[IC] The Amazing Spider-Man: Peter and Gwen Stacey (Jones Sparrow and kittenlover)

Peter shook his head. "All she told me were very cute things that made me realize how much you meant to me... Nothing embarrassing." he said, still holding her hand. He looked at his watch, and sighed. "I gotta go... Aunt May is remodeling an old guest room and needs me there to help... and i think your family really wants to see you just as much as i did." He said. "I'll check up on you really soon, call me if you get out early, okay?" He gave her a meaningful kiss on her soft lips, not wanting to go but he didn't want to disappoint Aunt May again. They had to reschedule this remodeling by Peter making plans with Gwen, or Spider-Man business.

"Alright Peter! Just don't break your aunts back by stepping on a crack!" Gwen joked, laying her head back and passing out. Once Peter was out of the room and the door was shut, it suddenly locked, the lights flickering out although Gwen stayed fast asleep. "Gwen....... Gwen....... Wake up Gwen........ I have a surprise for you!" A woman's voice said, making Gwen slowly open her eyes. The lights quickly turned on, and there, sitting in the chair, was a decaying Peter Parker still holding her hand. Gwen screamed, trying to push away Peter but to no avail. "Gwen, it's me! Peter! Want a kiss?" He asked, making her fall out of her bed and onto the cold tile floor, blood splashing onto her which was Peter's blood.

She slowly looked up to see a woman in an ebony cloak, her red eyes gleaming in the darkness of the hood while her long fingers grabbed Gwen by the throat and lifted her easily off the ground, sharp teeth appearing that seemed to glow since they were so white. "Gwen....... You will die........ And Peter won't be able to save you this time!" The demonic witch said, throwing her back into bed as the door burst open, Gwen waking up in a cold sweat and realized she had been screaming. "Sweetheart what is it?!" Her mother asked, rushing over to her and holding her daughter close while she cried. "She's after me....... She's after me!" Gwen said, and for the next six hours, she said it over and over again, Mrs. Stacy deciding finally to call Peter.

She grabbed Gwen's phone and dialed Peter's number, waiting for someone to answer although it was now 9 O'clock at night. "Peter...... Something's seriously wrong with Gwen...... She keeps saying a woman is after her....... Please, come if you can....... She won't listen to anyone, not even me! I think she'll listen to you Peter........ Please, come as quickly as you can!" Mrs. Stacy said before going back to comforting her daughter, Gwen continuing to say, "she's after me!"

"Are you sure you got it, Peter?"

"Yeah, i'm sure Aunt May!" He said to her, holding three large paint can as he walked up the stairs. The small room used to be Uncle Ben's study... Aunt May made the very hard decision to change it in to something else. She couldn't stand to walk by it every morning and night with his stuff in it. They worked rather hard, Peter telling her what happened to Gwen (not the part where someone had super human strength though). In the middle of working he heard his phone ring. Wiping sweat off his brow, he answered it. "Hello, Gwen?" He asked, surprised she got out of the hospital so quickly. Then fear and concern spread across his face.

"Aunt May, something's wrong at the hospital... i gotta go!" Peter called out, running for his room and grabbing his backpack and dashing out of the house.

Peter burst in to the room Gwen was in. "Mrs. Stacy, I'm here! What's the matter?" Peter asked with worry.

Gwen looked like she had been through hell and back; her platinum blonde hair was stuck out in many places, her eyes were blood shot and darted all over the room, as if expecting something to come in at any moment, while she looked so much paler than usual. Her mother was in the corner with her siblings, Gwen rocking back in forth in the fetal position, her bottom lip quivering as she continued to say what she had been saying for hours. "She's after me....... She's after me....... She's really after me....... Why is she after me......?" Gwen mumbled, repeating those same words over and over again as her heart monitor was going off the charts. Gwen didn't even seem to notice Peter while her siblings rushed out the door, their mother chasing after them, wondering where the nurses were when you needed them. Her heart was racing so fast that the beeping was insanely loud and was going at a fast pace, Gwen closing her eyes before screaming, "Stay out of my head!" then threw her pillow at the wall, which now seemed to have a hole in it that's wasn't there before.

Peter stared in horror as he saw Gwen being someone so completely different. He walked over to her, grasping her hand. "Gwen... Gwen.. Its Peter.... What happened? What's wrong?" He asked her, with a loud, strong voice, although his heart was braking inside. She had some sort of super strength... Just like Tim... What was going on? "Gwen, what's happened? did someone come to see you after we left?" He asked

Gwen's heart monitor turned back to normal, her eyes weren't blood shot anymore, and she looked like she had been pulled from a trance. "Peter......?" She asked before latching herself into him, trembling in fear as she tried to remember everything. "It was so much like a nightmare Peter....... But it seemed so real...... The lights turned off while I was still asleep, and I woke up to hear a woman's voice. The lights turned on and you were there....... But you were a rotting corpse. And your blood was covering the floor. I landed on this bloody floor and when I looked up, there was a woman who was wrapped up in a cloak. And in the darkness you could see her blood red eyes and her glowing white teeth, while her curly strawberry blonde hair stuck out from inside of the hood while she wore the sign of a demonic witch........ She told me that I was going to die, and that you....... You wouldn't be able to save me....... What does she want with me?" Gwen asked before she had an idea, her cheeks growing red as she decided to ask it even though it was a stupid question. "Peter....... I don't feel safe when I'm not around you........ And that's when she came, when you happened to be gone, like she's afraid of you....... Do you think....... I could stay with you Peter? Just until we know that I'm safe?" She asked him, giving him her best puppy dog face, although it wasn't very good since she was still scared.

Peter listened, completely horrified and feeling helpless. All she said sent shivers down his spine... and he knew that he was the only person in this city who could stop this woman... it sounded to him like Tim's strength and Gwen's dream were related. When she asked the request, he didn't know what to say. "I'll stay here for as long as i can..." he said to her with a smile. He knew that if he was with her most of the time, Spider-Man won't be able to hunt down the witch.... Maybe he could go after Tim, and sees what he knows. "But if Spider-Man is going to hunt down this person, I'll need to leave for a few hours..." he said with sadness in his eyes. He didn't know how she'll respond to this...

"Y-You have to go?" Gwen asked, scared out of her mind to be alone. But she knew he was right..... If he intended to track down this monster of a women, he'd have to leave her to go find her. "Alright Peter...... Just promise me that you will come back as soon as you possibly can!" She said, lifting her head up and giving him a long passionate kiss on the lips. "And be careful Peter....... I don't want you getting hurt by this woman! I don't want you........ To end up like the corpse in my dreams!" She said, hugging him tightly and not wanting to let him go....... But she knew she had to, for everyone's sake in New York.

Peter hugged her tightly, returning the kiss that sent shocks down his body. "I'll be alright." Peter gave her a reassuring smile. "Just keep someone in here with you while I'm gone..." He got up, and moved down the hall, and eventually out of the hospital. Taking a quick turn in to an alley way and seconds later Spider-Man leapt on top of a building. "alright, Tim, everyone's favorite web head is coming to pay a visit..."

It wasn't late enough on this friday night for Tim Jones to be home, yet he was... and seemed to be cowering in his bed. He easily lifted his window, breaking the lock on it as he did an acrobatic roll in. "Mister Jones? Hi, Spider-Man here... A lot of weird things have been happening to a lot of people, and i heard you were the start of these things. Care to explain who this woman is that everyone is seeing?" He asked him, a small hint of hatred in his voice from trying to hurt him earlier.

"I don't know man........ My friend gave me this card, and it said that there was a witch, but you could hire her to get revenge, for a price........ I trusted her...... I told her all the information she wanted to know about Gwen Stacy, and she gave me super strength so I could win her over and crush this Peter Parker guy whose her boyfriend too...... But then I hurt her, I hurt Gwen by accident! I only wanted to hurt Peter, I swear! But not as badly as I hurt Gwen, just to roughen up Peter a bit so he wouldn't see Gwen again....... But she didn't tell me how much strength she was giving me....... And I hurt Gwen....... Is she alright? Do you know if she's alright?" Tim asked, still cowering in his bed as he stared up at the super hero that was Spider-Man.

I went to go see her, but she was gone....... She just....... Disappeared into no where! I heard that-" Tim said before there was a snap of fingers and a flash of light, Tim now being a skeleton while he still had his muscles left. On the floor was his skin, in a puddle of goopy flesh and veins happened to be floating in it. Tim fell into a puddle, the woman he was talking about standing in the corner looking just like Rose had described her as. "You'll never figure me out Peter! Never!" The woman said before turning into a shadow figure, flying right through Peter and into the city, unable to be seen by anyone.

"she's in the hospital. You're lucky that you didn't do any permanent damage... and your justification for not meaning to hurt someone, only the other isn't really making me like you, Timmy." He said. "where is she?" and then his world started spinning. He was horrified to see that the boy that constantly bullied him just melted in front of him.... He backed up, and then a woman appeared, talking to him. Everything went cold when she flew through him, he fell to the ground... Tim couldnt have just died... she couldn't have been there, could she? Peter leapt out of the window, and up on the roof, searching for the dark figure flying through the sky.

The figure could be seen turning the corner, slowly making it's way to the hospital where Gwen was. The witch sent a spell at him, making his web shooters stall and his costume appear in his bag while he now wore his clothes that were already in his bag. "Now your just your average friendly neighborhood Peter Parker!" She said and cackled with delight, appearing on the ground in a crowd so the citizens would not be too alarmed. She quickly walked through the hordes of people trying to get to wherever they were going, and was soon at the hospital. She stole the nurses clothes and put her in a coma, heading towards Gwen's room again. Her mother, siblings, and Gwen were inside the locked room, the door knob shaking violently as the witch tried to get in. "Gwen....... Gwen...... I know your in there! Let me in Gwen! I don't bite!" The witch said, her teeth sharpening as she smelled the kids in the room. Oh, this would be a very nice treat!

As peter was swinging his web shooters stalled in mid air, and he felt different. He looked to see that his suit was gone, and so were his web shooters! He made a desperate reach for a wall, hanging on to it by his finger tips. He heard the witch laughing in his head, he shook it out, and started to leap from building to building. He didn't care if he looked like Peter Parker. He needed to save Gwen! He made it to the hospital, bursting the doors open and trying to go to her floor, not daring to take the elevator. He had super speed, so he could make it up the flight of stairs rather easily.

Gwen didn't let the witch inside her room. Instead she coward in the corner with her family, hugging her family as close as she could as the door slowly unlocked and the witch stepped in, seeming to be a nurse, but Gwen knew better. "Gwen, Gwen, Gwen...... Hiding behind your family? Do you want all of them to die along with you?" The witch asked, grabbing Gwen by the arm but yelping in pain as her hand started to burn. The witch saw that Gwen was wearing a golden cross necklace and she knew she couldn't get her........ At least not today. "You win this time Gwen...... But I will be back for you!" The witch said before she disappeared in a cloud of smoke, just as Peter got there. Gwen stood up and hugged him, her family still huddled in the corner as her siblings cried and her mother tried to calm them. "Peter....... She was here again...... But it wasn't a dream." Gwen said quietly, hugging him as tightly as she could.

" I know... I figured she'd try to get here." He didn't talk about how he saw Tim melt... he didn't know if that was the woman playing tricks on him, or that ti was real... He had no idea where to look, how to find her, or if he could even fight her.... How was he going to save this city? "What happened? Are you hurt? Is your family okay?" He needed to start somewhere, but now Tim was out of the question.. and Gwen seemed to be the only one affected by this woman...
