Lets keep it as wolves, humans and vampires at that. The wolves and vampires had been fighting for a millenia atleast, before the humans steam-rolled over them. There are still cultural dislikes against eachother. Hence why the need for third-party members to bridge relationships.

I feel like the way I expressed myself was misleading. I didn't mean to imply actual werewolf/vampire crossbreeding. I was thinking of a bog-standard one-or-the-other-not-quite-sure-which-one-yet, but who's more familiar with human company than that of their own kin.
I was asking whether it would be possible/normal for singular wolves or vampires to live with a group of humans instead of a pack/coven.

I'd prefer for balancing issues for not.

Sure, vamps can work with humans, but they will still be stuck with their usual stuff and not get Anarchist stuff for themselves. Anarchist are playing it smart, as to not end up in the 'meatbag or mook' territory. Not to mention, it has been mostly humans who have dwindled their numbers down.
