Multiverse RP-Would like to do one, but need story ideads

Alright, so I've tried a couple different multiverse RPs. One died shortly after birth, the other isn't my kind of multiverse RP, not to mention I'll be busy with schooling. However, I would still like to do one. So, any ideas?

Hmm. What were some of the ideas seen in your other Multiverse RPs? I myself have only been in one.

One was a multiverse faction based RP, where you could control either individual characters or an entire faction from any universe. The Earth was divided accordingly for factions and the single characters were mercs, at least mine was. The other is called the Island of Murder and has a few too many limitations for my taste and is also entirely combat oriented.

Ah ok. The one I was in way back when was basically factions of good and evil characters fighting each other on the last living universe. They were put there by an omnipotent observer and had to accomplish certain goals to sway the war. Unfortunately, it kinda died somewhere along the line. Don't know if that's inspiration for you or not.

The Ultimatum of the Last World. Or something like that.

Huh. Well, anyways, nope, not my inspiration. I've actually been looking for a chance to reuse some characters who sorta fit the multiverse niche. However, I don't know why I can't find one that fits XD

"Multiversal Niche?" You mean like characters specifially made for traveling different universes or OCs? :o

Well, mainly OCs. They're designed for specific universes, mainly the Starcraft one, but they can be used in a multiverse RP. I don't know, I have a hard time putting what I mean in words.

Back on topic, dost thou have any ideas?

Are you looking for something combat driven or plot driven?

[Zarkun]

Mixture of both actually. Too much plot doesn't hold over the ones who like combat on an occasional basis at least, and too much combat scares away the ones who like plot.

Well, I'm actually running a revival of an RP that's four years running, which I had full ownership of for the past six months or so after co-owning it for a couple years. It's got kind of a mixture of combat and plot. We have quick combat segments, then big "boss fights" for each world we go to.

Oh, and you're the character in this one, sort of, depending on the kind of design choice you make for your character. You get sucked into the internet in this one.

I read that looking for a good Multiverse RP. Not sure how I feel about it, with the kind of roleplays I'm use to and all.. Not trying to offend you.

I kind of have one for you also.

This one's primarily individual characters, perhaps with some very small groups as well.

Basically, what happened is a whole bunch of people travelling through time or space get dumped at a cross-roads dimension kind of thing. All the characters kind of arrive in weird ways from their different dimensions so some dude's dimension warp could have malfunctioned, time travel got weird etc.

Then, they go save the alternate dimension somehow. You could probably change that up if you want.
