“Wait, hold on a minute,” Melody said, giving Cyrias a glance. His size and bulk would indeed give them away, but maybe they could use that to their advantage. A grin came up to the Lumen Elf’s features as she said, “Maybe we can use Cyrias to lead them to us? No offense, but, um, you could charge headlong while the two of us flank them.” Melody was shaking her head now, already thinking of the outcome several steps in advance. “And once they’re drawn out, they won’t see and Miss Jackson coming! Does that sound like a plan to you two?”

Jackson listened to the idea of the elf and nodded. It didn't sound like a bad idea, so the least they could do giving of a try and seeing what would happen next. "I believe that's worth a try, if you agree." Jackson said, looking at the minotaur. Cyrias looked at them and nodded. "Very well. Is there anything that has to be discussed before I charge at them?" He asked.

Melody shook her head. “No, that seems to be everything accounted for. We need to hurry before we lose them again though,” she said, already moving away and into position. She distanced herself quite a bit, flanking the two on their left side while the others prepared. Elsewhere, Kiara had led Elliot into one of the poorer districts of the city. Hands in her pockets, she scanned around the place for anything or anyone of value or potential. Little did they know of the shadows watching their every move.

Cyrias nodded, and after Jackson had taken her position, the minotaur charged at the duo that seemed to be unaware of their presence. "So, how do you suggest that we do this? Just walk up to people and tell them what's going on?" Elliot asked, looking at Kiara for a moment. He was clueless, as he had never done such a thing before.

“Hey do you hear something?” The sound of something thumping was starting to become louder, and Giltwith turned around to scan through the crowd. Actually, it wasn’t too hard, seeing as the people around them were beginning to scatter every which way. He leaned in closer before finally catching the object in question. What he saw made him immediately grab for his blade and stand in front of Trixie. A charging Minotaur aimed at them. “Uh, Trixie? Just a suggestion…but I think it’s best you run. Right now. Really fast.” "So, how do you suggest that we do this? Just walk up to people and tell them what's going on?" “Well…actually, no. I don’t have a clue.” Kiara shrugged in apology before hastily grinning at her partner. “See, I’m kinda semi-making this up as I go along. Eheh, but if you have any ideas, I’d really appreciate it Elliot!”

Cyrias noticed that the boy didn't se en to be planning to get out of the way. That wasn't exactly what they had planned, but he figured he had no choice, as ge was already running towards him. It would make no difference, though, feeling quite convinced that he could win from the boy, though perhaps with some help. Trixie nodded and didn't hesitate to do as she was told to, and ran away quickly, hoping to find somewhere to hide until the fight was over. After all, she's rather not be smashed to bits... "I'm afraid I'm just as clueless as you are." Elliot said with a sigh, trying to think. "I think just telling it right away would be no good though, and we're going to need good proof and arguments to convince people."

Seeing Trixie along with the rest of the crowd flee to safety, Giltwith took a breath before gripping his blade tightly. His sword began to glow with power as he lifted it above him. Physical strength would be no match for a Minotaur, no matter how mighty his sword was. Magic was the only option. Bringing it down with a mighty swing, he sliced a crescent of energy towards his target. The culmination of both light and dark magic tore through the streets, heading straight for Cyrias. Suddenly, multiple orbs of gold rushed out to meet the wave head-on, keeping it back. Melody had been watching from her position and she decided to give the Minotaur some much needed cover fire. Elsewhere, the eyes from the shadows began to retract. In fact, it wasn’t a crowd much at all, but a single being. Unaware of its existence, Kiara crossed her arms and frowned. “What, like our first hand accounts of what they do aren’t enough?”

Cyrias saw the wave of magic aimed at him and had no idea as to what he should do about it. He was strong, but knew little about magic. Fortunately enough, he had nothing to worry about, as it seemed that the lovely elf was already taking care of the problem. Who else could it be? The minotaur adjusted his grip on the axe he held, getting ready to attack. "Not everyone will believe everything we tell them. For as far as they know, we might as well be lying. In case we come across those people, we still need to convince them somehow." Elliot answered, looking at his companion.

Giltwith gripped his sword, seeing that he would have to take this battle up close. Charging up to the Minotaur, he separated his sword into two blades. Twirling them, he spun forward and lunged at their attacker. Melody did not fire her magic, seeing that Giltwith was fighting in close-range now. Damnit! Now she had to hold back, for fear of hitting Cyrias even once. She could only wait for an opportunity for them to disengage so she could counter back. “Convince them? Oh?” Kiara tensed as a new voice entered into their conversation. Looking around to find no one, she started back when someone did appear before them. The man had pale hair, what appeared to be a cloak, and a mask adorned on his face. “Um…yeah. Wanna help us fight the Imperium mister?” Kiara asked.

Cyrias swung his axe at his opponent, hoping that the hit would land. He'd rather not kill anyone, as it wasn't up to him to punish the boy. Regardless, if given no other option, he was capable of killing him. Trixie watched the fight from a distance. She feared for Gilwith's life, and hoped that this would all end well. If not, she would run back to Elliot and Kiara as fast as she could and tell them the news. She hoped she wouldn't have to, though... Elliot turned around, looking at the man. "We need people who are willing to help us fight the Imperium. They are not who they pretend to be, and they need to be stopped before they can cause any more harm."
