Lucifer glared at Alec rather annoyed before take a deep breath. "To answer your question, Stitches, I'm looking for Grim because he's late," he said, still sounding annoyed.

Stitches perked up and stood up. "I think Grim is in Max's room, comforting Max... on our way to find Kane I overheard Grim's singing," he said, smiling

Violet blushed and got their food and say down.Violet lays on Leo's lap and nibbled on some bread.

Lucifer smiled gently at Stitches. "Thank you, Stitches for informing me," he said, calmly. He glared at Alec again before walking off to go to Max's room.

Stitches snickers slightly at Lucifer's annoyance. "You went and pushed the doctor's buttons with a simple nickname," he said, snickering.

Leo smiles but keeps his eye on the hallucination

Stitches chuckled. "What should we do now since Kane's fast asleep?" he asked, still chuckling.

Briar walked into the dining hall, a bit nervous before getting poked in the shoulder by Max. "Hey Briar are you okay?" Max asked, softly. Briar nodded gently.

Violet grasp his face and kisses his nose.

Leo smiles but is still focused on the hallucination

"Do you see it agin?" she asked him worried.

Max noticed Leo and Violet and began to walk towards them. Briar spoke softly enough that only Max could really hear him, "A-are you going to abandon me?" Max sighed and responded to Briar's question, "I'm not abandoning you. I'm just going to check on some friends." Max's statement didn't calm Briar down.

Stitches made a slight hmm noise. "Ooh maybe we should see if there's any chaos around that we can join in on," he said, cheerfully.

Violet waved to the two smiling.

Max waved back at Violet, smiling slightly. Briar on the other hand didn't even look at Violet. He stared at Max with an odd expression. "Please don't abandon me, Max, I don't want you to be only memories like the others," Briar said a bit louder then before.

Violet loudly asked. "Hey max who's the new kid?"

Max smiled and replied, "His name is Briar. He seems to have taken a liking to me." Max took a few steps away from Briar and something sudden happened. Thorny vines had appeared and wrapped tightly around Max's neck suddenly. The vines were coming from Briar.

Violet nodded as her eyes widened in surprise before watching intently.

Max gasped with his eyes widened in terror. Briar's expression was cold as the vines kept tightening around Max's throat.

Violet jumped up and walked towards the two before being stopped by her doctor as she backed up in disgust.

Guards quickly subdued and sedated Briar and cut the vines. Max collapsed to his knees and pulled the vines off his neck. He gasped for air and held his throat gently.

Violet violently pushed the doctor to the ground he simply snickered as she ran to assist max.

Max sighed, rubbing his neck. He looked at unconscious Briar being dragged off by the guards. Max moved his hands away from neck and revealing tons of small marks on it. "The one time I leave off my collar is the time I get strangled," he said, sighing. Grim came running into the dining hall and immediately went to Max.
