Banner Ads (Yay?)

I can see banner ads on some of the pages, such as right below the mono-spaced news on the front page. Are those ads approved by Mahz? Or are they from an adbot that has crawled onto my computer?

If the ads are approved by Mahz, I'm happy for them to be there as they help pay for the site. I'll try to click the ones I trust too. Right now, I have Microsoft ads. :)

Also, I'm getting a huge square shaped ad at the bottom of the page (below the Stats and Staff section). The one I currently have is about Online Games. Is that approved as well?

We disabled the adblocker we use, they appeared for us too. Thus it ain't just for you. Considering how the site is being built, we do believe they're mahz choice, but cannot say for sure.

Good question. Yeah, my account finally got re-enabled yesterday. The ads might come and go as I mess with them.
