He can hardly raise any troops, 1, and 2, my research suggests the Netherlands had somewhere on the order of 19 Sotls. Very little was found though, and that number is from 1820.

The vast majority of the population listed in your sheet is Indonesians.

Speaking of which, co-GMs: is it possible for nations with colonial empires to be given two different populations, one for the home country(s) and one for the colonies?
