He barked, as his hair silently began to flow around his head, almost as if he was caught in a breeze. Then, his hair burst into flames, and his grin turned feral. "Don't poke the bear, Vampire, or I'll show you how nasty a Nephalem can get."

"While I appreciate the defense of my honor, it really wasn't necessary," Vivianne informed the shadow demon. She reached a hand out to Will's feathery, sharp wings and grabbed the tip and the bending point in the middle and spread it out, tracing the feathers until she found the chink in the armour. She tugged a few feathers out of the way and sank her fangs into his wing. Shit, she thought as the blood rushed into her system. Wing blood was a bit watered down, but already Vivianne was a bit tipsy. She could only hope she'd taken enough to inhibit his ability to fly.

As soon as the Vampire touched his wings with her fangs, a plume of fire would shoot into her open mouth, hot enough to scorch her fangs and burn the inside of her mouth. The product of the fire being drawn into his veins. The Nephalem then, as the fire raced for her, retracted his wings, using his superhuman speed. His open hand, snapping up, and closing around Vivianne's throat. Holding her up with a strength that could only be described as super, his flaming eyes stared at both her and her two...companions.

"If either of you move, she dies." He said, his voice calm.

"Good thing I don't have to move then." shadow said his voice sound garbled and distorted as the inky substance that made up his arms expanded around shadow changing his form almost immediately to one looking more of a beast then anything else. Shadows form seemed to move almost like a fluid as it quickly began to form a puddle around the Nephalem. It shot up to his knees and froze as if it had always been solid. Locking his feet in place. "I suggest that you let Mistress Vivianne go before I do something you regret M U T T" shadow said as a white toothy grin appeared on the beast's face as his now pin prick whit eyes turned red.

Choking a Vampire? That was idiotic. Air was a commodity, not a necessity. Still, it was nice to be reminded of her semi-mortality, right before she took hold of his hands and pried them apart. Vivianne dropped to the ground."Thanks for the lift," she said casually.
