Italic BBCode not working!

Just posted an IntCheck, and the initial pitch was to be seperated from the rest of the post somehow - of course, an easy way to do was to italicise the pitch. Unfortunately, the BBCode tags don't seem to be working.

Edit - ooohhh, that's interesting, they're functional now.
Edit2 - Absolute shenanigans, they're working in the intcheck again. Intermittent problem perhaps? Either way, disregard this message.

Perhaps our illustrious overlord was meddling with the Mahzcode (since what we're using isn't exactly 100% BBCode, according to him -- technical reasons). At any rate, if it works now, no harm done.

They aren't working for me at the moment, or it might just be PMs or something, but I tried posting something in a PM using italics and it didn't work...

They worked when I edited the PM and worked immediately on here. Must be some sort of oddness going on XD
