It's funny because the book specifically states the example of a giant spider which I'm like "Oh yeah that would pretty scary". But if it's just other ordinary animal, it's pretty funny.

It also means you could potentially re-enact the Monty Python rabbit scene in Epyllion and the lore would support it.

It works well enough by my estimation.

On top of that, I'd say that Stargaze taking the time to study her foe rather than simply charging it headlong is a sufficient enough display of wit to earn a Friendship Gem from Skobeloff.
