Oh, small bit of info I thought I'd add. When Gin starts feeling comfortable around someone, he usually gives them a short nickname (or an even shorter one in this case EX: Bubby—>Bub). But when he thinks of a person as a stranger, he'll probably call them by their full name, profession, or rank (EX: Dane—>Dane/Ranger).
