This Rp is based on the four elements:
Earth - Phorros
Wind - Lucen
Fire - Viper
Water - Elpis
People who are able to manipulate more than one Element are called 'Deffects'
They are then categorized between the two democracies:
Light - Nexus
Dark - Sethos
Fledging - Single symbol in the middle of forehead, the color of your element - 'Deffects' start out with one color, once they become a Elemental, their tattoo changes to both colors.
Elemental - Your body will Change once it can fully handle the ability of the use of elements, once Changed the body becomes more mature and your simple tattoo spreads throughout your body from head to toe.

Conflict:
Nexus has broken out in war with Sethos and every city has been destroyed leaving everyone in poverty, working long hours to make little money for families. Yet, young adults have been disappearing for months and no one figured out until an announcement had been made for all 'Deffects' to be transferred in to a different fraction, but that fraction was extermination so now all 'Deffects' are to be sent by their families to the only place they know they'll be safe. Nuxvar
Nuxvar is a last resort for family's Deffects, where they are taken from the outside world and kept safe. You're not allowed to leave, or have contact with your family. Secretly you are being trained to become the prime army of assassins to take down both Sethos and Nexus which means you may be destroying your family and everyone you knew in order to create peace among the Elements. For now you live a normal life as a teenager in Nuxvar while they train you in the elements you are capable of manipulating. Until you complete the change in to a Elemental, your life is under the roof and authority of Nuxvar.
You get to choose two elements you'd like to posses, your own symbol, and whether you are a Setho or a Nexus.
Your elements can be expanded from the generic use of them. (Fire-lava, heat, sun/Wind Weather, etc.)
