It's fine. I considered bringing in Accelerator as outlandish, but the only version I could use in this setting is incredibly OP when all things are considered.

I think even the nerfed version is incredibly overpowered, I think there's only... two or three characters here who could counter Accelerator.

Alright, so there’s an issue. I’ve been sick, thus feeling like death, so I haven’t been able to write anything. I’m not sure when I’ll kick it, but I’m probably not getting anything done until then. Please continue/disregard my characters for the time being.

Just as a "Gee, Whiz," the other characters I had considered putting up were Yoshikage Kira, Kawakami Momoyo, and Kuki Monshiro.

Well, with the nerfed version it's just a matter of kiting him until his time limit runs out and then kicking his ass. Hard to do, not impossible. The original is a lot harder, and I can think of only a few strategies that could work.

But yeah, I'd say I'm something of a Raildex fan

Amended: your chart is terrible and makes no sense. Holy fuck, Gilgamesh (assuming he's trying and not letting his ego get in the way) sits firmly in the right hand box, as a MINIMUM. That picture is useless and misleading. Vash vs Gil means Vash dies a horrible, painful death.
