I'm beginning to wonder if we need a re boot with all those still interested in playing a Sky High RP
I even have an idea for a Dark Plot which I like to call "Doom Watch"

I didn't realize it was up yet, and there's already 3 pages of posts in a week. I'm writing my character sheet now.

Name: Ryuu Ito

Gender: Male

Age/Year: 17 (Junior)

Power: Electrically charged skin. Can shoot a ball of ions from his hands, which electrocutes/shocks a person for 1 sec per 10% of his charge he uses (like a taser). Against robots, it disrupts or burns out circuits depending on strength. Also, if people ouch his skin when he's charged up, some of the charge will pass through them. He can also recharge from any electric source, but it hurts and may injure him if he recharges too quickly.

Hero or Villain: "Hero, I guess, though I don't understand why I must choose a side. Sometimes the law gets it wrong and the best heros must disobey."

Personality: Obsessed with perfection, he practices whatever he wishes to learn until he masters it. That being said, he is a bit of a rebel, obeying the rules only when he agrees with them.

History: In 1996 the Yakuza's superhuman group, the Onis, was infiltrated by an American hero known as Sonic Boom. There he met a member of the group, an assassin by the name of Raijin (lightning person/god), and they fell in love. When Sonic Boom's true loyalty was discovered, Raijin turned on the Onis and she turned state's witness against them. Several months later, when he was asked by the president to infiltrate a group of American supervillains, Sonic Boom chose to return to the US. Raijin refused to leave Japan, ho, believing it was her duty to take down the Onis. That was the last time they saw each other.
Nine month later, Kita Ito, known to many as Raijin, gave birth to a son, and named him Ryu. While in her secret identity she worked for Sony, but at night she was Raijin, a shadow who hunted supervillains. She left him with her former mentor most of the time, and Ryuu grew up studying under the Karate master.
She eventually defeated the last of the Oni, and a few months ago she recieved a job offer from an electronics manufacturer in the city. She excepted and they moved to the US, Ryuu transferring from the private superhuman school he was attending to the US public school, Sky High.

Appearance: Half Japanese, bleached blonde pony tail. When he gets to choose what to wear, he wears short-sleeved, dark colored shirts, blue jeans, and a leather vest. Has his smartphone strapped to his wrist (think pipboy look from Fallout). All of the equipment he carries gets recharged by him.

Other: Wears a battery pack on his back, with a switch for it under his left sleeve. When the switch is set to "safety", it drains all of the charge from him so he can't hurt anyone. When the switch is set to "battle" it only draws in energy if he's over 90% charged, and recharges him when he gets below 30%. This lets him use his powers for longer amounts of time.
