehicle while intoxicated, he's in the process of attempting murder.

@SmileyJaws Amazingly yes he did. He helped me up and all that but the funny thing was that a police car was parked right near the place where he hit me so he couldn't "buy" my silence as most people try to do when in a situation like this.

I started writing alone when I was still a kid ( 11 years old ) and when I found out that I could write with others...I was amazed. It's my first time when I try to RP in this fashion tho' ( play-by-post ) but as I had so much RPing energy in me ( I took a 3 year pause in RPing ) that when a friend invited me to the guild...I simply exploded. I wrote at almost every RP I could find xD Also. Those posts only count forum posts. If PM would count that number would've been higher as all my 1x1 RPs are wrote in PMs.

Bio: Henry grew up in a working class household in the eastern region of District 20. He had shown himself to be very intelligent from a young age, so it was no surprise to his family that after finishing school, Henry received scholarship and enrolled in the University of Tartu.
While studying at Tartu, Henry became aware of the radical movements that believed in and fought for the return of nationalism. Believing it to be a noble cause, Henry became a social activist. After graduating from the university, Henry moved to Riga, the capital of District 20 and joined an underground radical cell. He quickly befriended the cell’s members and became loyal to the cause.
However, his support withered after the cell began using bombs in public places and performed bank heists to fund their cause. Sickened by what he had helped them do, Henry decided to distance himself from the movement and returned to his family in his hometown.
After a few months, he started drifting east into the states owned by Korporat18, specifically Siberia. While traveling in between the Siberian metropolises, Henry started to perform odd-jobs of various legality to support himself, with the skills he learned from his radical days proving to be useful. After arriving to Vladivostok, Henry officially became a mercenary and worked there for about a year. It was around this time, that Henry learned that most of the Cell he fought with was wiped out by the EPA.
After earning enough credits, Henry decided to migrate into Japan and he lived there for about four years until his return to Europa. He first lived in Osaka, but then moved to Akakawa and, later, Neo-Tokyo. While he was mostly hired by the Japanese gangs in the beginning, Henry soon started working for numerous private corporations. After moving to Neo-Tokyo, Henry began receiving augmentations and became a cyborg (in the lightest sense of the word).
Somewhere around this time Henry decided that he wanted to go back to Europa. He returned to District 20 around two years ago and now resides in Riga. While he provides his mercenary services in Europa, he may be sometimes hired to work abroad.
