Steph watched as the girl stripped, she became a little jealous of this other girls physique and even thought about something else...
The thought was lost after a quick shake of the head and a small blush that Steph attempted to hide.
"O...ok put them back on" Steph stuttered then cleared her throat, placing her handgun back in its hip holster on her left side.
She turned and threw back the girls backpack, happy she wasn't armed with any firearms. She walked and got the bat going back to the girl and stretching her arm out to pass it back.
"The names Steph, don't make me shoot you" She said, the invitation vague yet apparent.

Lillah sighed gratefully at the girl's permission and quickly pulled her cargo pants back up, buttoning them. She grabbed her shirt, but blinked and caught the bag when it was thrown back to her, interrupting her dressing. She set it aside and pulled her shirt back on over her head then shook her hair out. As the girl retrieved her steel bat, she managed to slip on her socks and shoes, as well, though they remained untied for now. "Thanks," Lillah said grudgingly as she took the bat back. "I'll keep that in mind, Steph."

She leaned on the bat as she studied the other person for a moment, debating whether or not to ask about the dead human she had passed. Deciding against it--for now--she shrugged to herself. "Anyway--the offer still stands if you're hungry," she said. "The peanut butter, I mean. Got some canned fruit, too." She grabbed her bag and threw it over her shoulder as she looked around. "Just gotta find a place to settle for the night," she added.

"Sure why not, I've been living off sardines for the last day or two."
Steph said softly, relaxing a little now that she knew the girl wasn't infected.
Steph removed her cap for a second and stroked her hand through her short black hair her sighing softly, the adrenaline in her veins was decreasing as she tried to calm down.
"I was going to go for the nurses office, they normally have a metal fence in the storage so that people couldn't steal the meds when the school was closed, probably looted now but hopefully the metal fencing is still useable."
Steph stretched out and began to walk in the direction of the office, remembering from a map she had passed when she entered the building before.

LIllah watched the young woman calm down, her gaze occasionally flickering about in search of zombies. Though, at the mention of meds, her eyebrows raised a bit as she turned her attention back to Steph. Lillah had run out of her happy pills a week ago--not to mention her sleeping pills--and had been on edge since. "Fencing. Right," she repeated, glancing to the ground. "Good idea." She threw her bag back over her shoulder and followed her, tapping the bat to her own shoulder. "Have you, uh, been in here long? In this school?" she asked as they walked, a little unsure on how to go about small talk.

"No I entered about half an hour ago.. didn't notice you in here... how long have you been in here?" Steph asked questioningly.
They slowly walked the halls, turning corners quickly and keeping an eye out, the place looked looted but untouched for a long time.
Cobwebs filled some places but they soon got to the medical bay, the storage locker looked mangled but seemed to have been broken to the side. it still opened and closed and as both of them entered the small room filled with broken shelves, Steph closed the gate behind them, confident nothing would get in without waking one of them.
Steph then looked to Lillah "We should see if they have anything we can use.." She remarked as she began to root through the mostly empty boxes hoping to find anything useful.

"About twenty minutes ago," Lillah answered, frowning a bit. So I was just ten minutes behind her--she could have easily killed that guy...He must've been bitten, she thought, since she was still alive. The other woman didn't have much, so it wasn't like she killed him for his stuff either...

As they walked, she looked around, making note of exits and windows. She poked her bat at a water fountain and scowled in annoyance when water didn't come to answer the call. Once in the medical bay, she stepped in and aside as Steph closed the door behind them and her light eyes wandered about. At Steph's suggestion to get looking, LIllah nodded in agreement. She dropped her bat against the wall and started rummaging through the boxes. C'moooon happy pills, she thought hopefully. She didn't expect to find anything for a good night's sleep in a school's nurse's office, but kids got depressed, right?

Ky froze when she saw him stop the sharks. She had seen her dad do that once when he had taken her to the place where they were creating the virus and the antidote along with a vaccination. She had been lucky that she was the first (and only) person to get the vaccination. She couldn't be infected and she had tried many times to get herself infected which was the reason why for all the scars on her arms and neck. She slowly stepped away from the edge of the building and turned and ran for the fire escape on the other side of the building

Denise folded up her sleeve as she looked up at the sun. Her baseball in hand as her other weapons were cooped up inside her small backpack. She tightly gripped on her backpack as she squinted her eyes. She was looking straight ahead, noticing more creatures coming ahead. Denise sighed as she dashed into an alley and crouched down. Delighted to see no more of those idiots chasing her. She rested her eyes as she leaned her head back. She closed her eyes only to hear moans from the undead. Just then, a scream echoed through the streets. "Ah!" Denise muffled, looking startled. She sighed, clutching her chest tightly. Denise looked up. She imagined her beautiful mother's golden hair slowly slipping off of her shoulder. The glint of her blue, round eyes as she wrinkled her nose. Her slender fingers, gingerly reaching out for Denise while her eyes smiled ever so softly. Denise smiled back and slowly came to the realization that her mother's expression soon changed into an agonized one. Tears slowly rolled off of her checks. No. I'm sorry mother.. Denise shook her head and looked away. She didn't want to see her own mother crying; once was enough. Carefully, Denise turned her head back, facing the ceiling once again. Her mother wasn't there anymore. Denise covered her face, suddenly wondering when was the last time that she prayed.

Cyrus crouched on top of a school roof in the town he was currently scavenging in. He looked through the scope of his sniper rifle, and noted everything that had just happened in quick succession. A man had called out a group of zombies, and another survivor had shot them with arrows. His scope lingered on her head for a moment, and his finger twitched. Then he slung his rifle over his back and sighed. Bane sat criss-cross on the roof, and too out a powerbar. He was lucky to find a box of them. They had kept him alive for the past week. Cyrus stood when he saw two women enter the school. "Shit," he muttered as he grabbed his back and threw it over his shoulder, and replaced it with his rifle. Rethinking, he let his rifle lay across his chest, and released his pistol from its holster on his hip. He walked back down to the floor of the school. He liked being up high, where he could hit all his targets. Bane rather disliked fighting at close ranges. Although he could. Cyrus followed the girls into the medical section of the school. He hid, part of his training was being stealth, and learning to conceal himself. His pistol was at the ready. He would wait until they weren't prepared and then he would see what they were doing. He had been living in the school for the past week.

Ky kept running she soon got far away from the man. She soon collapsed in a abandoned grocery store. She pulled a jacket from her bag and wrapped it around herself to hide her arms

Steph found random pills here and there, labels too badly damaged too properly see what they where, she passed each one to Lillah, she looked like she was trying to find something specific. This may be a problem...
Steph ignored the thought and continued rummaging looking up to the small barred window above her as the sun was soon to set. She walked back to the gated door and made sure they where shut tight, wrapping a piece of wiring around where the lock would have been. It wouldn't stop someone living from cutting it, but if there was any zombies in the depths of the school somewhere that they hadn't found yet, it would slow them down enough for the two girls to react.
Steph turned back to the small room once again and back to the figure who was partnering with her for the time being.
"Looks like we are in here for the night, like a sleep over!" Steph joked, she probably shouldn't be so casual to someone she just met, but the girl had a feeling about her that Steph trusted.
"I didn't catch your name by the way..." Steph muttered as she got back to searching, nearly finished rooting through the left side boxes. Unsurprisingly they where mostly empty.

Lillah blinked and tensed each time a bottle was handed to her. She glanced to Steph, pausing in her fruitless search, and would open each bottle to look at the pills, hoping they'd look familiar. Eventually, she found some familiar yellow pills and sighed gratefully as she slipped them into her back pack while Steph's back was turned. There weren't many, so she didn't want to waste one right before she went to sleep...

She shrugged at Steph's suggestion of a sleep over as she finished looking through boxes. "Might catch a couple night's sleep in here...It seems safe enough," she said matter-of-factly, sitting against the wall beside her bat and bag. "And my name's Lillah--I gave it to you while you were freaked out in the hallway. Not surprised you don't remember." She pulled her bag close to unzip it. "Got anything to eat?" she asked, setting out a couple of her own options options: canned peaches, canned pineapple, Spam, canned tuna, and her most recent find, the peanut butter.

"Oh sorry.. yeah... cant be too careful you know..." Steph wasn't one to normally make people strip in front of her, but she preferred that then killing people.
Steph sat down onto the tiled floor, grabbing a pillow to sit on from the "comfort" section.
She reached into her own leather satchel and moved some items to the side to find the food.
She removed two tins of sardines.
"That's it... was hoping on grabbing something when I came threw this city. Im hoping on heading on through to the countryside when I can though."
Whilst in her backpack she took the opportunity to have a swig of her water bottle, the water cleansing her dry throat. Wiping her mouth she offered the bottle to Lillah.

"I don't need your help son" he snarled at the man. "now im currently the ONLY one stopping the zombies killing you, throw your weapon down and ill lower mine.... or i could get them" mutters in a different language. "restless" all the zombies start to grow restless and slowly start to crowd around the man. "NOW THROW DOWN THE WEAPON!".
he turns his attention back to the women, "FREQUENCY ONE", turns attention back to man. "god damn it, lazy cowl wont listen to me, you know her?"

Oh thank God, Lillah thought as she took the water bottle. "Thanks," she said after taking a sip and letting the water swish about in her mouth for a moment. When she swallowed and handed back the water bottle, she pushed forward the pineapple. "I don't like pineapple much--hence why it's not eaten yet--so you take it. Need more than sardines in your diet."

Then she pulled a small kitchen knife from her bag to pop open the peaches and slurped one down. "The countryside, huh?" she repeated. "That's a good idea...Might not be as many stores, but you could pick up hunting instead. I can't..even remember the last time I had fresh meat." She did, though, and as the memory set in her frown grew more stiff. She shook her head to herself and her eyes flickered to the door, then the window.

The way the older man spoke made him panic inside, but he kept it hidden and only portrayed a calm expression on his face. When the zombies started moving towards Jon, he realized he had no choice. He cursed and slowly stepped backwards.

"Alright, sir, I'll do that."

He slowly lowered his arm and put the knife on the ground behind him, making sure it didn't make any noise, in case it worsens the situation. He kept walking away from the zombies, his hands empty, but he hoped the man would be able to make them stop again. His eyes wandered, counting the creatures left. One..two..three..four..four. If it gets worse, he knew he could handle them. But it was Plan A first - let the man do the work and hope he'll let Jon walk away.

Cyrus watched the girls communicate. They weren't friends, so he assumed that they had just met. On seemed really nervous around people. The other girl seemed a little more relaxed. He also noticed that the girl grabbed some pills, he wondered what they were for.

Cyrus decided that hiding would do nothing for him. One girl was suggesting a move to the countryside. That had also been his plan. But she obviously didn't know about the horde that was cutting off any movement from the east, which so happened to lead to the countryside. They were lucky that the horde wasn't moving. Yet.

Cyrus came out of his cover, and was delighted to see that they had their backs towards him. "I don't want to hurt you, but if you make any sudden movements, a bullet will be lodged in your brain before you can draw any of your weapons." He kept his pistol raised, finger on the trigger. "We you guys part of that crazy guy's zombie act?" That part had been bugging him, what was the doctor doing?

Cyrus then lowered his weapon, but was still ready to shoot. He didn't want to scare them into joining his plan. "Hey you," he said, pointing towards Steph. "We have the same idea, moving towards the countryside. But there is a horde blocking any movement in the east. If any of us want to move to the west, then we are going to have to go through the horde. Or find a way to distract them. A partner or partners would be helpful t a time like this. There aren't a lot of us left, and there is strength in numbers. I would be willing to work with you. I have food and water," this was a dangerous proposal, he had no idea how they would react.

sees a way to have a joke, starts barking gibberish and saying "OH NO I CAT STOP THEM" he barks for them to passive but still walk to scare the man. a sadistic smile on his face. when the zombies are about 2 meters from him he will shout for there halt, but until then he will watch the show and try not to laugh.
