"Words of wisdom. I'll keep them in mind." Blur nodded at Shade and thought about just how she could get all of that without even knowing them. Although he sounded somewhat disinterested, he took the words to heart and assumed that she had learned a lot in her immortal life. "It's big shoes to fill when you're working with the Avengers, but I'll walk in those shoes nonetheless." He sighed as he looked at the others, all a little startled at her words of wisdom.

Steve blinked and asked "How did you know that Ms. Shade? YOu don't..." She smiled and said "I work with shadows...and shadows talk. The shape might change but your shadows are with you from the day you are born till you draw your last breathes. I can speak to them...or more listen to them. And all your shadows have a lot to say"

[pyroman]

"That's very interesting. Do you listen to your own shadow?" It seemed like the shadows were like a form of subconscious, and she had the ability to speak to them. It truly was unique and different. Maybe she didn't have a shadow, or maybe she was half human and half shadow, so that she was a part of the two worlds? He wasn't sure but he would be sure to ask her later on.

She nodded and said "my shadow is my back up and my extra eyes and ears. It has saved my life more then a few times..." Banner stood up and said "I need to go check on a few things, if you would excuse me" he left the room and shades eyes narrowed. "Something is wrong...and you don't need to she his shadow to see that"

Booker shrugged at the woman and glanced over to where Banner was just at. "I don't know him as well as the others, but I'm assuming that he's worried about something. He might have left to take a breather so that we don't have to face the big guy, or as you called it, 'an inner darkness and anger that burns inside of him'."

She raised an eyebrow and Steve said "The Doc has another side...its big and green and very angry. But he doesn't come out much lately..." Shade nodded and said "We should keep it that way...but we will need him to take care of the..." She stopped dead and looked at them all and said "The other test subjects, were they still in the lab? Locked up?"

[pyroman]

Booker shook his head at her and sighed. "No. When we got there, it was a mess, and you were the only one still locked up. All the cells and rooms were torn to pieces. I'm not sure if it was done from the outside or in. We don't even know when they escaped, so we have no idea if they could still be wandering or not."

Shade went white and leaned back, staring at nothing. "They are lose...his horsemen...oh no this is really bad..." Steve moved to her said and said "Ms. Shade?" She blinked and looked at them all and said "Red Skull was working on a project called The End. He wanted to bring the world into a rebirth...and me and four other mutants were going to do that...his Angel of Death and this Four Horsemen..."

[pyroman]

"Well we should alert Shield and tell them to start looking for these guys. By the way it sounds, they must be pretty powerful." Steve inducted as he looked around the room, slowly turning around. "I'll go alert Director Fury of this. If your that afraid of them, then it warrants some level of alertness." He spoke as he left the room to go talk to the man in charge.

Tony looked at her and said "what can these guys do?" Shade sighed and said "I wasn't out during all of the tests and experiments, but from what I could sense from my shadows....they are not to be taken lightly. How did the lab look? Were there any injuries or bodies?"

[pyroman]

Booker nodded at her and sighed. "Lots of bodies. It looked pretty violent if you ask me. I've got no idea how long they've been there though, since everything looks very well preserved."

[MegaraFoxfire]

She said "My guess...they were killed today....let me guess...they were all killed four different ways...."

[pyroman]

Blur shrugged. "We don't know that for sure. We were just looking for you, and we couldn't focus on anything else at the moment."

[MegaraFoxfire]

She sighed and said "We need to go back and see if they all got out or none..." She started to get up but Tony said "Hm, Shade you shouldn't get up. Your still trying to get used to being...not frozen"

[pyroman]

Booker nodded at Tony and looked hake at Shade. "He's right. Even if you were given the 'okay' to get up and walk again, the flight to London is a long one. We've already spent most of the day traveling there and back, and if we do it again, then it'll be dark and we'll be tired."

Shade started to talk but Steve rested a hand on her shoulder. "We have agents in London. They are getting a report done as we speak. We can all go over the data tomorrow. You've had a very long day and I think it's time we all got some sleep"
