Hmm, I still think the thrusters are a bit fast. You'd probably still outspeed most people if you were going, say 14m/s? Which'd be 50 km/h or 31 mph. At these current speeds no one could even properly watch you.

Plot Summary:
Last Bout•Overworld inCarnate [Indie, Fighting, Superpowers]: One day, a series of mysterious disappearances start to hit Tokyo, including Seiten Academy's student body. Enter, Ichihara Minato, resident delinquent, who gets roped in a battle far bigger than he thought while searching for his missing best friend, Makoto Oogami.

Are you ready to join Minato and the world's greatest fighters ever in a battle for the Overworld, an unlimited realm of reality far above our own?

Backstory:
For reasons unknown to anyone, beings from a parallel dimension known as Overworld started breaching into our reality. To remain in our world the "Overworlders" needed to posses people giving them great strength and power, while slowly driving them to madness.

One day, Minato, an archetypal school delinquent with a love for racing bikes and brawling came to know that his best friend, Makoto had disappeared like many other people. While digging out the truth, with nothing but his fists and guts, he was found by a group of Overworlders and would have been killed or possessed if fate wasn't on his side.

Such fate came in the form of another Overworlder from a dissident faction, which wished for the human world to be left alone. This faction chose normal humans who had the will and to fight and formed contracts with them. Such contracted humans entered a state of symbiosis with their contrator, becoming the eponymous inCarnates. Not only was Minato saved from certain death but also he gained the power he needed to pursue the truth about Makoto's disappearance.

In the end of the first installment of the series, Minato came to know that Makoto had been possessed by one of the Overworld's Four Generals. After learning this, he was forced into a fight with his friend, in order to save the world. Even though Minato defeated Makoto, he swore to save his friend from the grip of the Overworld.

A sequel named Last Bout•Overworld inCarnate [Ars]Magna is slated for release in the Winter. All that is known about it is that Minato and the rest of the inCarnates dive into the Overworld, taking the fight straight to the enemy's door. The clash of fates when the best friends reunite once more is being hyped by fans everywhere, since teasing comments on the creator's Blipper account say that Makoto might in truth be much more than meets the eye.

Personality:
First and foremost, Minato is a lazy ass delinquent that prefers to spend his days racing and playing handheld games than do any real work or studying. He believes in the power of one's conviction and lives by the motto "真" (Shin, which can also be read as Makoto), meaning to dedicate oneself completely. to whatever cause they choose.

He's a hot-blooded person that prefers to solve disputes with his fists rather than words, but is ultimately good. Considering how his source material is a single installment of a doujin fighting series, his personality is indeed very archetypal, so there's little more to talk about it.

Weapons, Powers & Abilities:
As one who believes wholeheartedly in the strength of one's conviction, Minato technically doesn't use any weapon when fighting. The only items she have are a pair of fighting/riding gloves and a racing motorcycle whose design is greatly inspired on the BMW S1000 RR, which he actually uses as parts of some of his moves in his source material. Since it's part of his move set rather than a normal vehicle, his bike is practically indestructible and can be summoned seemingly out of nowhere. Other than these quirks, it behaves just like any normal high end racing motorcycle.

Minato's abilities as an inCarnate include enhanced strength, stamina and agility, a battle aura that allows him to parry blades and take shots with his bare hands with no real consequence, except some damage. Minato's aura can also be used to empower his attacks and shoot energy blasts from his bare hands. It's also the apparent cause of the resilience of his bike. Lastly, he can use his incarnate powers to temporarily manifest his contracted Overworlder, Iona.

Aside from a multitude of martial arts moves, inspired on various Kenpō styles, fitting his style of a fast power striking character, the main special moves on Minato's list are:

• Light Blade: A chargeable energy blast. It sends a wedge shaped blade of light, slightly over half of Minato's height, skimming through the ground. It can destroy other projectiles. Charging increases the wave's height and width (ie: it's hit box), up to slightly above Minato's size. At full-charge (1.5 second), it has armor breaking properties.
• Rising Knuckle: Basic anti-air move. Minato does a rising punch hitting opponents in the air. Canceling allows this move to be bread and butter of Minato's combos.
• G-Kick (Gear Kick): Heavy overhead kick. It has a longer than normal (+.5 seconds) stun time than most moves of its type, making it one of Minato's strongest attacks. With enough skill it can be used for chaining insane combos.
• Rev-up: Minato runs his bike over his opponents. This move deals little damage but is very useful as a fast Gap Closer.
• Aura Blast: Standard Combo Breaker. This move is the same for all the fighters in his source material. Expelling some their aura, both inCarnates and Overworlders can throw an attacking enemy off balance, or destroy incoming projectiles. This move deals no damage, but knocks anyone near a short distance away.
• Counter: Another standard move. Hitting the opponent with an attack at the same moment that he's are hit, Minato can cause additional damage by exploring the open spots on his enemy's defense.
• Light Barrage: Minato's Super Combo #01. Powered up version of Light Blade. It creates a gigantic explosion of light in front of Minato, heavily damaging his opponents. After charging this move for more than .5 seconds, Minato gains super armor for the next .5 seconds, making it very hard to counter with the proper timing.
• R.E.V. Kick: Minato's Super Combo #02. Summons his bike and runs over his opponent launching them in the air. Minato then jumps from his bike and hits the enemy with a powerful drop kick. (Yeah, this move has been said to be one of his Creator's guilty pleasures, being a heavy homage to the various Kamen Riders)
• Judgment of Light: Minato's Ultra Combo. Summons Iona to deliver a devastating barrage of attacks at his opponents, finishing with a massive blast of light in the shape of a pillar coming from the heavens. After performing this combo (even if it's cancelled by the enemy), Iona remain besides Minato assisting his attacks. (After being summoned in the Real World, Minato can summon Iona without the need for the complete attack to be executed)

So, overall pretty good. Few things, though;

1. If your counter needs you to be hit, you'll still take some damage, though it'd be greatly reduced. I know this clashes with most fighting games, but as one might notice from most fighting games, counter spam is often a sad reality.

2. Then, some of your move mention being combos, so I assume you'd need an uniterrupted hit-combo to use them? If so, I'd appreciate it if you'd put in the minimum combo requirement.

1. Oh yeah, I meant a moment before being hit, I guess I skewed the wording a bit.

2. I mean Super Combos and Ultra Combos on the Street Fighter/general Capcom meaning of it. That is, as special attack sequences that can or not be chained into other combos.

None really greater than that of the other characters who have special attacks/spells. In the game they would consume a special move gauge that got filled either when you hit an enemy or you get hit (like many fighting games), so they are probably moves that Minato can use only in the heat of battle.

Personality: Rika is completely neutral. He is in perfect balance with everything he does. Rika cannot physically talk and is completely mute nor does he use sign language because of this it can be hard to have a conversation with him however he is incredibly smart and understanding. He likes to analyse everything around him. Rika is a friendly kid and wouldn't hurt a fly. He never gets angry no matter what you do to him, keeping perfect calm throughout all situations. The downside to him is that he can find it difficult to make friends. Rika is a sociopath, having no empathy or feeling no guilt for the actions or mistakes he has made. He is unafraid in most situations and stays quiet at all times. Nor does he have any remorse or shame even in extreme situations.

Plot Summary of Original content:

This is taken from several ideas. Including games, tv shows and anime. Namely Xalolin Showdown, Naruto and Jackie Chan Adventures

Anime Genres: The genres the anime fall in are Action, fantasy, family and Comedy.

Rika was born with a unique ability. To see the allignment of everyone. Who is good, evil or neutral and see all the sins someone has committed. As he grew up he didn't understand it, he asked his mother but she too had never heard of anything like it before. It was at age seven that she took Rika to a temple mountain where some monks explained that they knew what Rika was experiencing. According to the ancient monks Rika could see all that was yin yang and if Rika decided to stay, and was allowed to stay without the guidence of his mother, the monks would teach Rika the ways of the monks, and what his abilities meant. After some reluctants Rika's mother eventually agreed.

It was then that Rika began to grow up with the Monks who were called the Monks of Perfect Balance. They taught Rika how to keep himself in perfect harmony and balance. This alone took him until he was ten years old to fully learn at which point it was discovered that Rika was mute. He couldn't physically talk. So the monks decided to Teach Rika a new trick. How to open his mind up, and speak without speaking physically. Rika spent two years learning this, for he wasn't one to have a conversation. He stayed quiet and wasn't interested at first.

When Rika finally did learn to open his mind and speak without speaking, he said very little and his inner voice was very quiet as well as child like. However from what little they heard, the monks were able to determine his IQ levels were very high. During his last year Rika learned how to harness his perfect balance and to utilise it to control yin yang. This took Rika some time to understand and get the concept of but he learned faster than most.

Weapons, Powers & Abilities:
He has no weapons to speak off however he has managed to keep in perfect harmony and balance. Which gives him several abilities.

Rika is able to see the sins of everyone looks at as well as determine what their alignment is, good, neuteral or evil according to the morals he has been taught by the monks.

He is able to manipulate dark and light elements, such as shadows, light itself and general darkness using his Yin Yang manipulation.

Rika though he rarely uses it has the ability to speak through his mind to anyone he can see.
Lastly Rika is able to see and communicate, if he so wishes with spirits of the dead.

Dark Powers

Darkness Generation: He is able to create and generate darkness.

Darkness Solidification: This allows him to solidfy darkness. This also allows him to create solid dark spheres he can throw at enemies to attack and hurt them.

Darkness Creation: This allows him to make weapons or items out of darkness itself.

Shadow Manipulation: He can control shadows of himself, others and inanimate objects and bringing shadows to life, making them walk and do his bidding.

Nightvision: He is able to see perfectly through the night, no matter how dark it may be due to his dark powers.

Shadow Swimming: He is able to sink into and swim in shadow itself, thus allowing him to move through the shadows and come out from another area of darkness. This allows for quick travel. He can however be hurt by others while swimming.

Light Powers

Light Generation: Like with Darkness, he can create and generate light itself.

Light Solidification: He can solidfy light this allows him to create solid spheres of light to throw at enemies to attack them.

light Creation: This allows him to make literal weapons or items made from light itself.

Holographic Projections: Rika can create hollographic projections of his memories, thoughts and feelings. This is one of the few ways he can communicate even if he doesn't use it very often.

Invisibility: Rika can blend into the light itself, making him invisible. However he can still be heard and can still be smelled. He is unable to attack while invisible as he needs to focus on blending into the light to stay invisible.
