[OOC] One Piece: Wonders of the World (Pacifista and MegaraFoxfire)

On my end? Pretty much done, I haven't gotten around to tightening him up. He's someone I created for another game that I never got a chance to actually play.

I'm currently taking care of something that's a tad time intensive, but when I finish (couple hours, probably), I'll work on tightening up my character and probably start the IC too.

Any questions about the fella?

If you want! I haven't figured out anything beyond 'our characters are stuck in a pair of jail cells in a Marine base, set to be executed.

Hmm, some ideas for the Arc in general: our characters start chatting, then they escape (already have something in mind, since I imagine your character will be caught in seastone, and thus unable to do much of anything. Then, they fight their way out, tussle with a couple officer Marines and escape into the night.

Next arc, perhaps they end up in one of the smaller towns on the island, the Marines still on the hunt while they try to find a way off, perhaps running into our next character? I don't have anything in mind though, but nothing's set in stone until its posted, so feel free to toss me some ideas to flesh it out!

Well, things are going decently so far. Couple things:

I hope your overuse of ellipses is because of Wolfbane's current state, I wouldn't mind it being toned down.

Also, could you describe her appearanc when she's freed? She is a wounded woman with purple eyes, that's all I know.

I got a quick idea for the next arc on the same island: after our characters escape, they go to where your ship might be (not sure if the Marines acquisitioned it or what) and discover it stolen, leading to the next arc where they try to find it after learning it might not have gone far somehow. What do you think?

Lastly, are there any crew roles you'd like to reserve? I have a ton in mind for all positions, though we will need a navigator at some point.

I can, just using them for her state, and I plan on telling about her once they are out. And I don't have any plans for the crew apart from one guy. I like that idea.

Sorry for being a little later than usual, my schedule was stupid. Also, if Margaret can't fight, I was thinking of introducing a doctor next, so that could be a good segue.

Really? That's it? I know you had a crew member planned, but you're just going to throw him on the crew right now? No joining arc, no foreshadowing, no anything? I was hoping to dedicate this part of the arc to the doctor. They can manage without a navigator for another arc.

Hell, that's not even the half of it. Where did Scarlet go after they disbanded? Where did he come from? He just happened to end up on Lebara? Did he know where Margaet was? How? And if so, why hasn't he even tried to help Margaret before now?

I'm not mad, just a little disappointed. I mean, imagine if Luffy, Zoro, and Nami were dealing with Buggy, then Sanji comes out of nowhere and Zoro tells Luffy 'Oh yeah I know this guy, he'll fit perfectly on our crew'. :T

Calm down, Scarlet was part of Wolfbane's first crew. She isn't the one I was planning on later on. She won't be joining up, but jsut a way to explain more of Wolf's back story, then she will be going on her way. No, my navitor is Bane, and he won't come for a little bit still, after Wolfbane has recovered at the least. No, Scarlet is Wolf's friend from a while ago but ins't joining up. She will explain and more details added in a little bit. I have a plan worked out, no worries.

If you really want to know more, Scarlet is sister's with the woman from before that was left at the base. Scarlet isn't a pirate but a merchant who knew Wolf before Wolf had her ship and knows a bit about who Wolf is. The woman at the navy base has been hunting Wolf for years for payback for soemthing that happened to all three girls and how Wolf ended up a fruit user. Scarlet hold no bad feelings but her sister, Iris, does.

Well, it's just that I didn't expect all of this.

I figured the first arc would be to get Ivor and Margaret together, then have them get the doctor and a boat, then leave. I mean, it's nice that you have all the backstory, but that's what your arcs are for.

I guess it's my fault for not elaborating on how I wanted to structure it.: by alternating who controls the story arcs, we can both have a chance to develop the story, without bumping into each other like we are now. Really, I should have said something when you first mentioned the woman. Who is she in relation to the base? Muscovy is Captain, and Barbary is already second in command as a Lieutenant Commander. Yeah, it's my fault for not talking more but I've been busyish.

How old is Margaret again, anyway?

No worries, Iris is a privateer bounty hunter. She follows the leads and trails she picks up on Wolfbane when she hears rumors of her powers. But she has favor from the navy because of all the pirates she's taken out. Wolfbane is late 20's. Well now that I know that's how you like to do things I will keep track of it better. Please post on, would you like me to fix my post or just go from where we are at?
