When he got there the door opened and what looked like a werewolf who said "OH, you must be Rex. I was just dropping off some files for my lady. She's up in the office I think. Go right ahead up. HEre" He reached down and picked up Wolf's bag and put it by the trailer.

Rex's eye twitched. NOOOOOOO! he mentally screamed. I CAN'T BELIEVE THE MAID IS A LYCAN! SHE WON'T LOOK GOOD IN A SKIRT AT ALL! He facepalmed. And went inside.

[MegaraFoxfire]

The guy watched him go inside and said "Odd fellow...perfect for Wolf" He headed for his car that was parked, heading back to the school.

Wolf was still asleep on the desk, the case file open under her.

Rex knocked quietly on the door to the study and opened the door to see Wolf asleep. He chuckled softly and went over the books on the shelves. There were some interesting titles. Even as he waited, he slipped his headphones on and turned on his MP3 player. "Just a small-town girl, livin' in a lonely world..."

After a few minutes Wolf suddenly shot up and had her hand up with death magic gathered in her palm. She sighed when she saw it was Rex, and lowered her hand. "DOn't do that...did I dose off?" She wasn't looking much better, rubbing her eyes.

Rex took his headphones off, pausing his song. "Yeah, you did," he said. "Well, you look good. I mean, better than you did before." He paused. "Was I let in by a werewolf?"

[MegaraFoxfire]

Wolf looked at him then said "Oh, Bane. Ya, his working with Dad on a case...his a nice guy. He must have dropped off the file for my witch case I was working...his been running errands for me and dad lately...I guess he can tell we are both pretty spread thin these days..." She got up, rolling her neck. "Shall we get going?"

[Miraboreasu]

"Yeah, let's get moving," said Rex. "Although i was expecting a butler. Maybe a maid. Oh well, it's okay."
He led the way downstairs, putting his music back on.

[MegaraFoxfire]

Wolf looked at him and said "A butler? Really? Dad and I aren't here enough to need them..." She sighed and headed out the door, rubbing her eyes again

Rex gunned the bike to the airport just outside of town. They were greeted by a single plane, the pilot leaning against the side. Rex pulled to a stop and took his helmet off. "Think this is it?" he asked rhetorically.

[MegaraFoxfire]

Wolf jumped off, grabbing her bag and waving at the pilot. "Looks like it's just us....I thought spirit or Dr. Stein would have come at least to see us off"

[Miraboreasu]

"They're probably busy," said Rex. He said to the pilot, "You the guy?"
"I am," he confirmed. "Name's Jock."
"... Like Raiders?" Jack laughed.
"Just like the Indiana Jones character," he confirmed. "So, to Costa Rica?"

[MegaraFoxfire]

Wolf nodded and headed up the steps. "We are all set then you are. Rex? We should go over the case file" She went inside and tossed her bag into a seat, sitting down and rubbing her eyes again

"Right," Rex said. He pulled out his cell phone and called a friend. "Hey, can you bring my motorcycle back to my apartment? Yeah, I'm going on a mission. Flying there. Oh, you're so full of BS. Just get here, BS." He hung up, sighing. "It's never as satisfying as slamming a phone back onto the receiver." He jumped up into the cabin.

The cabin door shut and Wolf held out a print out of the case file to Rex, holding her copy. "This is a nasty one. We will have to be ready"

"Alright," said Rex, reading. "Jock, start the plane! And no fishing while we're on-mission!"

[MegaraFoxfire]

Wolf smiled a little at the comment as they took off, looking over the file again. "With how the bodies are found, my bet is that we are dealing with a kishen with some kind of sonic attack"

[Miraboreasu]

"Sonic?" asked Rex. "That's an interesting method. I could try and find any local legends that might explain it."

[MegaraFoxfire]

Wolf nodded and opened her bag and pulled out her laptop, handing it to him. "USe mine. I'll see what I can find on my..." She yawned then shook her head and said "On my phone..."

"Get some sleep," said Rex. "You can research later." He took the laptop and turned it on, and handed Wolf his jacket. "And if you don't go quietly, I do know the Vulcan nerve pinch. You'll sleep either way."
