It's the reason that I gave Max the collar in his character creator image but under the collar are rope marks from one of his suicide attempts. He also is only seen in long sleeved shirt to hide all the scars up and down his arms

All of our characters will be sad since there in a asylum , apparently I'm good at tugging heart strings though in one of my rps I made a few characters that I got people to love turned out one of them was a evil spy and I killed off the two others in merciless ways

@Jasper19 Grim also has quite a few scars with him that he doesn't even remember getting. A lot of how Grim was before getting found outside of the asylum in horribly torn clothes is majorly up to the speculation of himself and other patients and doctors.
