Newbie requesting guidance :)

Greetings! I've been playing RPGs for about 9 years now. I love playing normal or weak characters and let them evolve over time. I admidt, this is my first English rp, so please feel free to correct me if I use words in an odd way or my grammar seems kind of off - in which case I'm probably thinking German and writing English. It does tend to happen from time to time. ^^'' I have a question: How do you find an open space in a rp here? Do you have to wait until a new one is opened or can you just join? Thanks! =) Xhala

Hello and welcome to the guild! Id you haven't yet, you might want to check out the PM that was sent to you when you joined (look in the right, you should see a number if you haven't looked at it). It has a lot of good information you can use tk learn more about the site. To find (or even start) a roleplay a good place to go is in the interest check thread and all the roleplays that are starting up will be posted there. Sometimes you can search through the roleplaying threads but the interest checks is the best place to start. Do you know what section you want to roleplay in? Are you aiming to write a few sentences, a paragraph or two or more? That is usually a good marker to see what section would be a better fit for you. If you have any other questions don't hesitate to ask

I find a good chunk of the active roleplays in the casual section, even if they've started, still accept new characters. How long they remain open is up to the OP but if you see an RP you really like the idea of you can often ask the OP and they'll tell you if you can join in. Just to broaden your choices a bit :)
