TL;DR

This is a Kingdom Hearts RP but one which will operate a little differently than most. Rather than having multiple worlds which the players will travel between, this RP takes place on a single world in effort to keep players from getting so spread out. However the world with its broken nature will still be able to have variety in areas. Should be fairly obvious but because of this there wont be any final fantasy or disney characters running around.

• Looking for at least 2-3 good paragraphs per post with everyone preferably having a post or two a week at least. Not a big deal if its not met every single time but at least try for it.
• If you think you cant post for a while or might be a little delayed, SAY SOMTHING! Really cant stress that enough. Not gonna bite anyones head off for it, just wanna know so everyones not held up waiting. Stuff can die that way. And dead Rps are sad Rps. Even if you want to drop out just say so, its better then leaving everyone hanging.
• Respect the players, no god moding, no meta-gaming, all that common sense stuff everyone probably knows already.
• GM is the law! Don't wanna be stepping on peoples toes but if something just doesn’t work, well, yeah

IC Introduction

A world, once vibrant and prosperous as it basked in the warmth of the light. For as long as it could be remembered the light would be a constant ally. A force to protect from those who would harm. An ever present force to be refined into energy to light the streets and keep the darkness at bay, to bring comfort to the homes of its people. Light, believed to be the essence of all hearts, a strong abundant force which would never falter.

The people, prosperous yet all too short sighted, too single minded. Enthralled by what could be created, too ambitious to see what could go awry. True, it was known that every light would cast a shadow; in response some sought to abolish the darkness by flooding the world with greater light. In the end, such an effort would prove utterly futile. The greater a light shines the larger its shadow becomes after all. So others would simply choose not to see the shadow that each light would cast. And some would face down the shadow, either by choice or by necessity, to walk within it even if it threatened to consume them. Never for a second did the people see what danger their single mindedness would invite. Never would they think everything they knew could be shattered in an instant.

It would come to be known as The Fracturing. The event which would bring about the fall of the world and its people. An event not ushered in by the shadow of darkness the world feared, but by the blanket of light it took comfort in. The ground trembles, the wind howls, the world itself straining until finally, a break. Great faults opening with a deafening screech and blinding pillars of light. The world around flaking away like dust to be drawn into the light. Though the initial havoc would fade the world would be far from safe. Buildings, streets, power plants, even the people themselves all indiscriminately broken into pieces by the overwhelming light, twisted and redeposited all about the world. The population decimated, cities and towns reduced to husks to be beset from all sides. The darkness, the great shadow of the light bathed world seeping out to claim hearts. The light overwhelming those who once basked in its protection. This world, whose name has been ripped from memory. Though it remains unknown to those left standing, countless hearts had been fractured by the overwhelming light of the world. The very heart of the world the first to fall prey. This world has been twisted, broken, and now only time will tell of its fate...

Combat Abilities:(Any battle skills the character has, be it magic, technology or weapon proficiency. Basic spells in Kingdom Hearts are Fire, Ice, Thunder, Wind, Earth, Gravity, Magnet and Reflect. Light and Darkness are treated as more of a natural force rather than a spell. Omitting stop and cure unless a good case for them is presented since they could probably be abused. Also, these can naturally be more flexible then seen in the game mechanics since its an RP after all(for example, aero doesn’t just have to be a wind shield, you could use it to fire gusts of wind).

Nobodies often have power over a single element which they can use in conjunction with their weapons.

A human's magic is less powerful than a nobodies but more flexible allowing them to have more than one element. She will allow two elements to a character with physical combat ability and up to four for a dedicated mage type character unless otherwise discussed. Light and Darkness however will take two 'slots' due to being more powerful than the rest in Kingdom Hearts.

A Fractured's abilities are mostly based around light and characterized by being chaotic or unpredictable even to the user. Because of a Fractured's light abilities being inherently somewhat unstable one element will be allowed to them. )

Non-Combat Abilities:(Any skills you want to list that may not necessarily relate to combat. Things like cooking, being good with technology, being a sculptor. This section is optional)

Terms

Terms

Heartless:
Heartless are creatures from the realm of darkness born when a persons heart is swallowed by the darkness. They are usually an inky black color with emotionless yellow eyes and deep colors such as purples and reds decorating the bodies of some subspecies. They act on instinct seek hearts and those killed by a heartless become one of the heartless themselves.

Nobodies:
Nobodies are creatures born from the body and soul left behind when a heart is consumed by darkness. They are inherently more powerful then the heartless as only those with a strong will can become a nobody giving them fewer numbers than the heartless. Lesser nobodies seek out the heartless in search for their own heart. Sentient Nobodies keep the memories of their life before losing their heart but lose their emotions. The heartless do not target nobodies unless ordered due to their lack of hearts.
*This information is still unknown within the current world as Nobodies are a very recent occurrence.

Fractured:
The Fractured are beings who's hearts have been overwhelmed by light and broken into pieces. A Fractured strength is determined by the size of the heart fragment they are left with. Stronger fractured generally resemble humans with very twisted features while lesser fractured begin to take on a variety of less human features. Fractured most often come in light colors, particularly white, yellow and blue.

Due to their damaged hearts the Fractured, regardless of how complete their piece of the heart may be, are highly unstable in both body and mind. Their powers can be quite volatile and while a sentient fractured with a large heart fragment may retain their human form, they suffer from broken an distorted memory due to each separate piece of heart holding bits and pieces of complete memories. Finally, if a fractured sustains serious injuries they risk more fragments of their heart splitting off which in turn can weaken them.

The World

General Information

The world in this RP is one which has lost its name due to the fracturing of the worlds heart causing memories of the world in its previous state to begin to blur and fade. It is a world which has been overburdened by light and broken by the strain it caused. The world itself has been split into pieces leaving chunks of it both large and small floating separate from one another. Some of these may still be connected by things like bridges or underground tunnels but others are entirely split and seemingly unreachable.

Before the Fracturing the world was a thriving one which built itself up around using light refined power plants dubbed LightWorks to then be distributed around the world. The byproduct of this process naturally would be darkness which would be directed underground to the lower reaches of the cities and towns.

The world before the fracturing consisted largely of populous cities housing many levels with various districts connected by bridges up top and tunnels down below. Because of the way the darkness that was put off from the LightWorks was disposed of, the lower areas were more impoverish and dangerous while the upper areas were more rich and safe. Since the fracturing this split has since lessened but the lower areas where darkness thrives are still more blatantly dangerous.

The cityscape is still in tact in many places throughout the world, however the fracturing has caused a wide variety of strange and different landscapes to appear especially in those areas which float freely. In areas more effected by the fracturing it would not be uncommon to see things like natural formations strangely twisted into man mad constructions.

To the people of the world things like magic are a natural part of life and it is not uncommon for the people to learn magics not for combat purposes but for their practical applications. Keyblades however were practically unheard of due to the relative safety of the world meaning most would not know anything about them.

Areas

Luce, The Broken Center

Luce, The Broken Center: Luce is the worlds largest city and served as the capitol before the fracturing. While the city is most commonly thought as cleanly divided between an upper-city and lower-city there has always been a natural subtle midpoint transition between the criminal lower-city and the lavish upper-city. After the fracturing this transition has become less and less noticeable with both the people of the world and the hostile forces moving more freely about the less populated city. Furthermore with the various areas that have become broken from the mainland the city has begun to seem less and less like a unified city due to the new likelihood of finding your childhood neighborhood connected only by a small pathway with a forest sprung up in its place.

Luce, The upper-city

Luce, The upper-city:
The upper-city of Luce housed some of the most lavish and impressive areas the world had to offer complete with everything from vast well tended parks to high class entertainment. An area bathed in sunlight during the day and starry skies during the night with a slight warmth to the area most would find pleasant and relaxing. Yes the upper-city was the playground of the rich and well to do. Its streets kept clean and immaculate, entrances to The Blind kept only in out of the way areas with high grade security to keep the minds of its citizens at ease.

Since the fracturing much of this security has dissolved with the large population loss within the world. This has allowed more heartless to emerge in the area, but the most common threat to the upper-city would be the new emergence of the fractured lurking about. The remaining citizens have begun to gather together in areas less effected by the fracturing, forming smaller 'towns' within various areas of the massive city in order to defend themselves from antagonistic forces.

Luce, The lower-city

Luce, The lower-city:
The lower reaches of Luce where the cities criminal element resides. The lower-city has many older buildings which while being just as intricate as those of the upper-city, have become more run down in many cases. The lower-city is an area which has a foggy, dimly lit atmosphere which becomes thicker the lower you go. Because of this there is often a slight chill in the air.

Unlike the upper-city, the lower-city of Luce contains many entrances to The Blind which can serve as a concealed path to near anywhere in the city or its outskirts. Large gangs tend to make use of these entrances to The Blind for smuggling and all manner of illegal activities, rumor even stating that back room deals were made with upper-city researchers for high class darkness protection equipment. Because of the larger amount of entrances to The Blind the lower-city has always been an area where heartless are more common.

Since the fracturing much of the goings-on within the lower-city would seem largely unchanged to its residents despite the havoc the events caused, save for the reduced population.

The Lightworks District

The Lightworks District: The Lightworks District is a sprawling mass of factories and refineries located at east of Luce. While smaller refineries and power plants exist scattered about the world, this area is by far the largest source of the refined light which was used as an energy source all around the world. Before The Fracturing was directed around the world through a large complex of pipes called light conduits which were also designed to dispose of the small amounts of darkness the refined light let off. While the amount of darkness let off by the refined light distributed to the world was small, the amount let off in the refinery process by the Lightworks itself was quite large making it not uncommon for the refineries to be equipped with large reinforced runoff pipes. It was also possible to purchase a sort of large battery which could be used independently from the piping system which were mostly used for emergency backups. Since The Fracturing many of the pipelines have been broken or ceased functioning for unknown reasons and the area has become too treacherous to conduct repairs.

The Blind

The Blind: The Blind is the common name among the people of the world of the system of ducts and tunnels which weaves down through the lower reaches of the worlds cities which serves as the drainage system for the darkness that is let off by the light conduits and Lightworks. While these pipes were well maintained in the upper reaches of the city making them a slim danger at best, maintenance became less and less diligent the lower you went. Since the fracturing the maintenance of the pipes has begun to grow lax due to a combination of lack of personnel, the light conduits ceasing function and many of them simply being already broken by the calamity.

The name “The Blind” comes from rumor that a person entering the larger pipes would have their vision entirely blotted out due to the thick darkness within. In the upper areas this was mostly a story used by parents to keep children from playing around near run off pipes but in lower areas where larger pipes are more common it was a more serious warning for the adventurous who would try to make an adventure of exploring the tunnels.

Lastly, The Blind has been an area often used by the more criminal element of the world as a place to conduct their business without consequence, though not without due preparation. Mostly for the smuggling of goods to or from the upper city.

The Rustroot

The Rustroot: The Rustroot is an area warped by the fracturing which sprouted from a forest south of Luce. During the fracturing the area was broken from the mainland save for a bridge and several of The Blind's tunnels which filtered darkness out into the area. Since the fracturing the area has become twisted and warped with machinery used within The Blind melding harshly with the plant life of the area

Overlook Inn

Overlook Inn: Overlook Inn is the location of the former Brightwood Boarding House. When Brightwood was shut down years ago the building was bought up by opportunistic investors after the near by entrance to The Blind was taken over by the city. Before The Fracturing the area used to slop downward to a large field/park area, the entrance to the blind being a gated area with the actual entrance sitting in an alcove under the sidewalk level of the near by streets. Since The Fracturing the area has been flooded with waters which seem strangely still.

Circus Falls (NEW)

Circus Falls: A newly formed area sprung up from a plaza near middle-city apartments and a ramp/bridge leading to the upper-city. The bridge and apartment blocks now reside next to a floating lake which laps at their edges, the two sides being connected by a large stone archway which arcs over the lake. At the center of the lake is a huge circus like tent with many ribbon like objects connecting it to the shores and many more seemingly floating with the current below the water.

Fractured

Wisp

Wisp: The Wisp is the lowest form of Fractured, capable of forming from even tiny fragments of heart. Because of their small heart fragments they tend to vanish and reappear in small flashes of light, using the moment they reappear to make a quick attack. Wisps are an easy enemy to deal with as they boast neither high attack or defense but they tend to gather in large numbers and are sometimes known to spontaneously meld with one another to form larger Fractured.

Aberrant

Aberrant:: A common type of Fractured which can form from small fragments of heart. Their bodies have a vaguely human shape with limbs more resembling that of a canines, standing at about half the height of a person while on all fours. Their heads appear helmet like, generally having horns, a single eye in the center with a sealed maw directly below. They show little intelligence but are strong and quick physical attackers which can easily overpower a target if given the chance. However due to their small feet the basic variety can have its balance disrupted by well placed attacks.

*There exists a small subset of Aberrant's with larger heart fragments capable of using minor light based attacks, the most common being deploying and manipulating the sword like protrusions on their backs.

Doppelganger

Doppelganger:: A type of Fractured with a larger, though unstable fragment of heart. True to its namesake the Doppelganger is a creature capable of warping the shape of its body at will. Because of this the Doppelganger Fractured is an incredibly quick and flexible enemy which would prove difficult to pin down due to its tendency to warp its shape to avoid attacks and deliver otherwise impossible counterattacks. However its speed comes with the disadvantage of a very low endurance making them easy prey if they can be cornered. Lastly, Doppelgangers often draw other fractured to themselves in order to masquerade as another type, using the deception. to mount a surprise attack.

Heartless

Plundergrasp

Plundergrasp: A common type of heartless which most often resided in The Blind before The Fracturing. These heartless would gather random bits of loot in order to disguise themselves and wait for someone to take their bait. Should someone do so they would attack with sharp grasping claws. Their physical strength is on the low side over all but they sport a very powerful grip making one difficult to pry off anything it sets its sight on. Since the fracturing they have been more widely seen about the world, hiding out in wreckage or building hiding spots from the valuable loot of the uppercity.

Frostfinger

Frostfinger: Magic based heartless which range from the size of a large cat to a smaller dog. While they are small in size they make up for it with strong ice spells, able to fire quick volleys of ice and flash freeze areas around them. Their favor rooftops or areas with plenty of open air for their icy lairs.

Echoblare

Echoblare: Bat like heartless which use harsh sound to attack. They are small creatures which favor packing an enclosed area with large groups of themselves to disorientate an enemy with one sonic blast. In combat the small heartless will generally flit around randomly, having no real physical attack. However the mass flapping of wings can prove distracting all the same.

Nobodies

Scourge

Scourge: A type of nobody which like all nobodies emerged some time after the fracturing. They use their whip like appendages to strike quickly from mid range or to attempt to disarm opponents. They are also capable of quick ruthless spinning attacks utilizing arms and legs at once to land many quick hits. The Scourge nobody is also known to use its terrain and flexible body to its advantage, ducking around cover and attacking from behind.

I like it a lot. You've made a really interesting world. So interesting, I can't decide which direction to go in for my character! Do you want to pick for me? Hehe.

On one hand I have a low level employee of a LightWorks factory with a gambling addiction who's life felt bleak before the Fracturing but has since been disturbingly invigorated.

On the other I have a young farmhand whom has lived outside the city all his life. He's pretty weak but is incredibly resourceful and as a fun quirk he would creatively use domestic magic in ways they weren't intended to be used in order to defend himself.

So, I just came up with this concept two hours ago, and ran with it. Let me know what you think, Noel. (I'm still looking for an appropriate image for him/her/them.)

EDIT: The voices sound basically the same (androgynous, and always kind of echoey). The only way to tell the two apart is by the words and tone.

EDIT 2: For now, assume they look rather like a Doppelganger, but more recongnizably human. And the face is constantly shifting.

Name: Robert (Bob). Wait… no, no, the name is Karen. Definitely Karen. But it could be Bob. Or both?

Alias/Title: The Supreme Ruler of this Nameless World! Hahaha! ...damn it Bob, shut up. You’re the Supreme Ruler of jack. -sigh- I was only joking, Karen.

Race: Fractured (a congregation of 24ish large Wisps, with two intelligent identities)

Age: 30s… ish. Maybe. It’s hard to know. We look like adults, at least.

Appearance:(Drawn image preferred)

Weapon Appearance: Most of the time we just fight with our fists. They look like… fists. Sometimes they glow a little, I guess, but that’s it.

Weapon Name: Wispy Fists? Hehehe... Bob, this is serious. Stop kidding around. And I’m not letting you call our hands “Wispy Fists.”

Combat Abilities: Light… stuff. Sometimes. We’re pretty good at fighting those yellow-eye things that come out of the darkness, you know? I guess you could call it magic, but it only sometimes kind of works when me and Bob are trying to do it at the same time… Harder than it seems, as you can imagine. I think… Hmm. Karen, do remember that time we found those mages up in Luce, and then they tried to kill us, but we threw up that... barrier thing? Nope, don’t remember that at all. Well, anyway, I think with some practice we might be able to do that again. Block spells and such. That might be a memory from before the Fracturing, though… Damn it, I don’t know.

I don’t even know how we’ve lasted this long. We must be the luckiest two-dozen goddamn shards of hearts in the World.

Non-Combat Abilities: Ah, a chance to show off my true talent! I was a painter once, an artiste, and my works were always being bought by the rich and famous of Luce. I, um, haven’t painted in a while though, because of these damn hands… I keep telling you, Bob, we have to survive out here, and painting is not the way to do it. You seem to forget that I’m the one that always stops you from wasting our time on it. Besides, I bet you wouldn’t be able to paint anymore anyway, even if I let you... -small sobs, at a whisper- ...I was an artist… The best… I know I was…

Personality: Karen is an asshole. Oh, you’re one to talk, always getting distracted, trying to take over the legs so that you can go look at a sunset or something. I’m keeping us alive, Bob, and you know we’d all just fall apart without me. One time I stop to look at the cityscape, and we just happened to be running away from those guys when I did it. I can’t help it if I get distracted! Hmph. The point is, I don’t need you, Karen, and I never have. I just keep you around because… Well, none of the other ones can talk anymore. I wish you wouldn’t talk anymore… Idiot. -sobs, for a long time- Don’t… don’t cry, Bob, I didn’t mean it. I just… I got mad ‘cause you said you didn’t need me. Let’s, um, let’s just move on.

History: Yeah, there’s no way we’ll be able to remember anything from, um, before. Our minds are all split up, you know? They don’t call us Fractured for kicks. Bob thinks he’s a painter, but it’s possible one of the other ones was a painter, and its just coming out through Bob. -small voice- I am a painter, Karen. Sure you are, honey. Sure you are. I’ll tell the rest. I remember that we all congregated in one of those big refineries off on the outskirts of the city… And we’ve been running ever since, when we can remember to. There’s always been something trying to kill us. Things coming out of the darkness, humans that still have their hearts, even things that we think are kind of like us. Lost, broken, confused. Not all of them have managed to regain their humanity…

He gets like that sometimes. It’ll be a bit, but he’ll snap out of it. I think he’s trying to remember what it’s really like to be human. I, well, I gave up on that months ago, but Bob’s more of a romantic than I am. He thinks that if we survive long enough, we’ll all get put back together, just like that, and he can go back to being a painter… I can’t blame him. It’s a hard life, and sometimes that little bit of hope he has is the only thing holding us all together.

Reputation: Some people know us… I guess. Generally they think we’re just like the ones that attack on sight, though. Hopefully being in a group will change that. I’m tired of dodging fireballs. What are you talking about? I’m the one that does the dodging. You just do the punching. Really? Hmm. It’s hard to remember sometimes. I know, honey.

Hmm, either could work out really. Things will probably start out in Luce so maybe go with the one that could end up there the easiest? Personally like the Lightworks guy(or gal) a little more but thats just her personal taste

Looking pretty good to her. A little silly but not too silly. Good touch having them be formed of a bunch of wisps too~ Really like the echoey voice thing too. Though is their magic gonna be reflect based stuff? Heh, just wanna be sure shes interpreting it right.

D'you mind if I make a Keyblade wielder who just kind of wants to enjoy life and travel around rather than actively fighting for balances between dark and light but kind of can't ignore people in need even though he dislikes fighting? Kind of a reluctant warrior type? Also I think he'd be especially good at using Wind magics and maybe Gravity Magic in order to shield himself and disable others without putting much effort into fighting while still being effective if he's pressed.

That would be fine, though it should be noted that the world of the RP is kinda severely messed up so it would be pretty hard to travel and avoid fighting. Ideas perfectly fine just know that the world is pretty treacherous.

Yes... maybe. It's entirely possible that it'll be something completely different, and that was simply a false memory of Bob's (it happens). This is supported by the fact that Karen didn't remember it. Gravity, Magnet, Fire, Aero, could be any of them. But it'll probably be Reflect. Maybe.

EDIT: ^-^ And I'm glad you like them. They're kind of endearing, in a really messed up, also pretty sad kind of way.

Combat Abilities: As a nobody she appears to be aligned with the element of gravity. It is a difficult to use power; given it's status as a fundamental force of nature it does not easily give to her whims. Perhaps that is simply due to lack of experience. she is unable to do big fancy special moves like the nobodies from the games as of yet but what she can do with it is quite unlike what humans have ever managed. With her mace out she can cast and maintain powerful traditional gravity spells, producing spears of crushing force. She can leave them there as gravity traps, 5 of them seems to be her limit, each one about a four feet in diameter, making any battle field she fights on quite difficult to navigate safely. She can also do reverse traps, weightless zones, These aren't as easy to maintain, only 3 if she has no crushing spells happening, and only 1 if she does. once cast it will last for about a minute once catching something, rendering it immobile, weightless, and open to attack. While Burdened Shade is quite destructive on its own, She can focus dark, pulsating auras of gravity about her mace for extra destructive blows, but these are quite draining and she can do 3 at the very most in a fight before being barely able to continue battling.

Non-Combat Abilities: The most constant and basic example of her power of gravity is that when she interacts with a non living object, it seems to be come significantly lighter, by more than half just by naturally interacting, but if she does it with the intent and focus and can make it even more so. As soon as the object leaves her hands it returns to normal gravity/weight so while it could maintain so of it's momentum, even if she through it as hard as she could making it as light as she could a large object wouldn't make it far from her. This gives her the illusion of super strength. To be perfectly fair, as a nobody she is quite strong physically; perhaps 4 or 5 times stronger than she was as a human, but with her ability to affect objects gravity she can move large objects a single woman couldn't possible hope to move. This does not let her punch through walls or fling much larger living thing ( including the nobodies/heartless/fractured ). while this could have combat applications, its far more useful for getting around obsticules. She is a skilled singer and dancer.

Personality: The few that knew her before the fracturing knew she was a fairly forward and blunt person. Even more so now, it seems when she lost her heart she also lost a great deal of her tact. When a thought is in her mind you can bet money it will be on her lips in a mater of moments, regardless if it would be considered rude or insulting. She is the type to speak her mind, demand answers and when people get angry with her behavior she would blink at you in apparent confusing and ask "would you rather I lie?"

History: How long had she been walking? She was so far from everything she knew. While she never remembered starting to walk, she knew she had been doing it for a while. It was quite an odd sensation, as if her mind was coming back into focus after being horrible shaken. So, she thought hard, how long have I been walking? Since that massive...light, had it been? Yes...a huge light that engulfed everything, she couldn't remember much else from that. Screaming? A shadow...then pain, then that weird fuzzy fog her mind had just been in a second ago and a great deal of walking. For the first time in she had no idea when, she stopped walking and as her mind came deeper out of the fog she focused on her memories. What else could she remember.

Her name was Reva, and she had been a singer. Well, many would have called her a performer, she sang, dance, had a nice cheery stage persona that gave her many loving fans. She had spent years building up a fallowing, breaking through the ranks of countless others who dreamed of fame and fortune. The stage had always been her calling, while her family never had much money to let her follow that dream all that had done in the end was slow her down. She core fan base was in the her home town of...funny the name is in there but she can't quite seem to touch it. Looking around and looking back from where she had been walking from she realized that everything was wrong. She was starting to recognize this area. Her home city should be visible from here, it was quite large. But it was nowhere to be seen, whipped off the map. For that matter, she found that a great deal had been destroyed, she should have been in a heavily populated living space, but all she could see was death and destruction. That when another flash of memory happened. Something big and bright and terrifying. something cataclysmic...it had destroyed much of the planet, her and a group of survivors had been leaving the wreckage of her home city when some shadowy...things had attacked them. The next thing she knew she was here. She remembered pain and fear, love and hate, disperse and desperation, but...oddly enough she couldn't seem to feel any of it now. It was like trying to remember something you maybe had tasted once. Something was definitely quite wrong. She needed answers, and quick.

Since then she had been something of a wonder, learning all she could. About the aftermath, about what happened and why, about what happened to her. She hasn't had much luck finding answered, but more than enough luck to find trouble. Though it seems what ever happened to her made her quite formidable. A weapon she can summon from air, and an acute control of gravity magic. This has only made her all the more resolute to find out what happened to her or at a minimum do something about the horrible mess the world was in. How on earth would she able to be a performer in a broken down world like this.

Reputation: Oh definitely an irritating trouble maker. Some remember and recognize her for the star she once been, but the world had little use for stars these days.

Looks good for the most part Kilt, but one problem, people of this world dont actually know what a nobody is just yet. Its the same with the fractured, they're both very new occurrences within the world so they dont really know what they are or how they work.

Hence everyone going "Ah, what the hell is that!" whenever Bob and Karen go anywhere, even though they're generally quite nice. Everyone is panicky, and things they don't understand get the pointy end of a Keyblade or a fireball for their trouble.
