[IC] Young Justice: New Beginnings

[Kitty]

"You forgot about my other bow." Hayley said simply as she pulled the sleek black bow out and got into a shooting stance. This time she wouldn't need to give much power to charge it. "Also make it quick. The gas won't keep Lobo under for more than 10 to 15 minutes seeing as how long it took to knock him out with as much as we put in." Hayley said.
(Now we can have a fight in space and Nate can just sit on earth like. Aww. I'm missing the fight :p)

[Demon Shinobi]

"It doesn't matter. We can't fight Lobo." Jason said as he released the machine into space. "Blow it up and then radio Nate to meet us outside of the building. We need to get the hell out of here before Lobo gets up. Or we're gonna die." Jason said remaining pretty calm. He and Nate had worked on missions before. And even fought Lobo. It didn't work out in there favor. They had to be saved. Lobo was a Superman tier guy, with less weaknesses.

(I wasn't planning for us to take down Lobo. Their first villain take down will be someone a bit weaker, but still powerful. lol if you don't mind. Right now I just want a mission success for them XD)

[Kitty]

Hayley pulled back on the invisible string and a purple arrow began to charge up. When the arrow was charged enough and the machine far enough away she released the arrow. It flew and hit the button dead center setting off the explosion. "Ok, you start flying us back onto earth and I'll radio Nate. Hayley said putting her hand to her ear where the headset was. "Nate. Meet us outside the building in one minute because, in jason's words, 'we need to get the hell out of here before Lobo gets up.' " Hayley said.

[Demon Shinobi]

"Um... Yeah... I'll be there soon." Nate said sounding a bit strained. Like he couldn't breath well.

"I'm signaling the ship." Jason said as he and Hayley headed back towards Earth.

[Kitty]

"Nate. Are you ok, you sound like you can't breath very well." Hayley said slightly concerned.

[Demon Shinobi]

"Don't... Worry... I'll be out soon!" Nathaniel shouted in a gasped breath. "Fuck... Just make sure the ship is ready!"

"Ship's almost here." Jason said quickly.

[Kitty]

"Nate, don't make me come in there." Hayley threatened with concern in her voice. Hayley began walking back towards the building. "Ill be right back jason." Hayley said going into the building, her bow resting on her back, she didn't feel the need to be holding it. "Nate. Where are you?" she muttered to herself.

[Demon Shinobi]

"Wait!" Jason called out. "Damn couples." He said with an annoyed tone as the ship arrived. It hovered rather silently.

Meanwhile, Nathaniel was caught by the throat by Lobo right now. "Wait! Don't!" He tried to call out to Hayley, but it didn't go as planned.

[Kitty]

Hayley ran in and saw Nate caught by Lobo. She pulle sout her bow and shot am array of sharp pointed arrows. "Yo ugly! Look over here at me you fat alien!" Hayley said trying to get his attention.

[Demon Shinobi]

"Ugh... Another fuckin rat to exterminate." Lobo grumbled. "Don't worry... You're next." He said smirking. Nathaniel grunted and lifted his fist. "Oh.. This is cute. The runts gonna try some..." Lobo let out a yell of pain as he dropped Nate and was sent flying. To a person without Nate's powers it just looked like a punch. But it was so much more than that. Now just wasn't the time to explain. "We need to go... Now..." Nate said weakly.

[Kitty]

Hayley ran over to him and gave him a light shove towards the exit. "I'll follow behind you, you are in no shape to keep fighting so incase he comes back, I'll distract him until you get to the jet and then I'll escape. You know how elusive I can be so I have a better chance at it then the injured speedster." Hayley said as she kept pushing him towards the exit as quick as she could.

[Demon Shinobi]

"Please... Nate laughed a bit weakly. "I'm already healing. I'll be fine in... Ugh..." He said as he grabbed her wrist. "He won't be up for a bit. So just stay with me." He said as they neared the exit. Lobo hadn't been ready for the attack. So he was off guard. Which made the attack that much more effective. Soon the two heroes would be out. This was perfect.

[Kitty]

Hayley let him hold her wrist but she stayed behind him a bit and listened for anything suspicious. She even walked backwards a few times to get a better look at this place.

[Demon Shinobi]

"Will you just trust me and come on!" Nathaniel shouted at hayley as he yanked her forward. "Gah.." He grunted, grabbing his side with his free hand. His ribs hurt. "Come on..." He said calmly. They were almost home free. "Finally!" Jason said as he shot a ray of green energy at them forming a bubble and pulling them out and up. He flew into the ship and they soon followed.

[Kitty]

Once inside the ship Hayley went and got the first aid kit. "Shirt off." Hayley said to Nate when she stopped in front of him, her face serious.

[Demon Shinobi]

"As much as I've wanted to hear those words come out of your mouth. It can wait until we get back to the base." Nathaniel said as he took a seat. "Now sit down." He added as Jason took a seat too. The ship was prepped and ready to take off.

[Kitty]

Hayley growled lightly and stood her ground. "Jason, I can balance, just take off. Now." She said menacingly before turning to Nate. "I need to treat your injuries so shirt off now Nate." Hayley said trying to stay calm.

[Demon Shinobi]

"Hayley. We're on the job. Stop being so unprofessional and sit down." Nathaniel said remaining serious as well. Jason just sighed. "Couples." He mumbled before taking off.

[Kitty]

"I swear to god Nate. I will add another injury if you keep up with that." Hayley growled glaring at him.

[Demon Shinobi]

"What'll that help." Nate continued to argue still remaining adamant about waiting until they reached the HQ. They still weren't in the clear after all. Not yet anyway.
