Nah all they did was copy canon Buddha's parameters, except for boosting the LCK and Mana. I don't see a problem.

You know what else might be a little insensitive? Bastardizing a religion's messiah in a Free RP, for little purpose besides personal entertainment.

The same statement could be said for the writer's use of Buddha as Saver in Fate/Extra, and Angra Mainyu in F/SN.
I feel I presented him relatively fairly to the evidence of depictions of him I could find, and if you have direct evidence of me "bastardizing" him I'm welcome to hear it and edit accordingly.
At the same point, consider that more or less any high divinity Servant is often a figure of some religion from some time period.
