Would folks here be interested in a Choose Your Own Adventure?

This is not intended to be an interest check as I have not settled on a specific prompt yet. It's more or less trying to gauge if this audience would be interested in this concept as a whole. For those who are not familiar with it, a Choose Your Own Adventure (CYOA) is a form of collaborative writing in which one person authors the entire story though players interact with it in a meaningful manner through a series of choices that shape the narrative.

As a writer and a Roleplayer, would you personally be interested in partaking in such a concept? Why or why not?

This is called a quest and has been done plenty of times. /tg/ tends to have tons of them. RPN has a board dedicated to it. We have had a few attempts on RPG in the past, but it isn't a popular medium on the site (right now).

Gonna say, there was a guy who was obsessed with them on here years back.

I don't see why not. Could maybe do a round robin kind of thing where you take turns being the "choice creator." But as for any real interest in it, purely depends on what the format's attached to. Needs a good hook.

Used to read a number of horror stories and LP's with the concept so I'm open to it.
