Appearance:

Personality: Lucy has a very straightforward and outgoing personality and she isn't embarrassed to say what's on her mind. She likes to laugh a lot and to joke around with people. A favorite past-time of her is tricking other people. She does care a lot for her family and the people she views as friends and is extremely faithful to them.
Lucy places great importance in freedom and can't stand it when people try to restrict her. Though she does agree on the teachings of Mundin about the restrictions of powers ... as long as it doesn't hurt other people. Using her powers to trick others and have some innocent fun is a completely justifiable thing.

Ability: Mythic Physiology: Kitsune
Current amount of tails: 3
Kitsune physiology: Her body is that of a humanoid kitsune. This gives her a slightly stronger than a regular human body, enhanced teeth/jaw strength and enhanced smelling/hearing. Just like a kitsune she also has tails on her back. The more tails she has the stronger and the powerful she is, though gaining more tails isn't easy. Every 10 years of age she will sprout another tail. There are also other ways, but Lucy has no idea what these are.
Fox-Fire Manipulation: Lucy is able to generate and manipulate fox-fire which manifests as a pale blue flame. She is able to expel it from her mouth or tails.
Illusion Manipulation: Lucy is able to create illusions, though at the moment she is only able to to slightly alter her own appearance or make parts of her body invisible. For instance she can make her red tattoos and her tails dissappear or change her hair and skin color.

Biography:
Lucy was born in Mundin to a French father and a Japanese mother. When she was 1 year old her powers awoke and her body changed into that of a humanoid kitsune. Her mother's body changed into that of a humanoid dragon.

6'2 More of a lean build rather than very muscular. Normally wears jeans, a tshirt, and a hoodie.

Personality

Ken's a pretty nice guy, although his social skills are a bit lacking. Despite his lack of social skills and carefree nature, he's very compassionate towards others, and is the type of person who'd rather recieve pain then see others recieve it, but that could also be related to how he's a bit squeemish.

He's pretty responsible and somewhat dependable person when he's needed, however he tends to lack the self confidence to always offer his help to others, as at times he thinks he'd be more of a hinderance than a help.

Ken's favorite past times involve reading and playing games, as he finds both activities to be relaxing and fun. He also happens to be incredibly loyal to friends, perhaps because he has so few.

Abilities

Durability- Ken's body is incredibly durable, to the point of where knives are quite ineffective, and although guns will harm him, they have to be a high caliber to actually penetrate , and still aren't guaranteed to penetrate. This is by far his strongest ability, and what he relies on the most.
Reflexes-Ken has heightened reflexes
Strong Will-Ken is incredibly hard to mind control
Mild Healing Factor-Ken's wounds can heal relatively quickly, although the larger the wound, the longer it will take. If he were to break every bone in his arm, it'd take a good 3 minutes to fully heal, however healing wounds directly effects his stamina, if a wound is too extreme, he's tired before hand, or has too many wounds, he'll pass out and heal while unconcious.

Background

Ken had a relatively normal life before everything changed and people started flying around. The only real issue was that his father was abusive, and since his mother was a workaholic, she wasn't able to be there for him. His lack of social skills also tended to make him a target, causing him to be bullied. Eventually, he retreated into gaming aND reading, but this also made him cheris the few friends he had.
Once powers started getting handed oUT like candies, his family moved to Munden for safety, though his father died on the way there, killed by a powered lunatic. Ken vowed if he ever found the man who did it, he'd kill them, something incredibly out of character for him, but the rage in his heart made him think differently. His life from then on in Mundin was nearly the same as before, except Ken was more withdrawn.

Ken lacked direction but knew he wanted to protect peoole, he didn't want people to lose their loved ones because of some douchebags on ego trips that kill for fun. He wanted to be a person people could believe in when something was wrong. Ken wanted to be a hero, so he joined the Defense Unit.

Ken is quite good at wielding two long steel batons as blunt weapons. Since his strength isn't augmented, he needed a good weapon to take people down, and didn't want to use something that would kill.

Though not really that much of an important factor in deciding whether he's in or he'll have to wait, I think I'll have to see Hiro's counsel on this one. I'm rather busy to give any further analyses, but I believe there might be a few corrections worth noting there.

One thing I'd like to clear up more out of curiosity though, myself-when his healing powers are in effect on broken bones or the like, do they automatically set properly or does he need to be quick about properly getting his bones in the right spot before they heal all warped? Again regardless of answer I think he's good, just wanted to be sure.

Douboe-Edit: Re:Vowing vengeance on father-killer, honestly I can see a number of reasons. First one (least likely for him) is that he wanted to be the one to do dad in. But more in character for him, it could simply be that regardless of abuse he simply still thought of his father as family-stockholm syndrome, to an extent. Remember, there are people in domestic abuse situations who remain in love with their attackers or make excuses for them...don't think it's all that aberrant for a abused child to have a similar mindset.
