Our world is surrounded by heroes. Heroes like Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Flash. They dart around their cities, saving people, fighting crime, fighting super powered enemies. But once those enemies are apprehended, where are they imprisoned? What holding facility contains these dangerous entities?
In Belle Reve, Louisiana, the US government runs a maximum security penitentiary for meta humans and other criminals dubbed by the press as "Supervillains."This is public Knowledge. What isn't known, is that of these Supervillains, a few are selected by US operative Amanda Waller to serve in black ops, high risk missions as expendable agents for the US government. Officially, they're called Task Force X.
To the agents themselves, it's called the [img=http://dccomicsnews.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/10/suicide-squad.jpg]
The Suicide Squad was set up for a unique purpose, to provide black operations for the US government in exchange for reduced prison sentences. The catch is, is that every agent is expendable, and the missions are often living up to the name. Director Amanda Waller heads up this new task force, assigning missions as necessary. Occasionally, the DOJ will hand down omega-level missions, but otherwise Amanda Waller will choose their assignments.
As of 0900, the team consists of Four. That four was culled from 37 inmates kidnapped and tortured. 36 are still ongoing.
Amanda Waller has already decided on their first mission: Once the team is Formed, they will be dropped from a plane into hostile territory in Biyalia, under cover of night. From there, they'll be on their own. Reverse Flash has more details.

Born to Lilian Worth on a cold December night in 1997, Rose Worth grew up as a very self-sufficient child. As her mother worked in a brothel for most of her life, Rose had learned at a very early age how to fend for herself. She attended the poorest of the schools, getting barely passing grades all through-out. It was hard to stay consistent when she was forced to move and attend an entirely new school almost twice a year. After she turned thirteen, Rose had already had enough and quit trying to strive academically. Over the years she continued to grow, spiteful of the mother that she never truly had who didn’t even have the knowledge as to who her real father was, since at the time of conception her mother lived a very… alternate lifestyle.
After turning fourteen, things became more… complicated in Rose’s life. Upon coming home one night from spending a weekend at a friend’s, Rose found that her mother had yet to come home, and an hour later there were police at her door, explaining that her mother had been found dead. It was pegged as random gang violence with two gunshot wounds straight to the chest. The police were firm in hammering in the point that her mother had died quickly and painlessly, but Rose found that she couldn’t be brought to care either way. Rose ran before the cops could take her to any kind of foster home, putting it in her head that she would just be homeless for a while.
It didn’t take long for Rose to get into trouble after that. Breaking into a convenient store in the dead of night, Rose was quickly apprehended by Nightwing, a well-known vigilante throughout the area and just as trained as The Bat himself. Nightwing had shown her mercy, recognizing how much of a hard time she was going through and instead of turning her in for breaking into a convenient store, he offered to train her.
The years flew by and Rose found herself at sixteen years old, excellently trained, in an on-again-off-again relationship with Dick Grayson (who had revealed his identity to her shortly after they began training) and in cahoots with the Teen Titans. They were an odd bunch, the Teen Titans, but Rose wouldn’t have had it any other way. Rose became well practiced in combat; cleaning up the streets, helping those in need and putting the bad guys in their place.
It was during one of her solo missions that Rose came upon a dual set of katana blades crafted for the League of Assassins themselves. She took them as her own and developed a more original style of fighting… a style that the Teen Titans didn’t approve of as her tactics became more callous, aiming for results rather than going about things the right way.
Flying solo once again, Rose found herself under the capture of Lex Luthor. Drugged, sedated, and completely helpless, Rose was forced to undergo a series of experiments dealing with various chemicals the man had created on his own, though nothing she had been subjected to could have prepared her for the extraneous pain that was the Mirakuru. Immediately after injection, Rose began to bleed from the eyes, her mind no longer in control of her body as it thrashed around against the bindings that held her down. Her screams filled the building until finally, she collapsed, and presumed dead.
Hours later, Rose jolted awake, buried deep inside a dumpster on the outskirts of town and miles away from where she had been last she had been conscious. Working on a way to get home, it was then that Rose realized the effects the Mirakuru had taken the liberty of in changing in her body. She was faster, stronger, more durable, had a higher endurance and agility. Her stamina was increased, her reflexes and speed faster and all senses deadly sharp… everything about her had increased to superhuman levels.
Busy experimenting with her new-found talents, Rose nearly missed the shadow that flew above her. Despite her relationship with Nightwing and close relations with the other Teen Titans, Rose had never once met, nor seen The Bat, and so curiosity got the better of her and she followed, putting her new skills to the test. It was easy to track him, whether he knew she was there or not she did not know, but just as she was getting bored of watching… he showed up.
Of course she had heard of Deathstroke, he was just as famous as The Bat himself, though The Teen Titans looked down heavily on the type of man he was. A villain, most would call him, but Rose had yet to come to her own conclusions. She watched in a way that was nothing short of awe-inspiring as Deathstroke took on the Bat head-on, and seemed to be winning. She knew she should throw in her help to The Bat, the Teen Titans would expect it of her, but she found herself mesmerized and transfixed with the man in split-colored mask.

The Bat and Deathstroke had gone their separate ways but what had been left in Rose’s soul was an impression, a forever need to be just like him in all ways possible and a burning desire to get to know him. Despite her best efforts, however, Deathstroke wasn’t ever to be seen again, not by her or any of the other Teen Titans. She decided then and there that she would leave the Teen Titans forever, leaving the close bonds created with the ties of friendship and her relationship with Nightwing behind… and find Deathstroke herself.

He is often seen sporting a dark blue trenchcoat, with a utility belt slung over his shoulder and across his chest containing various boomerangs. He also carries around a satchel containing the rest of his arsenal, as well as generally being a secure place to store loot received from his heists.
History:
George "Digger" Harkness began his days in Kurrumburra, Australia with his parents Ian and Betty Harkness. From an early age it was obvious that Ian hated the boy. He shouted at him, swore at him and when he was drunk, beat him. This all became apparent later when Digger discovered that Ian wasn't his real father, with a man named Mr Wiggins actually being his father instead! This Mr Wiggins had visited the boy often when he was little, before moving away to America. Before leaving, the man gave George an old wooden boomerang that had belonged to him as a child. Ian hated it, caused George to love it even more in order to spite him. The boy played with it everyday, smashing bottles in the garden. He quickly mastered the "weapon", with him being able to hit nearly anything with it, moving or standing. His life took a darker turn however when a very drunk Ian caught him practicing one autumn evening. Ian interrupted the boy mid-throw with a drunken slur, causing him to miss its return, with the piece of wood hitting Ian instead. The man flew into a fit of rage, attacking the now 16 year old George. Fighting back, George overpowered him, with him ending the struggling by beating Ian to death with his boomerang.
It was then that George fled his home, stealing Ian's truck and whatever money he had lying around, as well as a box full of valuables that Ian had hidden under his bed. It was from the notes in this box that George, now going by Digger, discovered the true identity of his father and decided to travel to America to find him. More particularly, Central City. He spent a few weeks performing petty crimes such as robbing convenient stores before leaving the country in order to raise some quick case for himself, a task he continued to do after arriving in central city. America however was different than Australia. Here criminals ran around in tights, battling it out with so-called Superheroes. Digger decided he may as well do the same, with his trusty old boomerang giving him inspiration. Tracking down his real Father, Digger revealed himself to Mr Wiggins as his son, who took him under his wing. Mr Wiggins was CEO of a major Toy Corporation, so as a gift to Digger, he gave him a job in any department he wished. Instead Digger requested the design of a new toy. Something classic for the kids. A boomerang. Wiggins agreed and entrusted Digger to oversee the project. This was all part of his plan however, as Digger hijacked the project, editing the designs in order to build himself an arsenal of trick boomerangs. After a few weeks, Captain Boomerang was born, using his creations to break into Wiggins's vault. He nearly got away with a couple million before he was apprehended by Central City's own hero, The Flash.
After breaking out, Digger fell in with the Rogues of Central City along the side of Captain Cold, Mirror Master and the like. Throughout the years of service with the team, through numerous heists, prison sentences and breakouts, Digger always felt second best compared to the others. Deciding to change that after discovering that after deciding to break into Star Labs in order to plunder some new technology for the Rogues, hoping that doing so would gain him respect. Without anyone else's knowledge he broke in and all was going well. That was until he was spotted by a lone security guard. In his panic, Digger killed him, which resulted in the arrival of the police, and worse still, The Flash. Managing to fend them off for some time, Harkness called in Cap' Cold, requesting backup of his own. His leader scoffed, informing him that it was his own fault as he had broken the Rogue's one rule; No killing.

Appearance: When he took the mantle of the legendary mercenary Deathstroke, Slade brought with him a military exosuit which he would later modify to fit his liking. The original version had a grey-ish black color, but a paint job later and it turned into a mix of navy and orange. The suit itself is quite heavy, build to serve as a placeholder for a load of pouches that carry important equipment. A utility belt wraps around his waist while another belt starts from his ribs and reaches up to his right shoulder. Two holsters, each one carrying a handgun, are placed in his thighs. His left shoulder is comprised of slots that carry extra ammo and finally, a metal sword sheath is set on his back. Except for the mask, there are no parts in the suit that can be removed without damaging it's entire structure.
Slade himself is a man of rugged good looks. He has gray hair,a toned body and a severed right eye, courtesy of his malignant disease, which he covers using a black eyepatch. He also sports a goatee.
History: Slade Wilson came into this life as the bastard son of Mara Wilson and William Randolph Wintergreen. Shortly after his birth, both his parents came to a mutual agreement that Slade was nothing more but a burden and decided to ditch him in front of an orphanage founded by The Wayne Foundation. At the age of 12, Slade started showing extraordinary capabilities, being able to scale a chestnut tree in a jiffy. Accompanying his superhuman capacity was also a great desire for blood, shown when he nearly strangled one of the caretakers. Things weren't look good for little Slade when, one day, his right eye blew up in an instant while his left one was in the verge of doing so if it wasn't for the intervention of Thomas Wayne himself. The man already came to a conclusion that something was wrong with Slade, so he used most of his funds to research on his condition and attempt to discover a way to prevent it. Turns out what Wilson the kid was carrying was a malignant disease of a genetic nature, most likely inherited from his father, Wintergreen. The disease gave Slade superhuman abilities, but with a catch; he would die in about eight years or so. There was no way to stop the illness from killing him, but Wayne did invent a cure that could ease the pain.
Four years later, with the death of the Wayne couple, the orphanage was shambles. Slade, now a sixteen year old kid whose skills were too much for anyone willing to adopt him, escaped the orphanage with the intention of paving his own way. There, he was frequently contacted by a masked hitman who had dubbed himself The Terminator. After a brief confrontation with him, the hitman revealed himself to be Slade's biological father, William, who had stolen a military exosuit that in turn would frequently supply him with anti-bodies to deflect the cancerous cells. He was willing to give Slade the blueprints to build another one, but Slade had a better idea - that was, to kill Wintergreen and keep the suit for himself. He gave it a paint, made himself an eyepatch using fabric from his old clothes and took the identity of Deathstroke; The One-Eyed Merc. He has managed to survive Wayne's lifespan prediction, currently aged fourty-five years old.
Slade's last contract ended with the employer ratting him out and, after some time, having him imprisoned in the Belle Reve prison.
Powers/Abilities: Superhuman strength - Slade is able to effortlessly lift a sleeping bed using only one hand. While 'superhuman' may be quite a stretch, there is something rather otherworldly about his powers. He is also able to climb rough surfaces, run slightly faster than your average joe and possesses the agility of a panther in steroids.
Healing - Slade's exosuit allows him to easily shrug off superficial wounds such as cuts and injuries of the like. It can also heal a bullet wound, however the bullet must be removed first. It cannot deal with major wounds such as decapitation or arm severing, so there's that. Needless to say, he can only live for an estimated 30 minutes without his suit.
Weapon expertise - Slade is proficient in light and heavy firearms and can smoothly work with a blade. He carries two FN Five-Seven pistols, a folding staff and a katana sword with enhanced steel to adapt to the modern-day setting.
Wise tactician - While not supernatural in any way, Slade is a rather calm and collective chap, able to assess the situation and keep his cool while in the heat of a raging battle. He analyzes his opponents, their weaknesses and powers and may choose to use them against, should the opportunity present itself. Though rarely, he can switch into a period of manic spasms, but that only happens in very specific situations.

At the age of 12, Slade started showing extraordinary capabilities, being able to scale a chestnut tree in a jiffy. Accompanying his superhuman capacity was also a great desire for blood, shown when he nearly strangled one of the caretakers. Things weren't look good for little Slade when, one day, his right eye blew up in an instant while his left one was in the verge of doing so if it wasn't for the intervention of Thomas Wayne himself. The man already came to a conclusion that something was wrong with Slade, so he used most of his funds to research on his condition and attempt to discover a way to prevent it. Turns out what Wilson the kid was carrying was a malignant disease of a genetic nature, most likely inherited from his father, Wintergreen. The disease gave Slade superhuman abilities, but with a catch; he would die in about eight years or so. There was no way to stop the illness from killing him, but Wayne did invent a cure that could ease the pain.
Four years later, with the death of the Wayne couple, the orphanage was shambles. Slade, now a sixteen year old kid whose skills were too much for anyone willing to adopt him, escaped the orphanage with the intention of paving his own way. There, he was frequently contacted by a masked hitman who had dubbed himself The Terminator. After a brief confrontation with him, the hitman revealed himself to be Slade's biological father, William, who had stolen a military exosuit that in turn would frequently supply him with anti-bodies to deflect the cancerous cells. He was willing to give Slade the blueprints to build another one, but Slade had a better idea - that was, to kill Wintergreen and keep the suit for himself. He gave it a paint, made himself an eyepatch using fabric from his old clothes and took the identity of Deathstroke; The One-Eyed Merc. He has managed to survive Wayne's lifespan prediction, currently aged fourty-five years old.
Slade's last contract ended with the employer ratting him out and, after some time, having him imprisoned in the Belle Reve prison.
Powers/Abilities: Superhuman strength - Slade is able to effortlessly lift a sleeping bed using only one hand. While 'superhuman' may be quite a stretch, there is something rather otherworldly about his powers. He is also able to climb rough surfaces, run slightly faster than your average joe and possesses the agility of a panther in steroids.
Healing - Slade's exosuit allows him to easily shrug off superficial wounds such as cuts and injuries of the like. It can also heal a bullet wound, however the bullet must be removed first. It cannot deal with major wounds such as decapitation or arm severing, so there's that. Needless to say, he can only live for an estimated 30 minutes without his suit.
Weapon expertise - Slade is proficient in light and heavy firearms and can smoothly work with a blade. He carries two FN Five-Seven pistols, a folding staff and a katana sword with enhanced steel to adapt to the modern-day setting.
Wise tactician - While not supernatural in any way, Slade is a rather calm and collective chap, able to assess the situation and keep his cool while in the heat of a raging battle. He analyzes his opponents, their weaknesses and powers and may choose to use them against, should the opportunity present itself. Though rarely, he can switch into a period of manic spasms, but that only happens in very specific situations.
Here's my sheet, but with the guild falling down so frequently, I have doubts this RP will make it past the formalities.

I'm wanting RF to wake up in the middle of an argument over leadership though but whatever happens, happens. The only stipulation is that the team, wakes up from syringe-induced unconsciousness in the exercise yard or mess hall

History: Thomas Blake was born in Chicago Illinois to an average family. from an early age he always had a love of cats of all sizes and getting a cat as a christmas present was one of the best gifts that had gotten for a long time. one might say that he acted like a cat sometimes and was really good at sneaking and climbing trees and walls. he also had a knack for getting into trouble such as stealing treats and minor trinkets. It was minor offenses but when he got caught, the owner of something he had stolen beat him up very badly and he had to go to the hospital. this experience made him feel more vulnerable and he started to train himself in martial arts to make himself feel safe and he started fighting at school and violently beating students that pissed him off.
Eventually he was expelled and was given counseling. He decided that he would need to wait until he was an adult to let the beast out and then he wouldn't have any ties that would hold him down. Eventually his eighteenth birthday came and he went on a lone trip to the savannas of Africa where the great wildcats roamed free. he felt more at peace among the great open grasslands of the mysterious continent. But all this peace ended not too long after his arrival when he saw poachers slaughter an entire pride of lions just for their fur and he was filled with a terrible rage and mercilessly attacked and killed the poachers. from then on he was changed and he returned to the states and became a costumed criminal.
his first hunting ground was Gotham city and he had regular violent encounters with Batman and the other vigilantes of the dark city. His skills made him very dangerous and racked up a profit in stealing great amounts of money and became very infamous for his vandalism when he became a mercenary for hire. Eventually he was taken down by a team effort of Batman and his bat family included a couple other vigilantes. He was sent to Belle Reve prison and was expected to spend most of life in the institution. But soon he was approached by Amanda Waller and became a member of the Suicide Squad.
Powers/Abilities: Catman is an Olympic-level athlete and skilled hand-to-hand combatant, able to hold his own against some of the most proficient beings and fighters in the DC universe, including Bronze Tiger, Batman, and an actual lion. He is also one of the world's foremost hunters and trackers, possessing an extraordinary sense of smell. He wears razor-tipped gauntlets and uses a sharp-edged Catarang, modeled after Batman's Batarang, and a utility belt similar to Batman's.
