That being said, the biggest goblin is also the furthest away from you at about 50 feet. Unless you plan to hurl your new harpoon at him, you can’t reach him in one move action and attack. You’re harpoon btw is basically a javelin but with a higher Damage die, so I’m pretty sure your martial arts stuff still applies to it.

Btw the general lay out of the battle map: there are three goblins to the south, where you and Pylia are coming from, and four goblins to the north, one who’s the big goblin.

The dwarf is still alive, so it will take your action. Not to mention moving towards him will invoke AoP's from the two goblins who are currently fighting you. If it matters, Pylia will tell you that she will heal the dwarf, just focus on the goblins.

They're just misses. I might flavor up a crit hit or miss, but they don't otherwise have any mechanical benefits or drawbacks.
