Personality: Rin’s personality is hard to pin down. Some would go so far as to say she is bi-polar. The problem is that one moment she is a bubbly, fun-loving woman, the next she is reserved and quiet. One moment she is an optimist, the next a pessimist, and the next a realist. Rin is also noted for having a mischievous streak, sneaking in places she shouldn’t, eavesdropping on private conversations, and hacking into personal computers She does these things mostly for personal entertainment. She claims these habbits come from the territory of being a hacker and that most of these things are harmless. However, when it comes down to it, Rin knows when she needs to get things done.

History:
Rin was born to two republic soldiers. Her mother was a republic engineer while her father was a republic commando. Thus, the family moved around the galaxy a lot, going wherever the next mission was. Sometimes they’d stay in one planet for years; sometimes they’d only stay for several months. Being that Rin’s parents worked long hours and were sometimes deployed for days at a time, Rin began doing things she shouldn’t. Thieving was first, and only small things. However, it wasn’t long before she began hacking security systems, and gaining access to restricted areas. Many times, Rin would hack the republic computer systems to keep tabs on her parents’ whereabouts and wellbeing. As Rin grew older, hacking became a game to her. Hacking the hardest systems was better than any other form of entertainment.
After countless times of being caught and getting in trouble for her hacking, her parents urged her to put her talents to use. Being that the two were republic, they wanted their daughter to follow in their footsteps. Rin refused, being the angsty teen that she was. However, when her parents both died during a mission on Tatooine, Rin decided it was time to honor their wishes and join the Republic army. Due to her record as a deviant, she was initially turned away. Though, it only took some hacking to delete her records from the system.
Rin’s skills quickly earned her a reputation as one of the best hackers the republic had to offer. Most of her reconnaissance missions were a success and she proved to be a huge asset to the teams she was placed on. Thus, it was a simple decision to assign Rin as a support on the mission to retrieve the Victus Crystallis.

Weaponry: AD-11 Sniper rifle, prototype vibroblade equipped with a stun enhancement as a well as a fancy new cortosis-weave, specifically added for this mission.
Non-Weapon Technology: Security Spikes, Computer Spikes, repair parts.
Armor: Medium Armor—built for maneuverability but fitted with plating in specific areas for protection.
Standard Abilities:
Computers/Droids-- Rin is extremely handy around computers and droids. She can hack through most computers and security systems, getting in and out of where she needs to be while deleting any record of her presence. Rin is also adept and retrieving information from droids, but fails to be able to reprogram them completely.
Sniping—Rin is an expert marksman, taking her target down with one shot undetected. Patience is definitely her virtue as she knows how to wait for the perfect shot before taking it.

Special Abilities: Language—Rin can understand a wide variety of languages. That being said, she has difficulty reproducing the languages she understands for speech.
