I don't think so. I think brazil asked and they where declined. Im pretty sure the reason you aren't in it right now is because you took to long to reply. Pretty sure we are making a new pm thread with you and the rest of the European powers that have been made into the game.

I think the thread itself might have been started shortly after he announced it in the first place. I wasn't able to get a post up until a but later in regards. I have been somewhat informed on things but only like two. I spoke with Kho a few days ago but he couldnt add me to the existing one. Not sure how much had been discussed since then. Wasn't aware they were even making a new one including myself though that'd certainly be welcome.

Brazil wasn't invited. Only the UK, France, Austria, Prussia, and Russia. Same setup as the Congress of Vienna, incidentally.

We have decided that since the Conference is already underway, we are just dealing with the decisions of our Nations. Our Nations will prolly just open talks to the other countries separately since the Conference is already pretty convoluted so far.

Also...How great would it be if through some insane dice roll or something that the Union falls on July 4th?
