[OOC] Shattered Steel - Armoured Fist. An RP about modern armoured vehicles in an alternate world- ON HIATUS

Going to try and come up with a post over the weekend, but if I'm honest; I've sort of lost interest and my steam a little for this RP. It doesn't scratch the same itch or generate the same excitement as Shattered Steel does for some reason.
I'll see what I can do though.

I'm going to put this on Indefinite Hiatus, as I've lost my enthusiasm for running it. Wasn't really sure where I was going with it, and it doesn't have the right 'click' for me that Shattered Steel or Splintered Reflections do. Sorry to disappoint anyone, but it just doesn't scratch the right itch or stimulate the brain and imagination in the right way.

@Rhona W However, could we keep going ourselves with it as a less-than-canon/canon-pending Heavenfall-RP; at least until the end of the first mission?

Granted, this'll need to mean your character gets additional applique plot-armor since harming the main/GM-Player-Character would likely cause some sort of time paradox.

The other option being a hard board-reset and non-canon thread with the same players and characters performing the same mission. Kinda already have a list of folks willing to conduct such a train-wreck (not myself, @Massasauga doesn't trust me at the controls ever since the last time I dragged them into a mech-RP).

If you want to carry on without me, then go ahead and feel free; I'd advise starting as a new thread if only because then you have full control of it and all the thread tools. I don't know who you'd want to GM. I may play; I may not - not sure at the moment, as I've got my plate full with Shattered Steel, Splintered Reflections, and a TTRPG as well, and then also juggling all those pesky RL responsibilities.
But if you want to take the concept and do something with it, please feel free to do so - I'd rather that if others were enjoying it, they got the chance to continue, even if I'm not able to.

Honestly I think I know how to spruce it up a bit but the groundwork is already laid down. I’ve always been good at polishing and improv when working in an existing setting. Making a new thread would mean either we do a completely different setting or bring you in to credit you.
