Welcome to Allure Town, located just a tiny bit to the east of its rival, Treasure Town and home to Arnold the audino's guild, where he is assisted by Archie the archen. Oddly enough, Treasure town and Allure town are often thought of as one town, given that the two are actually connected, with a place known as pokemon square connecting the two of them. Arnold and Wally the wigglytuff are fierce rivals, with the two often fighting whenever they see each other. These fights take an entire week to finish, and always end in a draw, however, the guildmasters aren't the only ones who don't get along... the guild members don't like each other either, though, thankfully, they don't typically get into fights with one another unless provoked. With the number of mystery dungeons increasing, the number of pokemon wanting to be explorers seems to have increased sharply, as well. Human artifacts from days long since passed may be found in some mystery dungeons, however, most of the time, they'll be broken, or otherwise unusable... that is, except to sell to the nearest shop.

Long Before Pokémon: 2340 A.D-2990 A.D
The world's nations were all at the verge of another giant war. Every normal citizen could see that war coming, they knew it was going to happen. The world's longest cold war was now going on, and for generations the business of making bunkers saw a huge spike in sales. People whose parents and or grandparents came from outside of any given country were deported, and immigration of all kinds was considered illegal. The average citizen at this time lived in constant fear of possible bombings and a war starting up in their neighborhood. Many families simply lived in their bunkers, actually giving their house to random homeless people. It wasn't a very good time to be alive.
Davis The Porygon: January 1st, 2991 A.D
Despite the fact that the average citizen was living in constant fear, this was a great era for scientific development. During this time, Johan Labs created several things to aid in whatever war might crop up. They've officially created a super soldier serum (AKA: Shadow energy from the gamecube pokemon games) with the side effect that the user of said serum would become completely insane. This was also the day that Johan Labs created the first living creature from nothing more than some random combination of DNA and some coding for the 'brain'. This project was initially called a failure, as the creature turned out to be harmless, not suitable for war. Johan labs tried to destroy the creature, but, they didn't have the heart. They eventually named the creature Davis, and kept him in the lab as a pet of sorts.
Davis and Kojuro: January 8th, 2991 A.D
Johan Labs, after about a week of keeping Davis around, decided to finally show him off to the public, most of whom responded with "I've already seen that, before!" or "Japan already made that... two days ago!" Iruka Industries, the other company that made a porygon, eventually sued Johan Labs for everything they had, when the courts ruled in favor of Johan, Iruka Industries went back to Japan, and somehow convinced the general populace, as well as their leaders to go to war using the weapons of mass destruction they had made during the longest cold war. This prompted the United States of America to threaten Japan with those same weapons, eventually leading to...
The Seven Year War: June 7th 2991 A.D - December 31st 2998 A.D
A giant war broke out originally between the United States of America and Japan, however, with the rest of the world ready to go to war, anyways, the countries all just started attacking each other, basically turning the entire world into one war zone. Literally everyone who wasn't in the army was in a bunker, fearing for their life, and fearing that the next sound they hear might be their last. During this time, one kid, named Geoffrey gained the guts to actually build his own army, in some sort of attempt at world peace. His army actually grew to rival the ones that most countries had at the time, and had people from all over the world joining... however, whatever plans he had with that army where snuffed out the moment a nuke crashed through his bunker, and exploded on his army... he was somewhere else at the time, however, and was the first human to mutate into a pokémon once he returned. Geoffrey had become Arceus, with two war generals becoming Palkia and Dialga shortly after. The radiation problem only became worse, and destroyed 97% of the human population, as well as killing almost all of the animals, mutating the survivors. After time and space destabilize, Geoffrey found the source of the problem, and wiped the two general's memories... the two would go on to help him rebuild the world, later.
The Great Reset: January 1st, 0 A.H (after humans)
Also known as 'the day time stood still'. Geoffrey convinced Dialga that he needed time to be stopped, and so it had happened. Geoffrey knew that he had to rebuild, that he and the former generals were the only ones who could do this. Time stood still for what would otherwise have been thousands of years as Geoffrey worked to replace the trillions of animals and billions of humans that died from the war. He worked for thousands of years to bring back some semblance of biodiversity. Plants were eventually remade, however, they started to produce a type of radiation as a part of its new photosynthesis. Only a handful of creatures existed before, and each one was of a different species... it took thousands of years, but when he was finished, there were a minimum of thousands of individuals to a species. This wasn't too much, but it was enough to allow the population to grow over time. During the time stop, Dialga built the Temporal Tower, and Palkia started discovering other universes and other planes of existence, the rifts to which usually ended up linked to some strange object once Palkia was through with them. However, as soon as time restarted, Giratina, a creature from another universe, then threatened to kill all life on the planet. Geoffrey managed to banish the thing to some other realm, using the Void Crystals to ensure that the two universes never come into contact again.
Missingno., the Gears, and the Pearls: May 5th 32 A.H
Only thirty-two years into the new world, and already something horrible was happening. Missingno., a strange creature who was formed from Davis' 'junk code', had finally escaped from the one remaining computer in the last remaining lab. It didn't take it too long to take control of Palkia and then Dialga, making time and space, well, glitchy. Geoffrey saw the problem, and figured that he would need something to counter the two former generals, should such a thing happen again, and, after soundly defeating Missingno., and banishing the thing to its own realm, Geoffrey created the spatial pearls and the time gears, which would stabilize time and space when the two were either dead, or mind-controlled, as well as act as a shield against their strongest attacks, should all of them be brought together. Geoffrey then hid them, just to make sure that the two former generals wouldn't destroy them. Peace had finally returned, though, there were apparently more of that Missingno., each one being a clone of the original, though, thankfully, these Missingno. were benign.

This town, located next to Treasure town, and near Birchwood Forest, is a relatively simple town where pokemon of every type stay or pass through on their way to some other place. Only the basic shops can be found here, however, the town's popularity has grown in the past seven years, however.
Arnold's Guild: A fairly basic guild that's similar to Wally's, however, it differs in that the ground level is the lowest level, unlike Wally's. Also unlike Wally's guild, the guildmaster's room is actually on the top floor, with the eyes actually being windows. Arnold and Archie are in charge here, and will accept any kind of pokemon, not exactly being the picky type.
Bob and Ed's Stall: Taking over for the Keckleon monopoly in this town is Bob and Ed the Zweilous. Bob, the right head, sells berries, apples, seeds and other such things, whereas Ed, the left head, sells TMs, orbs, and occasionally HMs. The two heads don't get along very well, and the two actually like the two opposite guilds, meaning that Wally's guildmembers get a discount on whatever Ed sells, and Arnold's guildmembers will get a discount on anything Bob sells... just be careful around the opposite head...

She accepts any transaction from either Treasure town or Allure town, as Treasure Town is mysteriously without a bank, lately.

The place isn't all that much to look at, but apparently connects to several cave systems where budding explorers can test their strength against a number of challenges. The caves are occupied by Lee the hitmonlee's students, who come in many different species and types, and will not simply leave you to possibly die in a cave. Should you be knocked out, they will usually provide you with a reviver seed, and escort you back to the entrance, with none of your items missing. It costs 200 poke to train in a dungeon, and 500 poke for Lee to train one of your moves. Lee can also teach you a move, but that will cost 1000 poke. Lee also knows the secret behind the move Close Combat, which he can teach to some pokemon for 5000 poke.
Carl's Storage: Carl the cofagrigus is in charge of the storage facility in Allure town, and will make sure everything is kept safe inside of his, er, coffin. He claims that the coffin is a portal to another dimension, and everyone just takes his word for it, mainly because nobody wants to find out on their own. It is up to the player to keep track of their items when they are in the bag, however, any items stored here will be displayed in the section below. Carl appears to be very friendly towards Candace, and has even set up his shop right next to her bank.

This town, located next to Allure town, and near sunswept plains, is the home of Wally's guild, which has, at one point had the famous team pokepals. Business for the guild has been great ever since one of their teams has saved the world, however, that exact team hasn't been seen since the Dialga incident, and some pokemon think that Wally simply made them up just to get some more teams to join his guild.

Keckleon Bros stall: nobody knows the name of these two brothers, as they simply want to be referred to as the keckleon bros. Unfortunately, thanks to Bob and Ed giving discounts to certain guild members, their stall has been losing money for a while, and may actually go out of business... good thing, then, that they often travel into mystery dungeons to sell items to any prospective buyers. The normal-colored keckleon sells berries, apples and seeds similar to Bob, and the purple-colored one sells TMs, HM, and orbs similar to Ed.

Martin's Dojo: An old dojo whose outside was built to resemble a marowak's skull. The owner, Martin the marowak is actually best friends with Lee, and the two often visit each other's dojos. Martin's dojo is oddly similar to Lee's in that it connects to various caves, where his students can be fought as training for 200 poke. Martin will also offer to train one of your moves for 500 poke per training session... however, unlike Lee, Martin lacks the ability to teach moves to other pokemon. That job is, instead, handled by Edgar the electivire, who has set up shop right next to his dojo.
Edgar's Moves: Edgar the electivire, whose shop is right next to Martin's dojo, can teach a pokemon any move that either, they've forgotten, or should have learned for the price of 1000 poke. He and Martin actually don't like each other very much, however, due to Edgar's skill in teaching other pokemon moves, Martin has let him stay there, pretty much rent-free, just so Martin will still get explorers to visit his dojo over Lee's, on occasion.
Margret's Storage: The ever-known and ever-popular storage place that started it all. Margret the kangaskahn has her storage facility set up near Sharpedo Bluff, which was once apparently used as a hideout for team pokepals... to this day, nobody knows exactly where she stores her goods, however, wherever it is, it's apparently clean enough, as none of the items end up dirty or rotten when they are withdrawn. Certain rocks, set up by Margret, herself, can connect to this, as well as any other storage area through... well... again, nobody's sure how.

Once considered a myth, this city full of dragon-types has been found seven years ago by a traveling Salamence and Milotic. The place itself looks to be somewhat more technologically advanced than the rest of the world, opting to use a sort of strange substance that hardens into stone once poured for their streets, and an even stranger substance to cover their houses. This town lies at the base of Mt. Dragoncoil, and or simply just past Sunswept Plains, and is the home of Denise the dragonite's guild, which may be the only neutral guild in all of this. Due to its location, the temperature is actually quite warm, further supporting its citizens, who usually prefer warmth to cold. Denise's guild is the only one to sport elevators instead of ladders or stairs, and is, thus far, the only guild with the guildmaster's room on the ground floor.
Danny's Item Shop: This almost mall-like shop owned by Danny the dragonair is in direct competition with Bob and Ed's small stall, to the point where Danny has even denied someone service just because they shopped at Bob and Ed's before coming here. Given that Danny is Denise's son, anyone from her guild gets a discount on all of his items. Bob and Ed have started a rumor that Danny finds his items in dungeons... where he can get them for free.

His dojo has an oddly Japanese feel to it, with the place being made mostly out of wood and reeds, and not made to look like anyone's face. Gabe is also Denise's husband, Danny's father, and Denise's guild assistant. His battle scars don't make him the easiest to look at, but apparently, Denise is blind to them. Gabe also knows the secret behind the move Draco Meteor, which he can teach any dragon type for 5000 poke
Amanda's Threads: A special shop that specializes in clothing-based hold items such as choice equipment, scarves, glasses and goggles, as well as a few other things. Amanda isn't actually very well liked in Scale city, given that she doesn't look much like a dragon. Of course, she doesn't mind, and usually counters that argument with "Well, I didn't know that 'dragons' apparently included sea horses and dinosaurs, but not birds." her store is one of the few that doesn't offer any particular discounts to anyone.

Terra might be the only citizen of the city that isn't a dragon type, and gets a lot of criticism for it. Their hotel, however, is huge, comfortable, beautiful... and expensive. They usually exist to offer a temporary home to outsiders who are passing through Scale City, and thankfully offer lower-priced rooms, as well as their usual rooms. The 'normal' room costs about 5000 poke a night, whereas their 'cheapo' room costs about 50 poke a night. The cheapo rooms consist only of a single, worn down bed, however.

Danny's Item Shop: This almost mall-like shop owned by Danny the dragonair is in direct competition with Bob and Ed's small stall, to the point where Danny has even denied someone service just because they shopped at Bob and Ed's before coming here. Given that Danny is Denise's son, anyone from her guild gets a discount on all of his items. Bob and Ed have started a rumor that Danny finds his items in dungeons... where he can get them for free.

Dungeons:
A small, calming forest just to the east of Allure/Treasure town. The forest may be small, but it's also quite thick, and supports many hostile Pokemon; from bug and grass to flying and normal types. The Pokemon here are fairly weak, and should be easily taken down by starting adventurers. Berries and seeds are common finds, and while it's possible to find dropped money here, don't expect much when you do.

A cave that was, in fact, at one point, a secret. Nowadays, it's just a small, uninteresting area where beginning adventurers go to prove their worth... that being said, the enemies aren't all that tough here. They mainly consist of rock, poison, steel Pokemon, as well as the occasional flying or fairy type Pokemon. Apparently, some treasure within the cave was once stolen and caused a huge swarm of Zubat to invade Allure town. Nobody since has found the treasure, however. Dropped money is strewn about the place, but don't expect to make a fortune. There are also strange crystals that can be picked up, and appear to be smaller versions of the crystals in Crystal Cave. It is located south of Allure Town.

A plains area that's just to the north of Treasure Town. With no mountains blocking the way, days seem to be longer here, and the warm temperature only adds to that illusion. It is mainly inhabited by normal types, although several other kinds of Pokemon can be seen here as well. Seeds are a common find here, however you will have a bit of trouble trying to find berries and money in this area. The enemies are easy to defeat, and some Pokemon might not even be hostile unless you attack them.

A small cave on Treasure Town's beach that hosts a fair number of water types, although there are other kinds of pokemon in the cave. Apparently, there weren't nearly as many species before or during the 'Time Gear incident' for some unknown reason. There isn't anything special about it, other than the fact that all the Pokemon are weak, and finding items is a rare occurrence there.

An odd cave where bright, colorful crystals line the walls that lies south of Allure Town. It is home to many rock types, as well as some steel and ground types. There appear to be two exits to the cave; one of which seems to lead to a desert, the other of which has yet to be found... at least, has yet to be found again. Shards of these crystals can be found on the floor of the cave; they can be sold for some money, and can provide a source of light if they're held.

Plains located to the west of both Treasure and Allure town, and constantly cloaked in a thick fog. This fog weakens electric moves and obscures vision, making Pokemon miss their moves more often. A wide variety of Pokemon make their home here, and have gotten used to the fog. Berries are commonly found around here... that is, if you can see through the fog.

A large mountain that is, oddly enough, in the shape of a dragon's head. The rest of the range seems to make up the body. It is located just north of Scale City. Many dragon types (or soon-to-be dragon types) inhabit this area... well, them and cliffs, pitfalls, and other hazards. The peak of the mountain is apparently sacred to most religious citizens of Scale City, as it apparently acts as a roost for Rayquaza. Of course, nobody has seen that pokemon in decades, so, it could just be a myth.

An underwater trench not too far off the shore of Treasue Town's beach that has an astonishing variety of water-type pokemon. Explorers used to have to actually know Dive in order to access this area, however, thanks to a somewhat recent development in HMs, all you need is a copy of the HM in order to head down here. It's fabled that the rarest water-type, manaphy, can be seen here. Even with the HM, ground and or rock types are weakened in this area.

A nasty, stinky swamp that seems to attract amorphous pokemon. It's currently unknown whether the stench is from the swamp itself, or from the grimer, muk, and trubbish that inhabit the area. Finding grimy food is all too common in this area, as it seems bringing apples to this place may not be a good idea - they'll spoil at a somehow accelerated rate, becoming more grimy food after even a short stay. The place is to the northwest of Allure town.

A sharp, jagged, and unforgiving mountain which is home many fighting types, as well as the odd ghost or rock type. There seem to be a variety of ever-changing puzzles blocking and populating the cave, one of which blocks the entrance of it. These puzzles seem to always accommodate the abilities of all who manage to enter the cave... the place seems to be protecting something, with its traps and puzzles. It's beyond Victory Village, which itself is beyond Mt. Dragoncoil.

A hot, dry desert that is home to many a ground type, as well as a few grass types and even a species of electric type who seem to enjoy the constant sun. The place is also home to cacti (not just the walking ones), whose needles hurt, and may contain poison, as well. It is to the north of Sunswept plains, and there may or may not be some village, or other tribal area in this strange desert. Sandstorms in this area aren't too rare, and things such as seeds and apples aren't too common, save for those which exist near the oases. When it's not sandstorming, the sunlight is always harsh, improving fire-type moves.

A huge forest in the northernmost part of the continent. It's incredibly easy to get lost, as there isn't too much light and there's not a lot of diversity in the trees, and easy to freeze here, not only due to the high number of ice types, but also the fact that it's freezing cold all year round. Many ice and or dark types make their home in this place... as well as a few random pokemon who got lost and didn't die from hypothermia or starvation.

A giant, menacing bronze tower where the legendary pokemon Reshiram perches. Through Reshiram's power over fire, the place has become almost unbearably hot to most pokemon, and some, most likely those who are weak to fire, and can't fly or levitate may get burnt just from walking around in the heated metal tower. The area around this place would normally be snowy and icy, but thanks to the tower's heat, the snow around it has melted, never to return. Fire types are stronger in this area, however, water types might have trouble.

A cave in the middle of Yuki village that used to be a temple dedicated to Kyurem, but has since become a literal and figurative breeding ground for wild ice, rock, and even the occasional dragon type pokemon. Ice covers the walls and floors of this place, and the most direct path TO Kyurem has since been shut via ice walls. One can still go around, however, it has become a maze that spans several floors, and EVENTUALLY leads to the deepest, lowest part. The ice also makes it hard for non-ice type pokemon who can't fly or levitate to move.

I need to point out how that at least a third of RPers in the latest PMD RP had parents dying. Only one of them (me in this case) had them dying of natural causes.

Species: Magnemite

Appearance: Like a regular Magnemite, only that his pupil is slightly bigger, has three magnets arranged in a tripod like fashion, and has an rotating little radar dish of sorts on the top of his metal body. Seeing as his body was smelted together with scraps of metal, and Milloon wanted a bit of decoration, a radar dish was added. A bit more of a hat if anything. Everything including the dish matches the typical colouring scheme of the Magnemite family.

Bio: Milloon wasn't really born. He was created by a Porygon named Davis, who had stuck pieces of magnets and scrap metal around to create a friend. He was lonely, no one talking to him for the past 30 years in house he lived in. Sick of the loneliness, he had purchased some bags of human-era metal, and did what he did to create Milloon, Of course, over the months, he was sanded down and refined, eventually given a real metal sphere, because the creator thought of him as ugly and in pain. He was still missing a magnet, however, and was teased at times for the mistake. Davis (being a 'young' Porygon and his best friend) couldn't fix the problem until he found a pair of stray magnets in the bin of the community. It was hard to tease Milloon when he had not just a full set of magnets, but three. Some nasty kids got through that by throwing iron dust at him, although they were quickly dealt with by Davis.
Milloon and Davis had resided in a small village, a secluded community about five minutes from Allure Town, overlooking the place. As in, flying distance. Walking would take about 40 minutes, as the path was uneven and over-stretched, leading to a rather steep hill where the village was located. The community they resided in was nothing special, apart from being populated with plant-based Pokemon. Apart from that, they often hosted an event that involved finding Sitrus berries in a certain patch of Birchwood Forest. Which wasn't easy as only one actually grew in that patch, presented with the danger of going out at night alone. It did prove good fun for the protected children, climbing trees and scouring bushes like forestry inspectors. Even the formerly reserved Milloon was interested, having a try and achieving a three win-streak at one point. This also happened to break Davis' streak of two. The pair had a nice time together, both treated differently by the plant-based community. As in, they were intolerable by the village, causing them to reside in their house for most of the year. Davis never revealed his reasons why he moved, let alone his origins, often making up some reason why he wouldn't move to Allure. He kept murmuring to himself during sleep something about another Porygon freeing him, named 'Milloon,' complaining how long it took awaiting instructions. Of course, the real one just thought that was his fantasy. After all, Davis always wanted a friend, creating him and accomplishing his dreams.
During the three days before he was last sighted, strange things occurred. Davis would often 'freeze,' periods ranging from three seconds to a whole minute. When he unfroze, he would create a series of tiny bells ringing. He'd sometimes pretend he was a robot and greet the nearest Pokemon near him. He'd also vibrate for no apparent reason, to which he was aware of. Milloon felt an anomalous signal being broadcast, collected by the radar dish mounted on his head, seconds before Davis would freeze. Unfortunately, it would be very hard to get past all the static, making out only a name; 'Joh.' Davis disappeared when another signal was broadcast, at least two minutes longer than usual. During that time, Milloon rushed from the nightly Sitrus hunt back to his one-story house, desperate to make sure he was safe. He found no one was around. Milloon was heart-broken, his only friend disappearing without a trace. Rows of scrap metal from the days of Davis attempting to create friends remained dusty, with systems of cobwebs astray around empty books just for furnishing. Nothing was disturbed. No signs of struggle, no forced entry, just nothing. A week of staring at the two towns and forming a time lapse with what he saw, he got sick of no one noticing and decided to leave the place he called home.
Though Milloon would've been determined to find Davis... where would he go? What clues did he have? The plant-based community didn't want to help him, preferring not to involve themselves with mineral Pokemon. Frustrated at the community, he left in bitter emotions for Allure Town. Realising the hostility of the world (he was ambushed seven times on the way to Allure Town, twice by bandits and five by wild Pokemon), he decided starting small would do... although, he knew in the back of his head that he wouldn't have the time to start from a humble beginning. Not when some crazy stuff was going on.
Differences: If he evolves into a Magneton, he doesn't split off into three distinct personalities or something similar. He's still himself, just with another two Magnemite bodies. Having a small radar dish on his head and an extra magnet would probably increase his weight slightly. Because he's a Pokemon that defies gravity, Ground moves can't actually do anything... and that would indicate a break in reality if that were to contact him and others. Being friends with Davis, he was taught how to be 'normal,' speaking properly rather than through magnetism. Along the way, Davis taught him moves such as Agility and the ability Analytic, which resulted from a need for self-defense. After all, the Sitrus berry hunt was at night in Birchwood Forest, and was just ambushed seven times, so...

Btw, I've completed my app. I had to get rid of Recover as a move, seeing as I can't claim how every move was taught by a Porygon nowadays without breaking god-modding rules. Kick it. Replaced Magnet Rise with it.

Bio: Like most other water types, Josh was raised in the ocean. He lived on a coral reef that was inhabited by hundreds of other Pokemon. Although a metropolis of coral would seem like a good place to live, it wasn’t. There was a food shortage that caused many to live in hunger, including Josh. As one of the lower ranking Pokemon on the reef, he didn’t get to eat much.
He worked on one of the seaweed farms that were scattered around the outer parts of the reef. There was a lot of it growing there, but unfortunately there wasn’t enough to feed everyone on the reef. He teamed up with another Pokemon working on the same farm – a Horsea named Keira. They both tried to steal food from the farms whenever they could. They were careful not to get caught, though. The higher ranking Pokemon would often deal out severe punishments to those that were caught stealing.
The worst of them all was a Clawitzer named Zane. He was easily the most powerful Pokemon on the reef, and he treated everyone around him like trash. Of course, there were some that tried to stand against him. They didn’t stand a chance. He was vile, relentless, and cruel, but he was in charge and there was no way to change that.
Eventually, Josh had enough. He didn’t know where he would go, but anywhere was better than there. Keira begged for him to stay, but his mind was made up. He couldn’t help but feel bad about leaving her, though. He knew he would miss her, but that wasn’t enough to make him come back.
Apparently one missing farmer was enough to anger Zane. Josh was doing rather well until that guy came after him. He barely managed to get away, but he knew Zane would still be looking for him. He had to find a place that was not only willing to accept him, but also keep him safe from Zane.
He found his new home in the most unlikely place – on land. All it took was a rogue wave to sweep him onto the shore and a friendly stranger that happened to pass by. Josh had never seen anyone like him before. He introduced himself as Matt, and when Josh asked him what he was, he claimed to be a Reuniclus.
Josh decided to go with Matt. He was kept in a bucket filled with water until they arrived at Allure Town. This place was amazing. All kinds of Pokemon walked in the streets, most of which Josh had never seen before. There was no way Zane would look for him here. For the past few months, he’s been living in a small pond beside Matt’s house.
Appearance: He has a silver ring on his forehead that glows when he uses Psychic-type moves. He’s also much smaller than your average Skrelp.
Differences: He is capable of using Confusion, and learns other Psychic-type attacks later on (Psybeam at lv. 18, Extrasensory at lv. 30).

Bio: Spruce has always been 'the little brother', or 'that other snivy' to literally everyone, given that his older brother, Vine, was already a famous explorer. Of course, Spruce used to go on explorations with Vine, and was around when his team, known as 'Team Wildvines' was formed, and Spruce was, in fact the first member to actually join the team, aside from Vine himself, however... Vine, with his strange moveset and strange type would always say "I've got this, bro.", leaving Spruce to never fight, and to simply stand there, twiddling his leaf ends until the fight was over. As a result, he never got any experience from fighting with Vine, and eventually, Vine found stronger friends, and friends with better types than Spruce. After that, Vine would always leave Spruce at home, and with his parents always trying to find a way to make money, poor Spruce was always left alone at home, with nobody to talk to but himself. He used to leave on his own outings, but Spruce's parents found out when Spruce came back with scratches, bruises, and cuts all over his body as a result. After that, he was forbidden to leave the house unless VIne, or, really, anyone else was there with him. Spruce was stuck and home and bored until his parents let him stay at Arnold's guild, where, at the very least, there were other pokemon. He got along rather well with the others, save for the fact that he was universally known as 'Vine's little brother' instead of his name, over there.
Then, the day finally came when Vine disappeared. Spruce, taking this opportunity, decided to quit his old team, and form a new one called 'The Odd Ones Out', which stayed true to him being the perpetual loser on his old team, however... nobody else joined. He was now alone on his own team, which wasn't any better than back at home, and worse still is that everyone, in the panic of losing their greatest hero, would always ask if Spruce knew where Vine was. Spruce would always answer the same way "How should I know? I'm not connected to him by the hip, you know." Spruce had to exit the guild just to get away from all the noise and all the questions, however, Allure Town wasn't any different. It may have been even worse with some Wildvines team members running around, asking everyone if they know where Vine went... of course, nobody, not even Spruce had any idea... and yes, they asked him daily. In fact, he had to go to town that day, because the guild seemed to have known just how weak Spruce was, and had him deal with non-exploration jobs such as checking the banana stock in the local shop, or asking if the townsfolk would like a new bridge here, or a new building there, or even just asking what everyone thought of the guild in the first place... it was awful for Spruce. Of course, that only lasted for a couple weeks, and then they got a new recruit in the guild, and a bunnelby, no less! Finally, someone ELSE to take those mundane jobs of boringness, and someway for Spruce to finally be able to be out on his own!
And, after the initial excitement of that, as well as loads of pokemon asking where Vine was, the number of which only seemed to grow with time, rather than shrink, as you'd expect it to, Spruce finally made it to the mission boards... though... um... there appeared to be two of them, and worse? He had no idea which job to deal with as his first exploration job. It had to be easy, but he didn't want it to be boring, he's already had enough of boring for one lifetime... but... which one? Spruce ended up pacing between the two boards for an entire day, unable to decide what job to take out of sheer over-excitement and indecisiveness, making that a completely wasted day. That day, Spruce wouldn't even eat the dinner that the guild chef has prepared, lost in thought over which job he should take the next day, and how he should take it... there were a couple of outlaws which seemed to be at about Spruce's level, however, there were also a couple ones which related to Spruce's original hometown, Birchwood Forest. Spruce wanted to get rid of one of the criminals, but he also wanted to visit his old home, again. Sure, it was a mystery dungeon, by now, and he'd probably have to fight whatever family members were left behind when Vine wanted everyone to move out of the place, such as his cousin, Ivy, but it would be very nice to visit the place again... that place always seemed to calm Spruce, even if everything in there was hostile, now.
Appearance: There is nothing notable about Spruce's appearance, yet.
Differences: The only difference, thus far, is that Spruce's appearance will not change through evolution.

Kinda. As in, some of the same events may happen, and my team will probably still meet the same (or similar) pokemon, however, this is with new people, and new stories with them. So, yes, this is essentially a redo on that with better Rpers and RP skills.

Kinda. As in, some of the same events may happen, and my team will probably still meet the same (or similar) pokemon, however, this is with new people, and new stories with them. So, yes, this is essentially a redo on that with better Rpers and RP skills.
If you remember correctly, I had a storyline with A LOT of elements from favourite TV shows.
I don't remember much of the original Explorers of Void, seeing as I dipped in and out of it.
