The count looked at him but nodded his head "Alright I won't don't worry. We must prepare " he said slowly.

He nodded and reached over and picked Avery up. " I'll put her in my room, it's the most secure. Can you tell me what the heck happened?"

Dracula looked at him ".....Van Helsing was controlling my daughters. I broke it and he attacked. He swore to kill me off for good this time no matter what it took. I fear it so much right now if she gets hurt....oh who knows what would happen, I could go crazy" he said running hand through his hair.

Bane blinked then said "are the girls alright?"

"yes they are they are healing downstairs" he said looking out the window, able to hear and smell the hunter.

Bane nodded and then handed Avery to him. "Get her to them they can protect her. I'll go and check the grounds..." He got up and headed out of the room, his eyes gold

Dracula blinked and nodded walking down the stairs and to where the furies where healing. he put avery down and said into her "do not fear them, they are safe they are not here to hurt you" he said. the furies looked at Dracula and lowered their heads in shame.

Helsing was in a tree smiling to himself his silver whip in his hand.

Avery nodded and curled up, feeling drained as she closed her eyes.

Bane walked out, knowing where he was. He stopped under the tree and said not looking up "you shouldn't have come here"

Alucard slowly walked out slowly to the yard sniffed the air slightly.

Van helsing smiles amused "Don't do anything stupid werewolf I got a silver whip and I'm not afraid to crack your skin open" he said darkly "so why you working for the count ? and what girl has he got now trapped and probally drained?" he muses gently.

Bane didn't look up as he said "he saved my life more then once....I owe it to him....and no girl is being held against her will...,he saved her last night and she wishes to be a myth researcher. Nothing more. You have no reason to be here, helsing. And your whip doesn't scare me....I've had a lot of pain in my life."

"Hmmmm well the count seems to actually have a heart whata shame. Sorry pup but I can't go back not anymore without the count dead on the ground. Weither or not she is being held there against her will she will have to live without the count's company, you knew this day was coming long time and yet you still fight it as if it will save his soul" he said th silver whip crackled with holy energy, something that could kill a werewolf on contact for more then a minute.

He didn't move as he said "you have free will, van....you don't have to do this. Choice. Like I'm choosing not to let you touch him...." He opened his eyes and they were glowing gold. "It's not happening. I won't let him near you"

"whata pitty" he muses gently but yawned "don't worry tonight isn't the night for the fight anyway. Its been destiny for us to finally end the fight , in a week it shall happen wiehter your zalive or not" he then leaves. Dracula was pacing, fear in his eyes.

Bane watched him leave, a plan already forming. He didn't care about fate. He wouldn't let the man he thought of as a father die like this. He couldn't. He headed back to the house, walking past the count without seeing him.

The count paced and paced till he flopped on the ground. he shut his eyes gently and sighed before going down to Avery slowly and looked at her "Avery" he whispers gently to her.

Avery stirred and sat up, rubbing her face. "Must have dosed off...what happened?"

Bane was sitting in the den, maps of the grounds on the table and a book open. The vampire book that he promised he would never use. He needed to know what van helsing knew.

Alucard looked at her "I'm going to have to ask that I take you home tommorow. Its unsafe now here" he said gently looking at her with teary eyes "I can't loose you" he mutters gently.

Van helsing had been raised up with angel powers which was extremely dangerous for werewolf and vampire alike. He knew all since he killed the count before. But Dracula had advanced himself.

Avery shook her head and said " I'm not leaving, not with that hunter out there. I've read the books, I know how this goes" she stood up and said "my father told me the tails of van helsing...we can beat him"

Bane was reading everything he could, starting to mutter to himself.

"Avery you remind me of someone I loved once. If you get hurt. Who knows what will happen" he whispers gently.

She nodded and said "then I not let anything happen to me. It's simple. You can't fight this guy alone....you didn't leave me alone"

Bane cursed and closed another book, rubbing his eyes. He was running out of ideas.
