[IC] Making a stand (Lord&Winter)

Drake would be cloaked along with 4 others that followed him. He was nearing an estate that he knew, after getting the intelligence, that was the home of Roxy's father. He nods to the 4 as two break off and head off as the other two follows him to it. He knows he will be ready, His gang is assembled, he has support and is ready to fight for something important to him. He was not going to let Roxy be forced to marry another man against her will. He slowly closed in on the gates.

Roxy throw things out of her suit. She would regret not putting them away but right now she didn't care what her father did to her. Nothing could compare to what he planned to do to her. Her wedding was planned for less the a week from today. She had one week of relative freedom. Her father was waiting for her in the library with her intended. Relutantly she made her way down the stairs.

Drake marched up to the gate and smiled as figures come out of nowhere and took out the guards quietly. Not killing if they can help it. The gates slowly open up as Drake heads inside. One of the cloaked figures brings a man up to Drake that belongs to Roxy's Father. After getting the information, Drake moves to head into the estate as his men head in different ways.

Roxy entered the library. She refused to look at the man her father had promised her to. "Father we have to talk about this wedding." She began.

Her father stormed across the room and smacked her hard across the face. "For once you are going to make yourself useful to me. You will marry Gregory. With his gang joined with his we will be unstoppable. His men will take care of our interest during the night. Mine will take care of them during the day."

"But father..." Roxy tried again.

She had been trying to stand up to her father for years. The problem was that he knew just where to hit her where it hurt the most. She wasn't surprised when he smacked her again and said. "Do I have to have the child beaten?"

Drake was careful about moving around in the estate. He watched everything to see what is going on before moving, hopeing his men do the same. He tried to get information on Her Father's exact location as he moved.

Roxy growled under her breath. Her hands balled into fist to keep from reaching for her knives. She knew doing so would do more harm then good. "No father that won't be necessary."

Gregory glided towards her. She shiver as the Vampire lord invaded her space. She hated having anyone innherbpersonal space, but she hated him more then most. She would have killed him long ago if she had been able to.

Drake was following against the wall. After having enough information he made for the library. But instead of barging in he listened at the door as his men made sure to keep others away for now. He didn't think this was the best time to confront anyone unless necessary. He was outgunned till others came to help so he justified to the door and listened in on what was going on. Maybe for the day the wedding would happen.

"Then you will be married next week." Roxy nodded reluctantly at her father's words. "If you please Gregory I might even have the child transferred to his care." She knew that her father that that was a reward of some sort. And it was in a way. She hated being away from her child any long then she had to be. Summer camp had been hard because she had never been away from her child that long. But on the other hand the vampire lord was just as cruel if not crueler then her father.

Drake looks confused. Roxy had a child? Who with? He looks confused. He was shocked and hurt about hearing this. He shakes his head and moves in to listen more.

"I will be ready." Roxy promised her father. "May I be dismissed now?" She hated asking his promission more then anything, but if she didnt act somewhat submissive to him and the Vanpire lord it would cost her and her son.

"Spend an hour being friendly to Gregory and I will even allow you to visit the boy tonight." Roxy nodded her acceptance of his verdict. She would do just about anything to be with her son.

Drake sighs as he listens in. He was concerned with not just Roxy now. But also this child she has. He wonders who the father was? He listened in to see if there was anything else useful he can use.

Roxy watched her father walk out of the room leaving her with a vampire lord that insisted on being in her personal space.

"How is the father of your little one?" Gregory asked as he wrapped his arms around her.

Roxy grit her teeth as she tried to ignore him. "Someone that is a better man then you. Of course thats not saying much since your not a man at all." she sneered. "My son belongs to a man I trust."

Drake kept listening in. Pondering what his move would be. But if the Vampire starts to go too far he might just break the door down. He didn't want this but right now he knew he couldn't beat a Vampire in his state.

"Where is the child kept?" the vampire lord asked as he caressed Roxy's arms. "Maybe if I see him I will be able to identify his father by sight or smell."

Roxy hesitated. She didn't want Gregory anywhere near her soon. But if she took the vampire lord out to the nursery she would get a few extra minutes with her child. "I'll show you. But I don't you know his father." she hoped the vampire hand met Drake. Her son looked exactly like his father.

Drake heard it and panicked panicked he heads into the shadows. He tried to blend in as best as he can and maybe follow them to where the nursery is. He wants to see the child too.

Roxy relutantly lead Gregory out of the house. Her father had turned the guest house into the newst security system available to man. Not to mentioned that it was surrounded by several of her fathers men that had the newest and best technology to guard the guest house. Roxy knocked on the door. She was greated by a. Stern looking older woman.

"Gregory wasn't to met my son." the older woman nodded. She returned with a toddler in her arms. The boy beamed and reached for Roxy as soon as he saw her. "This is Drake. He is almost one."

Drake follows them to the building. He looks at the child and looks a bit shocked at the name. He stays to the shadows as he thinks things over. He didn't know what to think of all this. It's all so new to him. Drake? She named him after him?

The best and worse thing about her son was that he was a tiny replica of his father. Anyone who knew Drake would know the child was his instantly. Luckily Gregory didn't seem to see anything about the child her recognized. "How is it you have a child when your father guides you so well."

"Msy father might think he is all powerful but he isn't. If Drake's father hadn't entered a special training program before I found out I was pregnant, neither I or Drake would be here." Roxy told him.

Drake was thinking on it as he looks down in horror and fear for Roxy. This couldn't be right. Special Training Program? He shoke his head. It was him. He was the father of the child. He did this to Roxy.

"All that matters is that you are here and soon you will be mine." Gregiry purred. He wrapped his arms around Roxy. Little Drake cried in protest. She went to comfort her child she the vampire grappled her chin and forced a deep kiss on her. "That child is not mine so I don't care about it. You will submit to me or it will suffer my wrath do you understand."

"I understand. Like my father you will use a baby to control me because I'm to strong for you to break. Just know that. If my letters ever reach Drake's father he will see you dead." she promised. The vampire smack her hard causing the child in her arms to cry even harder.
