The recent activation of a long dormant Mass Relay has lead us to encounter a new race and possible threat, this is the image the drone we sent managed to send back before it was destroyed.
While we know nothing of the creature's in this picture, we believe that the others could be humans or distant relative's to the humans we know. Thus we must know more and if possible send aid to these beleaguered soldiers.
TO ALL IMPERIAL VESSEL'S
We have rediscovered a lost Forge World and it's Titan's unharmed, however the Forces Of Chaos and Orks are all ready embattled over it, Imperial Guardsman have already arrived and have begun there campaign, however a strange piece Xenos tech was found near the planet this could mean additional enemy forces in route, thus we ask all nearby Imperial forces to make haste, we must reclaim this world! Emperor guide you safely to us.
The story so far...
Basically the Council's sending a expeditionary fleet with most of the Council races aboard possible others as well to try and learn more about this planet. However the Imperium wants three things, one is to purge the planet, second to secure the Titans and the Forge World, and third to begin study and eventually destruction of the Mass Relay they found near the planet.
I have no restrictions on the ME side however, I am restricting the Warhammer 40K players a bit, Please stick to Imperium or Eldar as I do not plan to have all these groups that hate each other running around fighting over the planet, we've got enough with Orks and Chaos to deal with.
Rules
1. All combat between characters should not have any auto-hitting or controlling of other characters.
2. Please be civil in OOC, we are all people and we should treat other as we treat in anyone else, in game however human's who do not hate the Xeno's will be killed. (Kidding.)
3. Please be aware many obstacles will come before us and there will be alliances of convenience, while the Imperium is strong Chaos has taken root here and the Orks have begun a Waaaagh! Thus the Imperium will taken most any help.
4. I will be control most major NPC's such as the inquisitor leading this fight and Cypher.
5. This goes to those in the Mass Effect universe, this takes place before ME 3 and this is a mission to assist but also to learn more about these humans. Thus you'll be doing recon and surveying them at first.
6. Once all rules have been read post in the OOC that you read them.
