Melinda walked out of the library and noticed that class was about to start. As soon as she got out of the library door, students rushed into their classes. "Bad day to wear heels!" She said to herself now walking fast towards her classroom and seeing a guy by a door(Quinn). "Excuse me..." she said to the guy as she walked inside of the classroom seeing a hooded guy, a guy with headphones and more. Melinda didnt like sitting in the front, so she went to the back to sit next to the hooded guy. (Cameron)

He decided to seat himself in a desk that was near the center of the room and simply looked around the classroom as he sat at his desk. Quinn eyed the students that were entering one by one; smiling and nodding to those who greeted him. Quinn got a response; rather a grunting from the dark student. Quinn shook his head as he took his place in front of the class. Hopefully, this class will be better than last year... Those punks thought he was a student, and didn't believe him until he showed them that he meant business; via powers of course. Well, these guys look well enough. They were different; unique... but those were the factors that made a class enjoyable... Hopefully, those kids found the same.
Quinn shifted his eyes to the door as he saw that the stream of students weren't ending for now... Well, since this was the first day of class, attendance won't be taken... for now. Quinn went to the teacher's desk as he eyed the whole class and smiled.
"Good morning, students! Hopefully, you had a fun time with your friends, because in this class... you're gonna need them. You can always fly solo, but birds who do, don't reach far." Quinn chuckled as he cracked his knuckles. "And yes.... I am your teacher." Quinn grinned as he stood up, and went to his first chart.
"Over here, you can see the different gods that belong in well known mythologies... It would be fine to begin with Egypt." Quinn pointed to the different illustrations of gods. "Perhaps in Egypt you've got tons of gods there... You've got Isis, Hathor and Osiris; Mut, and Nut; Khnum and Ptah... Among others, you've got Anubis, and Anukis... Hemsut, and Tefnut. Horus, and Bastet... Hundreds of gods." Quinn smiled. "We won't stop there of course... We'll go over to the famous greek and roman gods." the teacher spoke as he went over to another chart
"Who doesn't know Zeus, Poseidon, and Hades? The most powerful gods in the specified realm. Truly, you've got Athena, Ares, Aphrodite, Persephone..." Quinn spoke as he approached the students. "In this class... We won't be studying math or english; heck no!" Quinn laughed as he pointed to the charts. "We will be studying them... the gods... Most importantly, you'll be studying yourselves." Quinn spoke; taking pleasure on the confused look of the students.
Quinn went back to the front as he eyed the students. "Here's a fact for you, youngsters. You weren't enrolled here because your parents or your guardians said so... You were enrolled here because you had to be." Quinn now spoke in a husky tone. "You must be wondering why I'm talking about the different gods? No, this is not mythology class, by the way." Quinn chuckled as he took a deep breath.
"Atheists say that gods don't exist... However, I can honestly say that gods are true. They're in this room." Quinn spoke in a deeper tone as he expected the smarter students to realize where he was getting at. "Supposedly, your professor was Dr. Kassas... but he got his spine cracked when a student blasted him through a wall... That poor psychologist." Quinn sighed as he got back to the student.
"Gods do not die of course, but sometimes, their essence travels down to Earth... When gods use their powers; an overload can occur, and these essences are spilled. These essences are usually enough to create a child, but it would be unstable. So, the essence seeks a human host; via combination during fertilization. Hence, some are born with the powers and characteristics of the god that had created them. As we call them here, reincarnates." Quinn brushed his hair; trying to explain the confusing process in a simple manner.
"Going back to what I said... You needed to be enrolled here; you had to be. The reason? Because all of you here... are reincarnates of a god or goddess." Quinn revealed to them as he smiled. "I'll be revealing each one's god or goddess... and the job of this class, is to discover and control your powers." the teacher grinned as he extended an arm to the students.

Booker sizes up Quinn from where he sitting, and when he begins speaking, Booker listens to every word. "Hmm...you seem like you've given this speech before...were there others before us? I'd certainly prefer if you listen to that heart of yours before you answer...for all I know, your tongue could be coated with silver." He asks, the dead interesting him in this case and plus, Booker can't help but feel like this was just some sort of way for Professor Camoride to get the others interested in this topic.

Aedan was shocked to tell the truth, how in all the world could he be the reincarnation of a god? He had never been special, he had never shown any signs of ultimate godly power. He barely even knew about deities like that!
It was all to horrifying and to good to be true, this was all so much for him to comprehend, maybe when he found out who his god was he could match it to his latest personality changes and try to figure it out, he also eyed Booker questioningly to see how well he took it.
Musa thought the teacher was lying, it was all to much to handle. She had a fair idea of who her goddess was though if any of this were to be true, still though she wasn't sure what exactly to trust.
With a pretty smile and a elegant nod she acted as if she had just shook off the fact that she was a possible goddess and took it like a very...manly woman...with a shake of her head and a clearing of her throat she looked over at Rachelle to see how well her stepsister had handled it. She had been in a very bad mood when the class had started but now her face was soft and it looked as if she was about to cry. "Rachelle?" She stuck a comforting hand out and sighed as her motherly protection kicked in.
Rachelle sat there, she was frustrated and slightly saddened by the news, all her life she had been the normal and sweet girl. It had always been enough for her...but..but now she had to face the music. She was no longer a normal girl.
"Rachelle?" Musa asked her, Rachelle turned to her sister with a sad smile as a single tear of fury and sadness fell down her cheek, Musa of course watched the tear travel its way to the floor with the expression of someone who had failed their job, no..it was more like someone who had failed their eternal purpose. Musa had never had that look on her face, maybe it was because Rachelle and Aedan had never cried in her presence?
Rachelle stood up and wiped the tears from her gentle violet eyes as she sat in the desk closet to Musa and leaned into her flawless, outstretched arm. "It's just so much to think about."
Aedan watched silently as Musa comforted her stepsister, she always seemed to be there for that purpose, to stop the tears and grant protection from the creatures of the world, from the aching problems of the world. Aedan on the other hand, he could never do such a thing, it was to much for him and he always seemed to make them sad and cry even more.
Musa nodded as she wrapped her arm around her sister and spoke of tales of fortune in the rough times, of how even the slightest thing would never get past her and how she would always be there as an eternal guardian. It had always been like this, as a child he protected her older siblings from the monsters under the beds, from the bees that they always ran away from, every time they were in need of the slightest bit of help she was there, a guide, and above all...a guardian.
Rachelle couldn't believe the others as they spoke, they acted so casually, as if it was so easy to comprehend all of this godly nonsense. Well it wasn't, and it was as if she was the only one to truly understand that. Snug in the comfort of Musa's hold she started to relax until she worked up the courage and said, "Musa, I think I'm starting to feel better. Thank you." She wriggled out of her grasp and went back to her seat.

Kida and Koda ran through the halls. The first day of school and somehow, they were late already! "Darn it, Koda! We can't just show up late on our *huff* first day of class! That'll look bad for *haff* us later! We have to at least try to act innocent at the beginning!"
Koda laughed as he ran. "I know, but I couldn't resist! Do you have any idea how many people will probably be using that courtyard later? *Hah* Besides, people get lost on the first day all the time. If anything, this is probably the one day we'll get a break!"
Skidding to a stop in front of a certain door, the two dark-haired kids in matching black cat hoodies stood for a moment to catch their breath before opening it to walk into a classroom already filled with people. The teacher stood at the front of the room and there seemed to be a lot of discussion about whatever he had just said. The girl with blue accented hoodie, Kida, turned to the teacher quickly before going to find an open seat. "Sorry we're late. We had a bit of trouble getting here." The boy with the red accents, Koda, had already walked over to one of the last available seats by one of the walls, so she followed and sat in the chair in front of him.

Booker looked over at Aedán when he spoke to him. "Well, it's definitely a lot to take in. I have to say that this truth is a very interesting one...but one thing that we should never forget is that no matter what were labeled as now..we'll always be human, and nothing can change that. We shouldn't think we're all high and mighty just because we're reincarnates...we'll be judged, just like the rest." He says, clearly having taken this revelation seriously. "Patrolling the graveyards...and that khopesh I found a few days ago...it's certainly coming together now..." He thinks, knowing in his heart which god he has brought back into a new light.

Quinn smiled; happy that the minds of the children were getting rocked up. The professor knew the feeling of confusion, and doubt; the same feeling he got when he knew that he was a reincarnate as well. Questions after questions were being thrown at him, and Quinn knew he had to answer it all one by one. Suddenly, two students arrived; apparently late. The two looked exhausted; Quinn chuckled, motioning them to take their seats.
"No attendance will be taken today... Since this is the first day of classes." the teacher smiled. His eyes became serious as he eyed the students. "It isn't easy to take in; I know that feeling. I was once seated in that same chair as you. Doubtful, and skeptical of the things being spouted." Quinn frowned. "Of course, your batch isn't the first... nor the last. I handled a batch before yours, they're now in the higher subjects. However, unlike your group, I wasn't able to say anything to them. They didn't believe that I was a teacher; so I had to show them the hard way. However, I don't believe that seeing is believing... You guys are different; you've listened to me. It's easier to accept these things with an open mind." Quinn smiled as he approached the students.
"Nonsense, you say? So, all of you think that this is just an activity to get you guys to be interested in our lesson? Well, I guess it's time to show you that these 'powers' are actually real." Quinn grinned as he went to the front. "Before I reveal which reincarnate you are... I think it's only fair for you guys to know what I am." Quinn chuckled as he raised his right arm. "Want to see some nonsense? Watch closely." Quinn focused as he exhaled.
Suddenly, two additional arms sprouted from his hand, and began moving on their own. Another arm grew from his face as it began waving at the students. "I am a reincarnate of Brahma, the Hindi god of creation. All the arms seeped back into his body as Quinn rolled his neck.
"The purpose of this school is not to train you how to fight... We are not here to wage wars against those who are not like us. We are here to learn about ourselves; what we can do, and what we're not supposed to do." Quinn continued. "In the past, many reincarnates went mad with power that they tried to overthrow the balance... In response, those who believed in balance retaliated, and opted to hide our world from those who are not like us." Quinn exhaled.
"However, these powers does not make us superior to the mortals... We are just the same as them; only blessed or even cursed, with something more." Quinn said as he looked at the door; hearing some scratching sounds.
"This course... Powers 101 will be the prerequisite to most of your other subjects... You may see it as where we segregate those whose alignments are either good or chaotic. Well, put it simply, I'm the judge of that." Quinn continued as a stream of hands erupted from his neck, and opened the door... revealing a dog... dog.. No, not a simple dog. "Well, we've already got a first visitor. Be sure to entertain that dog..." Quinn nodded as the hands seeped back into his neck.
"So... without any further delay... Are you ready to learn who you really are?"

I was once seated in that same chair as you. Doubtful, and skeptical of the things being spouted." Quinn frowned. "Of course, your batch isn't the first... nor the last. I handled a batch before yours, they're now in the higher subjects. However, unlike your group, I wasn't able to say anything to them. They didn't believe that I was a teacher; so I had to show them the hard way. However, I don't believe that seeing is believing... You guys are different; you've listened to me. It's easier to accept these things with an open mind." Quinn smiled as he approached the students.
"Nonsense, you say? So, all of you think that this is just an activity to get you guys to be interested in our lesson? Well, I guess it's time to show you that these 'powers' are actually real." Quinn grinned as he went to the front. "Before I reveal which reincarnate you are... I think it's only fair for you guys to know what I am." Quinn chuckled as he raised his right arm. "Want to see some nonsense? Watch closely." Quinn focused as he exhaled.
Suddenly, two additional arms sprouted from his hand, and began moving on their own. Another arm grew from his face as it began waving at the students. "I am a reincarnate of Brahma, the Hindi god of creation. All the arms seeped back into his body as Quinn rolled his neck.
"The purpose of this school is not to train you how to fight... We are not here to wage wars against those who are not like us. We are here to learn about ourselves; what we can do, and what we're not supposed to do." Quinn continued. "In the past, many reincarnates went mad with power that they tried to overthrow the balance... In response, those who believed in balance retaliated, and opted to hide our world from those who are not like us." Quinn exhaled.
"However, these powers does not make us superior to the mortals... We are just the same as them; only blessed or even cursed, with something more." Quinn said as he looked at the door; hearing some scratching sounds.
"This course... Powers 101 will be the prerequisite to most of your other subjects... You may see it as where we segregate those whose alignments are either good or chaotic. Well, put it simply, I'm the judge of that." Quinn continued as a stream of hands erupted from his neck, and opened the door... revealing a dog... dog.. No, not a simple dog. "Well, we've already got a first visitor. Be sure to entertain that dog..." Quinn nodded as the hands seeped back into his neck.
"So... without any further delay... Are you ready to learn who you really are?"
Well that was crazy. The grin vanished, replaced by WTF expression. Stunned Victor looked at the new hands, how they grow and how they disappear...that was definetly a proof of his extraordinary powers. And again there was a strange feeling, but much more intense. At the moment hands grew he had a very short momet of undrstanding the way enegy flows inside his teacher's body. And then there was a dog, which for him seemed not very alive at the moment. When he thought about it, it always been easy for him to learn how to use any techic, from TV to father's car, and now he was realy wonderring what kind of god lives inside him..."I would like to know", he sad seriously.
